Through the arrangement of the solar lamp module 4, the function of illuminating advertisement pictures can be achieved, so that good advertisement effect can be kept at night, and energy can be saved very much.
The longitudinal column 13 and the box seat 14 are welded and fixed together.
The vertical column 12 may be of a tubular structure, and the inner hole of the vertical column 12 forms the first wiring hole 122.
The longitudinal cylinder 13 may be of a tubular structure, and the inner hole of the longitudinal cylinder 13 forms the second wiring hole 133.

The control electronics box 80 may also be used to control the switching of the lights 42.
The driving motor 21 and the anti-falling cylinder 3 are both powered by a national power grid to ensure the stability of the actions of the driving motor and the anti-falling cylinder.

as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a method for installing an energy-saving luminous advertisement device according to an embodiment includes the following steps:
(1) excavating an embedding cavity 200 on the ground 100, and forming a limit ring groove 300 on the edge of an orifice of the embedding cavity 200;
(2) placing the embedded column 11 in the embedded cavity hole 200, enabling the top surface of the embedded column 11 to be flush with the ground 100, enabling the aperture of the embedded cavity hole 200 to be larger than the diameter of the lower flange part 112, reserving an operation gap 400 between the outer wall of the lower flange part 112 and the hole wall of the embedded cavity hole 200, then pouring cement 500 in the embedded cavity hole 200 in an opposite direction, enabling the poured cement 500 to wrap the limiting convex rings 111, enabling the poured cement 500 to be lower than the hole opening of the embedded cavity hole 200, reserving an abdicating cavity 600 between the poured cement 500 and the hole opening of the embedded cavity hole 200, and enabling a drain hole 700 to be formed in the lower edge of the cavity wall of the abdicating cavity 600;
(3) the covering ring 16 is sleeved on the lower flange part 112, and the covering ring 16 is embedded in the limiting ring groove 300;
(4) the installation of the energy-saving luminous advertising device is completed by assembling other components of the energy-saving luminous advertising device on site, then hoisting the assembled structure, and then fixing the assembled structure on the lower flange part 112 through the lower locking bolts 18.
The installation method of the energy-saving luminous advertising device is very simple and very convenient to realize, and is beneficial to improving the installation efficiency and reliability of the energy-saving luminous advertising device. The limiting ring groove 300 can well limit the covering ring 16, thereby improving the accuracy and stability of the installation and positioning of the covering ring 16. Through the setting of covering ring 16, can play the effect of covering to operation gap 400 like this to avoid debris to enter into the chamber 600 of stepping down, thereby can avoid the dismouting of lower locking bolt 18 to receive the influence. By making the top surface of the embedded column 11 flush with the ground 100, it is possible to ensure that the ground is level after the energy-saving luminous advertising device is detached, so as to prevent it from affecting passing pedestrians. The insertion of the lower locking bolt 18 is facilitated by the actuation of the slot 400. By pouring the cement 500, the firmness of the installation and fixation of the embedded column 11 can be effectively improved, thereby being beneficial to improving the safety of the installation and the positioning of the energy-saving luminous advertising device. Through the arrangement of the drain holes 700, the condition that water is accumulated in the yielding cavity 600 can be avoided, so that the corrosion speed of the lower locking bolt 18 can be greatly reduced. The convenience of transportation of the energy-saving luminous advertising device can be reduced by assembling other components of the energy-saving luminous advertising device on site.
Wherein, in the factory manufacturing process, the lifting mechanism 2 is installed in the box body seat 14, the diagonal draw bar 15 is hinged with the longitudinal column body 13, and the box body seat 14 is fixedly connected with the longitudinal column body 13. The process of assembling other components of the energy-saving luminous advertising device on site comprises the following steps: the vertical column 12 and the vertical column 13 are assembled together, the diagonal draw bar 15 is connected with the fixing lug 123, the solar cell panel 41 and the illuminating lamp 42 are respectively arranged on the vertical column 13 and the box base 14, and the corresponding circuits are connected.
The drain hole 700 is communicated with a sewer or a drain channel so that rainwater can be well drained away.

(3) the covering ring (16) is sleeved on the lower flange part (112), and the covering ring (16) is embedded in the limiting ring groove (300);
(4) other components of the energy-saving luminous advertising device are assembled on site, then the assembled structure is hoisted, and then the energy-saving luminous advertising device is fixed on the lower flange part (112) through the lower locking bolt (18), and thus the installation process of the energy-saving luminous advertising device is completed.
