The shaft sleeve is provided with a plurality of nozzles, the nozzles comprise a spray pipe and a spray pipe cover which are hinged through a hinge, and the spray pipe is provided with a magnet for closing the spray pipe cover. The nozzle 11 comprises a spray tube 111 and a spray tube cover 112 which are hinged through a hinge 12, the spray tube 111 is provided with a magnet 113, and the magnet 113 is positioned on the closed surfaces of the spray tube 111 and the spray tube cover 112. The nozzle 11 of this embodiment is made of metal, and in other embodiments, the nozzle 11 may be made of nonmetal, and the corresponding magnets 113 are respectively disposed on the closing surfaces of the nozzle 111 and the nozzle cap 112 to provide a closing force for closing the nozzle cap 112.
