Background
The machining process of the regulator needs drilling, the process is carried out on drilling machine equipment for drilling and machining a workpiece to be machined, the machining process is that machining accuracy is guaranteed by means of punching or designing a drill jig, oil duct inclined holes, side holes and side inclined holes of the regulator are limited by a drilling tool device, a radial drilling machine needs to be used, corresponding angles, drill bit rotating speeds, hole entering speeds and the like need to be adjusted, and the problems of low machining efficiency, low precision, high cost and the like of the side inclined holes are caused by process limitation layer by layer.

step four: drilling process: adjusting the position of the drill bit, enabling the directions of the drill bit, the guide inclined hole and the inclined hole to be processed to be on the same vertical line, and controlling the angle between the vertical line and the front face of the adjuster to be 21 +/-15'; starting a drilling machine motor, operating a control handle by two hands to align the guide inclined hole to perform drilling operation, wherein the feed speed of a drill bit is 0.1-0.3 m/min;
step five: checking the inclined hole: taking out the regulator after drilling, removing burrs and flashes, checking the inclined hole of the oil duct of the regulator and warehousing, wherein the checking standard is as follows: the distance from the top end of the inclined hole of the regulator oil duct to the front face of the regulator is 3.1 +/-0.15 mm, the distance from the bottom end of the inclined hole of the regulator oil duct to the front face of the regulator is 4.7 +/-0.15 mm, and the size of the drilled inclined hole is phi 3-phi 3.18 mm;
step six: and (6) ending.
Furthermore, the drilling machine operating platform is provided with two symmetrical supporting columns, and the inclination angle of the operating platform is consistent with that of the inclined hole of the oil passage of the regulator.
