A child dining chair as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the lower frame (11) is further provided with a plurality of groups of second light holes (112), when the lower backrest (13) is mounted on the lower frame (11) in parallel, the first bolts (31) can penetrate through the different second light holes (112) to fix the upper frame (21) and the lower frame (11), and the dining plate (24) is located between the upper backrest (23) and the lower backrest (13).
