The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides a printing device for producing food packaging boxes, which can automatically guide and position the packaging boxes, reduce the problem of deviation during paper input, reduce dust on the surfaces of paper and improve the printing effect.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a printing device for producing food packaging boxes, which comprises a conveying belt, a dust removing chamber, a dust removing roller brush mechanism, a conveying roller mechanism, an adjustable guide mechanism and an auxiliary roller mechanism, wherein the dust removing chamber is arranged above the conveying belt, the conveying roller mechanism comprises a first conveying roller mechanism and a second conveying roller mechanism, the adjustable guide mechanism, the first conveying roller mechanism, the dust removing roller mechanism, the second conveying roller mechanism and the auxiliary roller mechanism are sequentially arranged in the dust removing chamber along the conveying direction of the conveying belt, two adjustable deflection preventing guide frames are arranged on the adjustable guide mechanism, two adjustable auxiliary press rollers are arranged on the auxiliary roller mechanism, a dust collecting device is arranged above the dust collecting roller brush mechanism, a dust removing roller is arranged below a dust collecting hood of the dust collecting device, a plurality of mounting grooves are arranged on the dust removing roller mechanism at intervals, a plurality of air holes are formed between two adjacent mounting grooves, a hollow cavity is formed in the dust removing roller, the hollow cavity is connected with the air pump, and the hollow cavity is connected with the air pump through the air pump, and the air pump is connected with the air pump.

The printing device for producing the food packaging box can automatically guide and position the packaging box by the adjustable guide mechanism, reduces the problem of deviation when paper is input, can compact two sides of output paper by the auxiliary roller mechanism, avoids edge tilting, can adapt to paper to be printed with different sizes, can print the paper output by the auxiliary roller mechanism through a printing roller (not shown in the figure), and can brush dust on the surface of the paper by the dust removing roller brush mechanism in the dust removing chamber, and floating dust is timely sucked by the dust suction device, so that environmental pollution is reduced. The dust removing roller brush mechanism adopts a structure with air holes, so that the dust adhered to the surface can be blown up when dust is removed from paper, and the dust removing effect is improved. The dust removing roller brush mechanism adopts a detachable mounting structure, is convenient to replace after being worn, and can buffer the acting force of the brush when the brush contacts paper by sleeving a spring on the limiting support column, so that the damage to the paper is reduced.
