The automatic cleaning device for the water surface garbage is characterized by comprising an outer barrel (1), wherein a filter barrel (2) is arranged inside the outer barrel (1), a water outlet (3) is formed in the middle of the bottom of the outer barrel (1), a case (4) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the outer barrel (1), a filter plate (5) is detachably installed between the case (4) and the outer barrel (1), a base (6) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the case (4), a plurality of support rods (7) are fixedly installed on the outer wall of the outer barrel (1), a buoy (8) is fixedly installed at one end, away from the outer barrel (1), of each support rod (7), a mounting frame (9) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the case (4), a solar panel (10) is hinged to the top of the mounting frame (9), and a control;
the winding machine is characterized in that a first motor (12) and a storage battery (13) are fixedly mounted inside the machine case (4), a winding seat (14) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the machine case (4), a winding roller (15) is fixedly mounted on the winding seat (14), the winding roller (15) is rotatably connected with the winding seat (14), and the winding roller (15) is meshed with an output shaft of the first motor (12) through a gear.

The automatic water surface garbage cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a liquid level sensor (16) is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the outer barrel (1), a one-way valve is arranged in the water outlet (3), a plurality of connecting rods (17) are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the outer barrel (1), and the bottoms of the connecting rods (17) are fixedly connected with the machine box (4).

The automatic water surface garbage cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a traction rope (19) is arranged on the surface of the winding roller (15) in a surrounding manner, one end of the traction rope (19) is fixedly connected with the winding roller (15), the other end of the traction rope (19) is fixedly connected with a balancing weight (20), and the balancing weight (20) is a cement prefabricated member.
