绿色快餐盒的生产方法,属食品包装材料技术领域。
用甘蔗渣、玉米秆、麦秆等植物纤维破碎后,拌入食用胶、压缩成型,再进行表面喷涂处理,得能生解降解,无污染绿色快餐盒。

Description

绿色快餐盒的生产方法
现在使用的快餐盒,大都是聚乙苯烯之类塑料,在自然界中分解要数百年,造成严重的白色污染,国外用纸代替,但我国纸浆缺少且价格昂贵,没有竞争能力。
为了解决上述难题,发明人采用农付产品甘蔗渣、玉米杆、麦杆等植物纤维为原料,用食用级的CMC-Ca为粘合剂,冲压成型后,表面用海藻酸钠一氯化钙处理,得到完全能生解降解的无毒害快餐饭盒,使用天然产物,不带来新的污染、废盒还可破碎掺合当饲料,称其为绿色饭盒,确属名符其实。
实例1、将甘蔗渣破碎(40目),加入1克溶解在50ml水中的CMC-Na,拌和后用压模机压缩成型,于100℃干燥,喷涂5%海藻酸钠溶液于表面,干后,再喷涂10%氯化钙溶液,风干后得成品。
例2、用1000克麦杆,压缩成型后,内表面加一张薄纸,再压缩,喷涂海藻酸钠溶液于表面,干后,浸20%氯化钙溶液,风干后得成品。

  1. ①用甘蔗渣、玉米杆、麦杆等植物纤维,破碎,拌入食用胶,压缩成型,再表面处理,得无污染绿色快餐盒。
  2. ②根据权利①要求,所用的食用胶为CMC-Na、变性淀粉,糊精等。
  3. ③根据权利①要求,表面处理剂为海藻酸钠与氯化钙溶液。
