Description

Different-direction hammer-cutting type corn straw skin-stalk separator
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of agricultural product processing machinery, in particular to an anisotropic hammer cutting type corn straw skin-stalk separator.
Background
In the comprehensive utilization of corn straws, the most common is the utilization of feed with high utilization rate and high benefit. However, cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in the corn straw skin are tightly combined in a winding way, and the natural organic high molecular compounds have firm structures, can only absorb water and swell and cannot be decomposed by digestive juice and enzyme of monogastric animals. Only by fermenting a small amount of cecal microorganisms, the digestion rate is low, the crude fiber content is high, the available nutrients are few, the palatability is poor, the corn straw skin is classified as the crude feed in feed taxonomy, and the utilization efficiency is low.
In addition, in the raw material utilization, the straw skin has high lignin and cellulose content and good mechanical properties such as tensile and compressive strength, and is suitable for being used as industrial raw materials such as plates. The contents of sugar and starch in the leaves and the pulp are high, and the strength required by the plate is difficult to achieve if the leaves and the pulp are not subjected to chemical pre-diffusion or mechanical pulp grinding and other processes, so that the use value is reduced. Therefore, the utilization of the whole corn straw can affect the product performance, or cause the processing process to be complicated and the cost to be increased. Therefore, the corn straw skin-stalk separation technology is the core for solving the comprehensive utilization of the corn straw and has great significance for promoting the high-value utilization of the corn straw.
In order to separate the skin from the stalk of the corn straw, the prior art discloses a high-efficient corn straw skin-stalk separation device, including box and support, the left side of box is provided with feed hopper, and the feed hopper below is the conveyer belt, and the conveyer belt both sides are provided with the baffle, and the inside peeling apparatus that is equipped with in box right side, the inside peeling roller that is provided with of peeling apparatus, peeling apparatus both sides are equipped with fan and straw skin export respectively. In practical application, the corn straws are transversely placed into a feeding hopper and conveyed to the lower part of the peeling device through a conveyor belt. The peeling roller rotates to rub with the straw skin on the surface of the straw, so that the straw skin is removed. Meanwhile, the fan blows the separated straw skin out of the straw skin outlet to complete the straw skin stalk separation.
However, the existing separator for separating the skin from the stalk of corn straw has low separation efficiency due to the friction action of the peeling roller. Moreover, the existing separation devices are only suitable for separating the outer skin from the stalks, but cannot realize effective separation for the inner skin. In addition, the use of the fan limits the current separation equipment to be only suitable for dry straws with lower water content, and the separation effect on the dry straws with higher water content or green straws is also poor.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following examples do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. But merely as exemplifications of systems and methods consistent with certain aspects of the application, as recited in the claims.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of an anisotropic hammer-cut type corn straw skin-stalk separator is shown. As can be seen from fig. 1, the anisotropic hammer-cut type corn straw skin-stalk separator provided by the present application includes: the machine comprises a frame 1, a power device 2, a transmission mechanism 3, a hammering mechanism 4 and a rolling device 5. Wherein, power device 2, drive mechanism 3, hammering mechanism 4 and rolling machine 5 all set up on frame 1. Therefore, as a supporting and connecting device of the whole separator, the frame 1 needs to ensure enough stability and strength, the main body part of the frame 1 can be formed by overlapping angle steel, and the power device 2, the transmission mechanism 3, the hammering mechanism 4, the rolling device 5 and the like can be installed on the frame 1 through bolts or direct welding.
In the technical scheme that this application provided, rolling machine 5 installs in maize straw's feeding department for roll maize straw through the compression roller, make maize straw skin stalk initial segregation. In practical application, the corn stalks can enter the rolling device 5 from the direction vertical to the compression roller, and the corn stalks are rolled along with the rotation of the compression roller and then are conveyed to the direction of the hammering and cutting mechanism 4, so that the corn stalks are hammered and cut. In the technical scheme provided by the application, the power source of the rolling device 5 can be the same as that of the hammering mechanism 4, namely, the power source is from the power device 2, so that the synchronism of the actions of the rolling device 5 and the hammering mechanism 4 is kept; or other power sources independent of the power plant 2, such as a separately installed motor, etc., to reduce the load of the power plant 2.
The hammering and cutting mechanism 4 is connected with the power device 2 through the transmission mechanism 3. In the technical scheme provided by the application, the transmission mechanism 3 is used for providing a specific transmission ratio, so that the hammering and cutting mechanism 4 performs hammering and cutting on the corn straws according to set frequency and speed. In practical application, the transmission ratio of the transmission mechanism 3 is set according to the hammering requirement and the water content of the corn straws, for example, for the corn straws with smaller required cutting length and higher water content, the transmission ratio can be adjusted to increase the rotating speed of the hammering mechanism 4 and increase the hammering frequency, so that the cutting length is reduced, and the skin and stalk of the corn straws with higher water content can be effectively separated; when the moisture content is low or the cutting length is not required to be small, the transmission ratio can be adjusted, so that the hammering frequency of the hammering mechanism 4 is reduced, the straws are prevented from splashing, and a better hammering effect is obtained.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to perform the hammering cutting on the corn stalks, the hammering cutting mechanism 4 includes: a circular arc blade 41, a rotary cutter disc 42, a throwing blade 43 and a discharge guide plate 44. The rotating main shaft of the rotating cutter head 42 is connected with the transmission mechanism 3, so that the rotating cutter head 42 is driven to rotate by the power device 2 and the transmission mechanism 3. Obviously, in order to allow the rotary cutter head 42 to rotate at a predetermined position, the rotary spindle of the rotary cutter head 42 is also fitted with a spindle carrier fixed to the machine frame 1, and the rotary spindle can rotate on the spindle carrier. Discharging guide plate 44 is as the discharging device behind the straw hammer-cutting, can set up and keep away from on the frame 1 border position of rolling machine 5, promptly in practical application, through the maize straw of rolling machine 5 feeding, through rolling machine 5 back that rolls, the compression roller effect gets into the below of rotatory blade disc 42, and rotatory blade disc 42 rotates, drives the circular arc blade 41 on it and carries out the hammer-cutting to the straw. The hammered straw material is conveyed to a discharging guide plate 44 by a throwing blade 43 and discharged, and the skin-stalk separation is completed.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the main body of the rotary cutter head 42 may be a disk structure, and a plate-shaped connecting portion extending outward is provided at each position where the circular arc blade 41 needs to be fixed, so as to mount the circular arc blade 41 on the rotary cutter head 42. Obviously, according to different process requirements, the number of the arc blades 41 fixed on the rotary cutter disc 42 is also different, for example, 3 to 4 arc blades 41 can be simultaneously installed on the rotary cutter disc 42 to hammer corn straw materials. In addition, in the technical solution provided in the present application, the circular arc blade 41 may be integrated with the rotary cutter head 42, or may be mounted on the rotary cutter head 42 by a connection method such as a bolt.
In some embodiments of the present application, the circular arc blade 41 is detachably connected to the rotary cutter disc 42, so as to detach, replace, and install and position the circular arc blade 41. That is, in practical applications, the circular arc blade 41 and the rotary cutter head 42 are manufactured separately from each other and assembled. Because the arc blade 41 can be directly contacted with the straw material in the hammering and cutting process, the arc blade 41 is more easily damaged relative to the rotary cutter disc 42, and therefore, the arc blade 41 on the rotary cutter disc 42 can be replaced by detachably connecting the arc blade 41 with the rotary cutter disc 42. In addition, through the detachable connection, the installation position (such as angle and direction) of the arc blade 41 can be adjusted, so that the arc blade 41 is located at a better installation position, and the hammering effect is improved.
Further, the hammering mechanism 4 further comprises a blade seat 45, and each circular arc blade 41 is screwed on the rotary cutter disc 42 through one blade seat 45. The structure of the rotary cutter disc 42 can be expanded through the blade seat 45, so that the processing technology requirement of the rotary cutter disc 42 is reduced. The insert seat 45 can also be used to mount other circular arc inserts 41 on the rotary cutter head 42 by its connecting function. In this embodiment, the blade seat 45 may be a plate structure provided with a plurality of connection holes, and a limiting member may be disposed at a side edge of the blade seat 45 to better transmit the rotation torque and ensure the position stability of the circular arc blade 41.
In the technical scheme provided by the application, in order to realize the separation of the skin and stalk of the corn straw through the hammer cutting effect, the edge side of the circular arc blade 41 is a clam edge structure based on an Archimedes arc line. The origin of the edge line of the Archimedes clam edge of the arc blade 41 is coincident with the center of the main rotating shaft of the rotary cutter head 42. That is, in the present application, the entire structure of the cutting edge of the circular arc blade 41 is represented by an archimedes arc distribution, and the origin of the archimedes arc coincides with the center of the rotary cutter head 42. Because the arc blade 41 rotates along with the rotary cutter disc 42 to hammer corn straw materials, and the Archimedes arc-shaped cutting edge can ensure that the pushing angle and the sliding angle of the corn straw materials are always kept constant in the hammering process of the arc blade 41; one of them branch in the hammering cutting direction with roll the direction mutually perpendicular, can be when cutting the straw material, hammer the material, force more straw skin stalk cohesion decline or debond, consequently, the circular arc blade 41 that this application used can show the skin stalk separation effect that improves maize straw.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the clam edge used in the present application is a relatively thick cutting edge of the circular arc blade 41, i.e., a blunt blade structure, and the clam edge has insufficient destructive power for relatively soft substances such as corn stalks, but has a significant chopping effect on hard substances such as corn stalk husks. Therefore, the sharp clam edges can generate a certain hammering effect on the straws at the beginning of contact with the corn straws, and the bonding force between the skin and the stalk of the corn straws is reduced or debonded. Further, in order to obtain a better hammering effect, the sliding cutting angle range of the circular arc blade 41 is as follows: 36-46 DEG, and the range of rotation angles is as follows: 45-65 degrees, the blade angle range of the clam blade is as follows: 15-30 °; so that the arc blade 41 performs hammering cutting on the straw group at a constant pushing angle and a constant sliding cutting angle.
When the boundary of the skin and the stalk of the corn straw is cut, the clam blade can partially compress the skin and the stalk due to the existence of cutting difference, so that the bonding strength of the skin and the stalk is reduced or debonded, and then the cutting is performed in the corn straw and stalk to finish one-time cutting. The clam blade is thick, has good shock resistance, is not easy to break and is relatively wear-resistant; the convex arc edge disperses stress, and the resistance is smaller when the cutting tool is deeply cut. In this application, the invariable angle of pushing and shoving still makes the mechanism operation more steady with the slip angle of cut, cuts laborsavingly, and the power consumption is still less. And the suitable rotation angle ensures the stability of the cutting process and prevents the generation of the phenomenon of sudden rising and falling of stress in the cutting process.
As shown in fig. 6, the throwing vane 43 is a sheet structure arranged in the radial direction of the rotary cutter disc 42 and having a U-shaped cross section. That is, in practical applications, the side walls of the U-shaped sheet structure of the throwing blade 43 are fixed to the rotary cutter disc 42 or the blade seat 45 to form a plurality of U-shaped groove structures arranged on the rotary cutter disc 42. The U-shaped groove structure can collect the materials after the previous hammering in the process of hammering, and then the collected materials are carried to the position of the discharge guide plate 44 to be thrown out of the U-shaped groove by the rotation of the rotary cutter disc 42. In order to scrape and throw the straw materials after being hammered in time, the arc blades 41 correspond to the throwing blades 43 one by one in the application; the arc blades 41 are uniformly arranged on the rotary cutter disc 42 and are far away from one side of the discharge guide plate 44; a plurality of throwing vanes 43 are provided on the rotary cutter head 42 on the side adjacent to the discharge guide 44.
According to the technical scheme, in the anisotropic hammering type corn straw skin-stalk separator provided by the application, the rotary cutter disc 42 is driven by the power device 2 and the transmission mechanism 3 to rotate, and then the circular arc blade 41 is driven to hammer and cut the corn straw rolled by the rolling device 5. Because the edge side of the circular arc blade 41 is of a clam edge structure based on an Archimedes arc line, and the original point of the edge line of the circular arc blade 41 is superposed with the central point of the rotating main shaft of the rotating cutter disc 42, the circular arc blade 41 can carry out hammering cutting on a straw group at a constant pushing angle and sliding angle, and one direction in the hammering cutting direction is perpendicular to the rolling direction, so that the rolled straw skin and stalk are separated more fully. And then the straw material after hammer cutting is scraped and thrown to the position of a discharge guide plate 44 by a throwing blade 43 to be discharged, so that the skin-stalk separation effect is improved, and the problem of poor skin-stalk separation effect of the traditional separation equipment is solved.
In order to further improve the skin-stalk separation effect of the straws, in some embodiments of the present application, the center of the main rotating shaft of the rotating cutter head 42 is coplanar with the rolling center plane of the rolling device 5, so that the corn straw group rolled by the rolling device 5 is subjected to a hammering force. In practical applications, in order to improve the rolling efficiency of the straws, the pressing roller in the rolling device 5 needs to have a sufficient width so that the pressing roller can roll a plurality of corn straws at the same time. Therefore, the plane for conveying the multiple rolled straws is the rolling central plane. In the embodiment, the center of the rotating main shaft and the rolling center plane are arranged to be coplanar, so that the rotating center of the rotating cutter disc 42 is at the same height as the conveying plane of the straws, and the structure can not only enable the transverse hammering range of the arc blade 41 to cover all the straws, but also enable the longitudinal hammering distance of the arc blade 41 to be maximum, namely, the best hammering effect is obtained.
In some embodiments of the present application, the throwing blade 43 is provided with a plurality of notches, so that the edge of the throwing blade 43 has a comb-shaped structure to scrape and throw the separated and cut corn stalks to the position of the discharging guide plate 44. In practical application, in the throwing blade 43 with the U-shaped structure, comb-shaped structures may be disposed on both the bottom plate and the side plate, wherein the comb-shaped structures disposed on the end portion and the side plate far away from the connecting position are used for collecting the hammered straw material, and the comb-shaped structures disposed on the side plate near the connecting position may be used for mounting the throwing blade 43 on the rotary cutter head 42 by means of a countersunk bolt or the like. In this embodiment, comb-tooth structure can carry more straw materials scraping and throwing the straw in-process, avoids the straw material too much landing, improves row material effect.
In order to further improve the discharging effect, as shown in fig. 3, the separator further comprises a hammering cutting cavity 6 arranged below the hammering cutting mechanism 4; the hammering and cutting cavity 6 is an arc-shaped groove structure fixed on the rack 1. As shown in fig. 2, the hammering cavity 6 may be a semi-circular groove structure or a square groove combined 1/4 circular groove structure, wherein the center of the circular groove is located at the rotation center of the rotary cutter head 42, so that under the premise of not affecting the rotation of the rotary cutter head 42, more hammered straws enter the throwing blades 43 through the cooperation of the circular groove, even if the materials are scraped and thrown. The straw material entering the throwing blade 43 is carried to a high position along with the rotation of the rotary cutter disc 42, is thrown down to the position of the discharge guide plate 44 through the inertia of rotation, and is discharged from the position of the discharge guide plate 44. Therefore, in order to facilitate discharging the straw material from the discharging guide plate 44, the discharging guide plate 44 is of a volute structure to form a guiding function, so that the materials are gathered together.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the power device 2 is a driving motor disposed at a bottom position of the frame 1. In practical application, the power of the driving motor should be selected according to actual working conditions, for example, the rolling device 5 and the hammering mechanism 4 are the same power source, or the width of the rolling device 5 is larger, and when more straw materials are hammered, the power of the driving motor should be selected to have a larger specification so as to drive the whole system to operate; the rolling device 5 and the hammering mechanism 4 are different power sources, or when the width of the rolling device 5 is smaller, a driving motor with reduced power is selected to save energy.
In practical application, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, different power transmission forms correspond to different transmission mechanisms, in this embodiment, the power device 2 is a driving motor disposed at the bottom of the rack 1; the transmission mechanism 3 comprises a first transmission group 31, a second transmission group 32 and a transmission box 33; the power device 2 is connected with the rolling device 5 through the first transmission set 31; and the transmission case 33 is connected with a rotating main shaft of the rotating cutter head 42 through the second transmission group 32. Further, the transmission case 33 is arranged at the bottom of the frame 1; the transmission modes of the first transmission set 31 and the second transmission set 32 are belt transmission and/or chain transmission. The driving motor is arranged at the bottom of the frame 1, and the vibration of the driving motor during operation can be balanced by utilizing the stability of the bottom.
The rolling device 5 and the hammering mechanism 4 can also be driven simultaneously by the power device 2. That is, in the present embodiment, the first transmission set 31 is composed of a transmission belt, pulleys, and gears, and transmits the driving force to the rolling device 5 by belt transmission. With the rotation of the rolling device 5, the rotation torque is continuously output to the second transmission set 32, and the transmission shaft is driven to rotate by the second transmission set 32. The transmission shaft transmits the rotation torque to the third transmission group to rotate the cutter head 42 in a trend, so that power transmission is completed. In this embodiment, the first transmission group 31, the second transmission group 32 and the third transmission group can make the structure of the frame 1 and the whole separator more compact, thereby reducing the space occupation. Moreover, the reliability of the separator can be improved on the premise of ensuring the precision of the transmission ratio by a belt transmission or chain transmission mode.
According to the technical scheme, the anisotropic hammer cutting type corn straw skin-stalk separator has the following beneficial effects: firstly, the anisotropic hammering mechanism 4 adopted by the invention can enable the compressed corn straws to be hammered in the anisotropic cutting process, and the straws are subjected to elastoplastic deformation in the cutting process, so that the binding force between the straw skins and the stalks is weakened, even the straw skins and the stalks are debonded, and the subsequent separation is facilitated; secondly, Archimedes clam blade circular arc blade 41 is fixed on rotary cutter head 42 through blade seat 45 by countersunk head bolt, and keeps constant sliding cutting angle and pushing angle in the hammering cutting process, thereby saving more labor in the straw cutting process. The cutting edge is a clam edge with large difference in cutting capability when cutting soft and hard materials, so that the separation degree of the skin and the stalk of the straw is increased when the cutting knife is positioned at the junction of the skin and the stalk; finally, the separation mechanism of the invention is that the rolled straws are subjected to a hammering action force which is vertical to the rolling direction when entering the anisotropic hammering mechanism 4, so that the straws which are not completely separated by skin and stalk after rolling are further debonded in the cutting and segmenting process, thereby improving the separation efficiency of the skin and stalk of the corn straws.
The embodiments provided in the present application are only a few examples of the general concept of the present application, and do not limit the scope of the present application. Any other embodiments extended according to the scheme of the present application without inventive efforts will be within the scope of protection of the present application for a person skilled in the art.
