The intelligent lock wireless downlink data receiving reminding device provided by the embodiment of the invention receives the reminding indication returned by the server through the equipment which is kept connected with the server so as to remind the equipment within the preset distance to receive the downlink data. The receiving reminding device sends the reminding information to the equipment within the preset distance when the emergency data need to be issued, so that the time for issuing the key data is shortened, the issuing speed is increased, and the safety problem caused by the fact that the key data cannot be issued in time is avoided.
