Abstract
本发明涉及一种回转支承用的新型多道密封装置,包括外圈和内圈,所述外圈和内圈通过滚珠连接,在所述外圈和内圈的对接处安装有上密封机构和下密封机构,该下密封机构的外部安装在所述的外圈上,内部安装在所述的内圈上;所述的上密封机构安装在下密封机构上部的内圈上,与所述的下密封机构之间形成密封腔。本发明的优点是:通过设置上密封机构和下密封机构,实现了多道密封结构,密封严密,有效防水防尘。可以有效防止第一橡胶密封圈从密封槽中脱出;还设置有润滑油道,既能一直为第一橡胶密封圈和第二橡胶密封圈提供润滑、提高其寿命,也能有效避免外界杂质进入。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种回转支承用的多道密封装置,用于轴承的密封。
背景技术
回转支承是一种能够承受综合载荷的大型轴承,可以同时承受较大的轴向、径向负荷和倾覆力矩。回转支承在船舶设备、工程机械、轻工机械、冶金机械、医疗机械、工业机械等行业有着广泛的应用。
目前多数回转支承的密封装置是采用单层的防尘橡胶平面密封条,其结构简单但防水、防尘的性能不足,无法满足回转支承使用时对工作条件比较恶劣、环境污染非常严重的特殊环境的要求。
回转支承在使用过程中常常因为内外圈的防尘密封条磨损失效或者脱落从而使回转支承滚道失去密封保护,使回转支承出现间隙变大、漏油,使用寿命严重降低等一系类的问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种回转支承用的多道密封装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的传统的回转支承密封结构密封性能不足、易磨损失效、易脱落的问题。本发明的技术方案是:
回转支承用的多道密封装置,包括外圈和内圈,所述外圈和内圈通过滚珠连接,在所述外圈和内圈的对接处安装有上密封机构和下密封机构,该下密封机构的外部安装在所述的外圈上,内部安装在所述的内圈上;所述的上密封机构安装在下密封机构上部的内圈上,与所述的下密封机构之间形成密封腔。
所述的下密封机构包括一体成型的第一橡胶密封圈,该第一橡胶密封圈的内侧设置有数个上唇和下唇,在所述第一橡胶密封圈的上端面设置有所述的上唇,每一所述的上唇向外侧倾斜设置,相邻两上唇之间形成间距;在所述第一橡胶密封圈的下端面设置有所述的下唇,每一所述的下唇向内侧倾斜设置,相邻两下唇之间形成间距;所述的上唇和下唇均置入内圈的密封圈槽内;所述第一橡胶密封圈的上端面上还设置有环形凸起,该环形凸起与所述的上密封机构相对应;螺钉垂直穿过所述的第一橡胶密封圈,将所述的第一橡胶密封圈固定安装在外圈的沉槽处,该沉槽与所述的密封圈槽相邻设置。
所述环形凸起的上端面高于外圈的上端面,与外圈之间形成高度差。
所述的上唇与水平面形成第一夹角,该第一夹角为锐角;所述的下唇与水平面形成第二夹角,该第二夹角为锐角,所述的上唇以及下唇与所述的密封圈槽紧密配合。
所述的上密封机构包括第二橡胶密封圈,在所述第二橡胶密封圈的中部开设有梯形槽,该第二橡胶密封圈套装在内圈的外围,该第二橡胶密封圈的内壁与所述内圈的外表面紧密贴合,该第二橡胶密封圈的外沿向外倾斜设置,压在所述的外圈顶面上,该第二橡胶密封圈的外沿与竖直方向形成第三夹角,该第三夹角为锐角;所述的环形凸起与梯形槽之间形成所述的密封腔。
在所述密封圈槽内还设置有润滑油道,在所述内圈的上部设置有润滑接头,该润滑接头的进油口接入润滑系统,出油口与所述的润滑油道相对应。
本发明的优点是:通过设置上密封机构和下密封机构,实现了多道密封结构,密封严密,有效防水防尘。可以有效防止第一橡胶密封圈从密封圈槽中脱出;还设置有润滑油道,既能一直为第一橡胶密封圈和第二橡胶密封圈提供润滑、提高其寿命,也能有效避免外界杂质进入。

参见图1至图5,本发明涉及一种回转支承用的多道密封装置,包括外圈1和内圈2,所述外圈1和内圈2通过滚珠3连接,在所述外圈1和内圈2的对接处安装有上密封机构和下密封机构,该下密封机构的外部安装在所述的外圈1上,内部安装在所述的内圈2上;所述的上密封机构安装在下密封机构上部的内圈2上,与所述的下密封机构之间形成密封腔17。
所述的下密封机构包括一体成型的第一橡胶密封圈7,该第一橡胶密封圈7的内侧设置有数个上唇10和下唇11,在所述第一橡胶密封圈7的上端面设置有所述的上唇10,每一所述的上唇10向外侧倾斜设置,相邻两上唇10之间形成间距;在所述第一橡胶密封圈7的下端面设置有所述的下唇11,每一所述的下唇11向内侧倾斜设置,相邻两下唇11之间形成间距;所述的上唇10和下唇11均置入内圈2的密封圈槽5内;所述第一橡胶密封圈7的上端面上还设置有环形凸起12,该环形凸起12与所述的上密封机构相对应;螺钉8垂直穿过所述的第一橡胶密封圈7,将所述的第一橡胶密封圈7固定安装在外圈的沉槽4处,该沉槽4与所述的密封圈槽5相邻设置。
该环形凸起12的上端面高于外圈1的上端面,与外圈1之间形成高度差C,以阻止外界喷淋水的流入。
所述的上唇10与水平面形成第一夹角A,该第一夹角A为锐角;所述的下唇11与水平面形成第二夹角B,该第二夹角B为锐角,所述的上唇10以及下唇11与所述的密封圈槽5紧密配合。
所述的上密封机构包括第二橡胶密封圈9,在所述第二橡胶密封圈9的中部开设有梯形槽,该第二橡胶密封圈9套装在内圈2的外围,该第二橡胶密封圈9的内壁13与所述内圈2的外表面紧密贴合,该第二橡胶密封圈9的外沿14向外倾斜设置,压在所述的外圈1顶面上,该第二橡胶密封圈9的外沿14与竖直方向形成第三夹角D,该第三夹角D为锐角;所述的上环形凸起12与梯形槽之间形成所述的密封腔17。
在所述密封圈槽5内还设置有润滑油道6,在所述内圈2的上部设置有润滑接头15,该润滑接头15的进油口接入润滑系统(现有技术),出油口与所述的润滑油道6相对应。
本发明的工作原理是:通过润滑系统持续向第一橡胶密封圈7和第二橡胶密封圈9之间的密封腔17内输送润滑油脂(润滑油脂通过润滑油道进入密封圈槽,进而进入密封腔),既能一直为第一橡胶密封圈7和第二橡胶密封圈9提供润滑,提高其寿命,也能有效避免外界杂质进入。
将下密封机构固定在外圈和内圈上,通过将上密封机构设置有上唇、下唇和环形凸起,实现了外圈与内圈的多道密封,严密阻止外界灰尘杂质进入滚道16内,同时保证润滑脂顺利进入并保持在第一橡胶密封圈7和第二橡胶密封圈9之间的密封腔17内,而不至于流失。
本方案还可用于搅拌机或轮碾机的回转支承上,效果显著,且结构简单、成本低。

1.回转支承用的多道密封装置,包括外圈(1)和内圈(2),所述外圈(1)和内圈(2)通过滚珠(3)连接,其特征在于,在所述外圈(1)和内圈(2)的对接处安装有上密封机构和下密封机构,该下密封机构的外部安装在所述的外圈(1)上,内部安装在所述的内圈(2)上;所述的上密封机构安装在下密封机构上部的内圈(2)上,与所述的下密封机构之间形成密封腔(17);
所述的下密封机构包括一体成型的第一橡胶密封圈(7),该第一橡胶密封圈(7)的内侧设置有数个上唇(10)和下唇(11),在所述第一橡胶密封圈(7)的上端面设置有所述的上唇(10),每一所述的上唇(10)向外侧倾斜设置,相邻两上唇(10)之间形成间距;在所述第一橡胶密封圈(7)的下端面设置有所述的下唇(11),每一所述的下唇(11)向内侧倾斜设置,相邻两下唇(11)之间形成间距;所述的上唇(10)和下唇(11)均置入内圈(2)的密封圈槽(5)内;所述第一橡胶密封圈(7)的上端面上还设置有环形凸起(12),该环形凸起(12)与所述的上密封机构相对应;螺钉(8)垂直穿过所述的第一橡胶密封圈(7),将所述的第一橡胶密封圈(7)固定安装在外圈的沉槽(4)处,该沉槽(4)与所述的密封圈槽(5)相邻设置;
所述的上密封机构包括第二橡胶密封圈(9),在所述第二橡胶密封圈(9)的中部开设有梯形槽,该第二橡胶密封圈(9)套装在内圈(2)的外围,该第二橡胶密封圈(9)的内壁(13)与所述内圈(2)的外表面紧密贴合,该第二橡胶密封圈(9)的外沿(14)向外倾斜设置,压在所述的外圈(1)的顶面上,该第二橡胶密封圈(9)的外沿(14)与竖直方向形成第三夹角(D),该第三夹角(D)为锐角;所述的环形凸起(12)与梯形槽之间形成所述的密封腔(17);
在所述密封圈槽(5)内还设置有润滑油道(6),在所述内圈(2)的上部设置有润滑接头(15),该润滑接头(15)的进油口接入润滑系统,出油口与所述的润滑油道(6)相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的回转支承用的多道密封装置,其特征在于,所述环形凸起的上端面高于外圈的上端面,与外圈之间形成高度差。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的回转支承用的多道密封装置,其特征在于,所述的上唇(10)与水平面形成第一夹角(A),该第一夹角(A)为锐角;所述的下唇(11)与水平面形成第二夹角(B),该第二夹角(B)为锐角,所述的上唇(10)以及下唇(11)与所述的密封圈槽(5)紧密配合。
