The anti-blocking garbage disposer disclosed by the invention has the following using principle: when the garbage bin is used, food garbage is contained in the semi-cylinder 2-1, when the garbage bin needs to be treated, the worm I2-5 is rotated to drive the worm gear I2-4 to drive the semi-cylinder 2-1 to rotate, so that the semi-cylinder 2-1 is overturned, the garbage in the semi-cylinder is poured between the two bent side plates 1-4 and slides into the conveying pipe 1-9 through the bent side plates 1-4, the conveying motor 3-1 is started to drive the conveying spiral plate 3-3 to rotate through the conveying shaft 3-2, the garbage in the conveying pipe 1-9 is conveyed into the crushing circular pipe 4-1 to prevent the garbage from blocking the device, the garbage cannot be crushed and treated, the garbage is crushed by the crushing cutter 5-4 rotating at a high speed and then falls onto the filter plate 6-4, the garbage with smaller volume falls into the filter conical pipe 6-3 through the filter hole 6-5, the garbage with larger volume is left on the filter plate 6-4 to be continuously crushed, thereby preventing the garbage from blocking the device and being incapable of being discharged from the device, the garbage in the filtering conical pipe 6-3 is discharged from the device through the discharge pipe 7-2, and the filtering rotating pipe 6-2 is driven by the filtering motor 6-1 to rotate the filter plate 6-4, so that the garbage can not stay on the filter plate 6-4 for a long time, thereby preventing the garbage from blocking the filtering hole 6-5, meanwhile, the rotating filtering conical pipe 6-3 and the scraper 7-1 slide relatively, so that the scraper 7-1 scrapes the garbage on the inner wall of the filtering conical pipe 6-3, the garbage flows into the discharge pipe 7-2 from the inner wall of the filtering conical pipe 6-3 more easily, the garbage is prevented from being hung on the inner wall of the filtering conical pipe 6-3 to cause the blockage of the filtering conical pipe 6-3, the liquid leakage holes in the bottom of the semi-cylinder 2-1 are blocked by the blocking plates 8-4 so that the semi-cylinder 2-1 can be filled with water for washing vegetables, and the worm II 8-6 is rotated, so that the position of the baffle 8-3 in the semi-cylinder 2-1 is adjusted, and when the semi-cylinder 2-1 overturns to dump garbage, the inner wall of the semi-cylinder 2-1 is scraped, and the garbage is prevented from being stuck to the inner wall of the semi-cylinder 2-1 to influence the dumping and conveying of the garbage.
