The load of the protective band 300 is further reduced and the protective band 300 and its attachment location to the armpit 200 are not easily damaged or disengaged. As shown in fig. 3, both ends of the protection band 300 are attached to the left and right anti-slip portions 210 of the armpit 200.
When the waist and hip parts of a user are in a free state in the moving process of the shifter, the armpit of the user is stressed greatly, the lower body is not stable, and certain safety risk exists. The human body supporting device further comprises a safety bandage, the safety bandage is used for fixing the waist to the thigh of a user to reduce the stress under the armpit, stabilize the waist and hip and thigh postures of the user, improve the comfort level and reduce the safety risk.
The harness is shown in fig. 4 and includes a waist belt 400, a left leg loop 510 and a right leg loop 520. The waist belt 400 is in a ring shape surrounding the waist of the user in a use state, and the left leg ring 510 and the right leg ring 520 are respectively worn on the left and right thighs of the user.
The waist of the user is fixed by the ring-shaped waist belt 400, the left thigh of the user is supported by the left leg ring 510, and the right thigh of the user is supported by the right leg ring 520, so that the waist to thigh position of the user is fixed by the safety belt, and the user can be stabilized on the shifter in a more comfortable sitting posture or a standing posture. The body and lower limb gravity of the user below the armpit supports 200 are partially shared by the safety bandage, and discomfort and safety risks caused by over-stress of armpits are reduced.
The waist belt 400 can be unfolded when not in use to facilitate wearing. For example, the waist belt 400 may be a single belt, with the two ends removably attached at the rear of the waist belt 400, the user may be moved from the rear to the front into the cavity and the protective belt 300 may be secured, and then the waist belt 400 may be wrapped around the user and the rear ends attached.
In this embodiment, the left and right sides of the waist belt 400 are separated, and when not in use, the waist belt 400 is unfolded into the left waist belt 410 and the right waist belt 420, the left leg loop 510 is connected to the left waist belt 410, and the right leg loop 520 is connected to the right waist belt 420. The harness thus has a left portion and a right portion, the left portion being on the left side of the user and the right portion being on the right side of the user when the user is moved from the back to the front into the cavity and securing the harness 300, as shown in fig. 2. The left waist belt 410 is wrapped around the left waist of the user, the right waist belt 420 is wrapped around the right waist of the user, the left front end 411 of the left waist belt 410 is connected to the right front end 421 of the right waist belt 420, and the left rear end 412 of the left waist belt 410 is connected to the right rear end 422 of the right waist belt 420, thereby forming the ring-shaped waist belt 400 as shown in fig. 4.
The connection mode of the waistband 400 can be one of the magic tape 800 and the socket, or both.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the magic tape 800 is disposed outside the left front end 411 of the left waistband 410, and the magic tape 800 is disposed inside the right front end 421 of the right waistband 420, and those skilled in the art will understand that the two magic tapes 800 are male and female tapes for matching use. The inner side as used herein means the side close to the human body, and the outer side means the side far from the human body. When in use, the right front end 421 of the right waistband 420 is arranged at the back of the left front end 411 of the front and left waistbands 410, so that the two magic tapes 800 are matched and stuck fixedly. The magic tape 800 is configured to extend from the front end to the rear end by a distance, thereby facilitating adjustment of the connection length of the front end. Certainly, the inner and outer positions of the left and right magic tapes 800 can be exchanged, and the exchange does not affect the use.
The insert buckle 700 is disposed outside the left back end 412 of the left waist belt 410, and the insert buckle 700 is disposed outside the right back end 422 of the right waist belt 420, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the two insert buckles 700 are snap buckles for cooperation. When in use, the two rear ends are opposite to each other, so that the two inserting buckles 700 are matched and fixed.
In the case that the front ends of the left and right waist belts 410 and 420 are connected by the hook & loop fastener 800 and the rear ends are connected by the insert buckle 700, the adjustment of the connection length of the front ends may be realized to adjust the overall length of the waist belt 400.
Alternatively, the left back end 412 of the left waist belt 410 and the right back end 422 of the right waist belt 420 may be connected by the hook and loop fastener 800. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the left back end 412 of the left waist belt 410 is provided with the magic tape 800 inside, and the right back end 422 of the right waist belt 420 is provided with the magic tape 800 outside, and those skilled in the art will understand that the two magic tapes 800 are male and female tapes for matching use. When in use, the right back end 422 of the right waist belt 420 is behind the left back end 412 of the front and left waist belts 410, so that the two magic tapes 800 are matched and stuck fixedly. The magic tape 800 is configured to extend a distance from the rear end to the front end, thereby facilitating adjustment of the connection length of the rear end. Certainly, the inner and outer positions of the left and right magic tapes 800 can be exchanged, and the exchange does not affect the use. The back is connected respectively to the front and back end of waistband 400, and it is further fixed to connect eye-splice 700 again, plays the effect of secondary protection, prevents that magic tape 800 separation from resulting in waistband 400 to drop. In addition to the insertion buckle 700 provided at the rear end for connection, the insertion buckle 700 may be provided at the front end for connection.
The belt 400 may be attached to the shifting machine below the armpit support 200, or may be attached to other suitable locations of the shifting machine in other embodiments. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a left hanging part 220 and a right hanging part 230 are formed below the armpit support 200, two sides of the waist belt 400 are hung on the left hanging part 220 and the right hanging part 230, the waist belt 400 is approximately fixed below the armpit support 200 in a hanging manner, and the waist belt 400 can move below the armpit support 200, so that the waist of a user can move in a limited manner, the waist position of the user can be stabilized, a part of load of the armpit support 200 is shared, the armpit stress is reduced, the user is more comfortable, the user can move the waist, the binding feeling is reduced, and the use comfort is further improved.
There are various structures for hanging and connecting the waist belt 400 below the armpit support 200, in this embodiment, the left hanging portion 220 and the right hanging portion 230 are respectively a left hanging ring and a right hanging ring arranged below the armpit support 200, the waist belt 400 is provided with a left hanging ring and a right hanging ring corresponding to the left hanging ring and the right hanging ring, and the hanging rings are hung on the hanging rings. As shown in fig. 3, the left hanging ring 413 is provided on the left waist belt 410, and the right hanging ring 423 is provided on the right waist belt 420.
The leg loops of the harness may be directly suspended below the armpit supports 200 or may be connected to the waist belt 400, and in order to simplify the structure and prevent the suspension wires from being entangled, the leg loops are connected to the waist belt 400 in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4, the left leg ring 510 is connected to the left waist belt 410 by a left connecting band 610, and the right leg ring 520 is connected to the right waist belt 420 by a right connecting band 620.
The extension direction of the connection band is configured to connect a first connection point a, a second connection point B and a third connection point C shown in fig. 4 along a straight line, the first connection point a being a connection point of the armpit support 200 and the waist band 400, the second connection point B being a connection point of the waist band 400 and the connection band, and the third connection point C being a connection point of the connection band and the leg loop. The suspension supporting force can be directly transmitted to the leg rings, so that the thighs are supported, the pulling force on the waistband 400 is reduced, the waistband 400 can be better attached to the waist of a user, and the comfort level is further improved.
Optionally, the aforementioned suspension loops are configured as triangles. One vertex angle of the triangle is hung on the hanging ring, the upper end of the connecting band is wrapped around the opposite side of the vertex angle and is sewn and fixed, and then the overlapped part of the connecting band after being folded back is sewn on the waistband 400. When waistband 400 is connected rather than upper and lower structure, waistband 400 itself only need sew up once to the position of sewing up is thicker, intensity is high, is difficult to damage, and first tie point A, second tie point B, third tie point C are established ties by the connecting band moreover, ensure to hang the holding power and can directly transmit to the leg ring.
Under the condition that the front end and the rear end of the waistband 400 are connected through the magic tape 800, when the overall length of the waistband 400 is adjusted, the front end connection length and the rear end connection length can be adjusted at the same time, so that the second connection point B is located at a proper position on two sides of the waist, and the use comfort is improved.
The lower end of the connecting belt is sewed on the leg ring. The angle of connection of the connecting band and the leg rings causes the leg rings to tilt forward, and when the user wears the thighs in the leg rings, the user can be stabilized on the pedal 131 in a standing or sitting posture with the hips slightly higher than the knees, so that the center of gravity of the user is relatively more forward, the posture is more comfortable, and the user's legs and arms are relatively more capable of exerting upward force. Under the condition, the center of gravity of the whole man-machine is close to the central position of the supporting surface of the shifting machine, so that the moving stability is improved.
Further, the left leg ring 510 and the right leg ring 520 are formed of L-shaped bands, respectively, and as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the left leg ring 510 is unfolded in an L-shape with a left long side 511 and a left short side 512, and the right leg ring 520 is unfolded in an L-shape with a right long side 521 and a right short side 522.
In the unfolded state, please refer to fig. 2, the long side of the L-shaped belt faces downwards, and the short side of the L-shaped belt faces towards the front of the user; in the wearing state, please refer to fig. 4, the long side and the short side of the L-shaped belt are connected to form a ring shape for wrapping the thigh. Under this configuration, the cyclic annular that L shape area formed is the structure that the big one end of one end is little, and the main aspects are close to the buttock direction, and the tip is close to the knee direction, and this structure is close with the thigh roughly, makes leg ring and thigh laminate better, and the area of stress is bigger, alleviates the thigh and appears the trace of reining in and painful sense that local stress too big leads to, improves use comfort.
The long edge and the short edge of the L-shaped belt have the effects of convenient connection and length adjustment. The outer side of the long side is provided with a magic tape 800, and the inner side of the short side is provided with the magic tape 800. When wearing, please refer to fig. 2, 4, 5 and 7, the long side is passed from the lower part of the outer thigh to the inner thigh of the user, and then is upwardly directed to contact with the inner side of the short side, so as to form a ring shape with a large upper part and a small lower part for wrapping the thigh. The dimension of adjusting the leg ring can be realized to the cooperation length of adjusting long limit and minor face during the parcel to better laminating thigh.
Optionally, the long side and the short side are provided with the matched insert buckle 700, the L-shaped belt can be matched and fixed through the insert buckle 700 after being wrapped on the thigh, and the hook and loop fastener 800 can be fixed and then secondarily fixed through the insert buckle 700, so that the double protection effect is achieved.
In other embodiments, the leg loops may be formed in other ways, such as by arcuate bands. In the deployed state, the shorter inner edge of the arc-shaped belt faces the front of the user, and the longer outer edge of the arc-shaped belt faces the rear of the user. When the user wears the electric heating shoes, the lower ends of the arc-shaped belts are wound to the inner sides of the thighs from the lower sides of the outer sides of the thighs of the user and are connected with the upper ends of the arc-shaped belts. The connection mode can be magic tape 800 arranged on the different surfaces of the arc-shaped belt, and also can be a buckle 700 or other connection structures.

Claims (13)

1. A personal support device for a displacement machine comprising:
the armpit support is U-shaped and is provided with a cavity with a backward opening for accommodating the forebreast of a user;
the protective belt is connected to the armpit support and used for sealing the opening of the cavity.
2. The personal support apparatus of claim 1 wherein at least one end of the guard belt is removably attached to the armpit.
3. The personal support apparatus of claim 1 wherein the left and right ends of the armpit support are bent upwardly to form retaining portions.
4. The personal support apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a harness connected below the armpit support, the harness comprising a waist belt, a left leg loop and a right leg loop, the waist belt being capable of encircling to form a loop, the left leg loop and the right leg loop each being adapted to be worn on a thigh of a user.
5. The shifting machine torso support device according to claim 4, wherein a left suspension part and a right suspension part are provided under the armpit support, the waistband is connected to the left suspension part and the right suspension part, the left leg ring is connected to the waistband through a left connecting band, and the right leg ring is connected to the waistband through a right connecting band.
6. The personal support apparatus of claim 5 wherein the attachment point of the left hanger to the belt, the attachment point of the belt to the left connecting strap, and the attachment point of the left connecting strap to the left leg loop are aligned; the right suspension part is connected with the connection point of the waistband, the connection point of the waistband and the right connecting band, and the connection point of the right connecting band and the right leg ring are on the same straight line.
7. The personal support device of claim 4, wherein the belt comprises a left belt and a right belt, the left belt and the right belt can form a loop, the left leg loop is connected to the left belt, and the right leg loop is connected to the right belt.
8. The shifting apparatus torso support of claim 4, wherein the left and right leg rings are each formed from an L-shaped band;
in the unfolded state, the long side of the L-shaped belt faces downwards, and the short side of the L-shaped belt faces towards the front of a user;
in a wearing state, the long sides and the short sides of the L-shaped belts are connected to form a ring wrapping thighs in a surrounding mode.
9. The personal support apparatus of claim 8 wherein the L-shaped belt has a male and/or female hook and loop fastener on each of the long and short sides.
10. A shifter comprising a frame, a foot rest, a support arm, and a torso support as claimed in any of claims 1 to 9, said foot rest and said support arm being mounted to said frame, respectively, and an armpit of said torso support being mounted to said support arm.
11. The shifter of claim 10, wherein the support arm is rotatably mounted to the frame, the shifter further comprising a pitch pushrod for driving the support arm to rotate, one end of the pitch pushrod being hinged to the frame and the other end of the pitch pushrod being hinged to the support arm.
12. The shifter of claim 10 wherein the support arm is provided with a telescoping ram, the armpit being mounted to the telescoping ram.
13. The shifter of claim 10 wherein the frame has two support legs rotatably mounted thereon, the two support legs being openable and closable relative to each other, each support leg having a respective foot pedal.
