本发明涉及化妆品功效活性物技术领域,具体涉及一种天然祛痘杀螨剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前常用抑螨方法主要为添加植物抑螨精华、天然植物香精和抗生素等,但相对而言,这类产品的除螨活性都比较低而且对皮肤有一定刺激性,起不到很好的除螨效果。同时,一些植物抑螨添加剂主要集中在金盏花、金缕梅、金银花、茶树提取物等少数添加剂上,这些添加剂更多集中在抑菌、控油、祛痘和毛孔修复等单一功效方面,真正具有祛痘除螨功效性添加剂的缺少严重制约了产品的开发。
苦参中主要化合物成分为生物碱和黄酮类化合物,生物碱以苦参碱和氧化苦参碱为主。苦参碱能够有效抑制炎症,具有抗病毒、抗菌、抗敏和抗寄生虫的作用。人参享有“百草之王”的美誉,其中,人参总皂苷是人参的主要生物活性成分,其具有抗衰、抗光老化和抗敏舒缓的作用,被广泛应用于化妆品中。大米发酵滤液可以抑制酪氨酸酶活性,减少黑色素生成起到美白效果。蓝桉提取物可有效抑制痤疮菌,具有抗敏作用,同时能促进角质细胞的增殖,具有保湿作用。北美金缕梅提取物能舒缓过敏性皮肤,收敛粗毛孔,具有抗炎,防敏舒缓和收敛的作用。芦荟提取物具有保湿、舒缓止痒等多重功效。上述具有祛痘除螨作用的成分单独使用效果并不明显,但是对于祛痘杀螨的复方原料目前研究的较少。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种天然祛痘杀螨剂,包括以下重量份物质:苦参碱0-3份、人参皂苷0-3份、大米发酵物8-84份、蓝桉提取物1-5份、北美金缕梅提取物10-40份、芦荟提取物1-20份、樱桃果实提取物1-5份、山楂果提取物2-6份、野蔷薇果提取物1-10份。
一种天然祛痘杀螨剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、制备混合物A,将苦参碱、人参皂苷、大米发酵物按重量份称取,其中,苦参碱0-3份、人参皂苷0-3份、大米发酵物8-84份,搅拌混合均匀,得混合物A;
步骤2、制备混合物B,将蓝桉提取物、北美金缕梅提取物、芦荟提取物按重量称取,分别为蓝桉提取物1-5份、北美金缕梅提取物10-40份、芦荟提取物1-20份,搅拌混合均匀,得混合物B;
步骤3、将所述混合物A与所述混合物B混合后搅拌均匀,加入樱桃果实提取物、山楂果提取物、野蔷薇果提取物,按重量份计分别为樱桃果实提取物1-5份、山楂果提取物2-6份、野蔷薇果提取物1-10份,搅拌混合均匀,得到成品,进行包装。

二、杀螨效果
将实施例1、2、3、4进行杀螨测试,功效测定如下:
测试方法:使用实施例1、2、3、4溶液的滤纸,分别置于培养皿中,置放养螨室内于72h观察记录滤纸上的螨虫死亡数,测试重复三次,结果如表1所示,实施例1、2、3、4的产品可以起到很好的杀螨作用。

将实施例1、2、3、4进行抑制痤疮杆菌和祛痘的临床测试,功效测定如下:测试方法:在37℃下活化痤疮丙酸杆菌,利用酶标仪制成8×108CFU/mL的菌悬液,取200μL菌悬液加入琼脂平板后均匀涂布,自然干燥,将试验所用6mm直径的圆形滤纸片分别浸泡实施例1、2、3、4样品中,5min后取出滤纸,去掉多余样品,将浸泡样品滤纸片放置于平板表面,倒置放入厌氧罐,于37℃恒温厌氧培养48h。结果如表2所示,实施例1、2、3、4的产品可以起到很好的抑菌作用。
四、祛痘效果
按照Pillsbury分类法,筛选皮损等级为Ⅱ—Ⅲ级的受试者30名,先做基础数值采集,而后将含有实施例1的水剂化妆品分发给受试者,受试者按产品说明书自行使用,早晚各一次,使用周期为4周,D0、D3、D7,用Primos拍摄受试者痘痘较严重的某一处区域,分析痘痘的体积和高度数据,结果如表3所示,实施例1、2、3、4的产品可以起到很好的祛痘效果。
本发明不局限于所述实施方式,任何人应得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明未详细描述的技术、形状、构造部分均为公知技术。
Claims (4)
1.一种天然祛痘杀螨剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份物质:苦参碱0-3份、人参皂苷0-3份、大米发酵物8-84份、蓝桉提取物1-5份、北美金缕梅提取物10-40份、芦荟提取物1-20份、樱桃果实提取物1-5份、山楂果提取物2-6份、野蔷薇果提取物1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然祛痘杀螨剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1、制备混合物A,将苦参碱、人参皂苷、大米发酵物按重量份称取,其中,苦参碱0-3份、人参皂苷0-3份、大米发酵物8-84份,搅拌混合均匀,得混合物A;
步骤2、制备混合物B,将蓝桉提取物、北美金缕梅提取物、芦荟提取物按重量称取,分别为蓝桉提取物1-5份、北美金缕梅提取物10-40份、芦荟提取物1-20份,搅拌混合均匀,得混合物B;
步骤3、将所述混合物A与所述混合物B混合后搅拌均匀,加入樱桃果实提取物、山楂果提取物、野蔷薇果提取物,按重量份计分别为樱桃果实提取物1-5份、山楂果提取物2-6份、野蔷薇果提取物1-10份,搅拌混合均匀,得到成品,进行包装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然祛痘杀螨剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述搅拌转速为25-35rpm,最佳转速为30rpm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然祛痘杀螨剂的应用,其特征在于:在制备具有下述至少一种功能的化妆品中的应用或在直接作为具有下述至少一种功能的化妆品中的应用:祛痘、杀螨。
