Compared with the prior art, the sounder of the invention arranges the magnetic yoke of the magnetic circuit system on the magnetic yoke support platform protruding towards the direction of the upper vibrating diaphragm, and arranges the magnetic yoke support platform on the inner side of the first magnetic steel, the voice coil is arranged on the outer side of the first magnetic steel in a surrounding manner, the first magnetic steel is provided with a fracture, the framework body of the framework is connected with the upper vibrating diaphragm and the lower vibrating diaphragm and extends to the inner side of the first magnetic steel, the framework extension part of the framework passes through the fracture and is fixed on the voice coil, meanwhile, the lower vibrating diaphragm is arranged on the inner side of the first magnetic steel and is connected between the framework body and the magnetic yoke support platform, the structure enables the lower vibrating diaphragm to be accommodated in the space enclosed by the first magnetic steel, and compared with the space enclosed by the basin frame and the voice coil, the lower vibrating diaphragm is arranged in the space enclosed by the first magnetic, make the long service life of vibrating diaphragm down to reach and prevent horizontal swing when the voice coil loudspeaker voice coil vibrates is effectual, thereby makes the sound production device stability good.

Claims (10)

1. A sound production device comprises a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system for driving the vibration system to vibrate and produce sound, wherein the vibration system comprises an upper vibrating diaphragm for vibrating and producing sound, a voice coil for driving the upper vibrating diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound, a lower vibrating diaphragm arranged opposite to the upper vibrating diaphragm at intervals and a framework arranged between the upper vibrating diaphragm and the lower vibrating diaphragm, the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic yoke arranged opposite to the upper vibrating diaphragm at intervals and a first magnetic steel fixed on the magnetic yoke,
the magnetic yoke comprises a magnetic yoke body and a magnetic yoke supporting table which is extended from the magnetic yoke body to the direction of the upper vibrating diaphragm in a protruding mode, the first magnetic steel is fixed to the magnetic yoke body, the voice coil is arranged on the outer side of the first magnetic steel in a surrounding mode, and the magnetic yoke supporting table is arranged on the inner side of the first magnetic steel;
the framework comprises a framework body which is connected with the upper vibrating diaphragm and the lower vibrating diaphragm and extends to the inner side of the first magnetic steel, and a framework extension part which extends from the framework body to the voice coil; the lower vibrating diaphragm is arranged on the inner side of the first magnetic steel and connected between the framework body and the magnetic yoke support platform;
the first magnetic steel comprises a plurality of adjacent first magnetic steels, a fracture is formed at an interval between the adjacent first magnetic steels, and the framework extension part penetrates through the fracture and is fixed on the voice coil.

The sounding device according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic circuit system further comprises a second magnetic steel fixed to the yoke body, the second magnetic steel is disposed outside the first magnetic steel and spaced from the first magnetic steel to form a magnetic gap, and the voice coil is inserted into the magnetic gap.

The sounding device according to claim 1, wherein the bobbin extension includes a bobbin extension body extending from the bobbin body toward the voice coil, a first fixing section bent and extended from the bobbin extension body toward the magnetic yoke, and a second fixing section bent and extended from the first fixing section toward a direction away from the bobbin body, the first fixing section is fixed to a side of the voice coil close to the first magnetic steel, and the second fixing section is fixed to an end of the voice coil close to the magnetic yoke.

The sounder device according to claim 1, wherein the yoke support platform is rectangular, the first magnets comprise four, two of the first magnets are spaced apart on opposite sides of the yoke support platform, and the other two of the first magnets are spaced apart on the other opposite sides of the yoke support platform; the skeleton extension includes four, and each skeleton extension passes an adjacent fracture.
5. The sounding device according to claim 4, wherein the voice coil is rectangular with rounded corners, and the four bobbin extensions are connected to the voice coil at four rounded corners respectively.

The sound production device of claim 1, further comprising a frame for supporting the vibration system and the magnetic circuit system, wherein the upper diaphragm, the frame, the skeleton body, the lower diaphragm and the magnetic circuit system together define a first inner sound cavity, the upper diaphragm, the skeleton body, the lower diaphragm and the magnetic yoke support platform together define a second inner sound cavity, the skeleton body is provided with a leakage hole therethrough, and the second inner sound cavity is communicated with the first inner sound cavity through the leakage hole.
7. The sounder device according to claim 6, wherein the leakage holes comprise a plurality of holes, the plurality of holes being spaced apart from one another.

The sounding device according to claim 1, wherein the lower diaphragm is annular, the lower diaphragm includes a first lower fixing portion fixed to the yoke support platform, a folded-down ring portion extending from an outer periphery of the first lower fixing portion in a folded manner, and a second lower fixing portion extending from an outer periphery of the folded-down ring portion in a direction of the first magnetic steel, and the skeleton body is fixed to the second lower fixing portion.

The sounding device according to claim 8, wherein the yoke supporting platform includes a supporting platform plate disposed opposite to the upper diaphragm, and a supporting platform sidewall extending from an outer periphery of the supporting platform plate to the yoke body in a bending manner, the supporting platform sidewall is connected to the yoke body and spaced from the first magnetic steel to form a gap, the first lower fixing portion is fixed to the supporting platform plate, and the folded-down ring portion is recessed toward the yoke body and is received in the gap.

The sounder device according to claim 2, wherein the magnetic circuit system further comprises a first clamping plate stacked on the first magnetic steel, a second clamping plate stacked on the second magnetic steel, and an auxiliary magnetic steel stacked on the second clamping plate, wherein the second magnetic steel is arranged opposite to the auxiliary magnetic steel in the same polarity, and the opposite magnetic pole in the same polarity is opposite to the magnetic pole on the side of the first magnetic steel close to the first clamping plate.
