Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Other embodiments, which can be derived by those skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without inventive step, shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a flow control method of a water heater according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s10: acquiring a target temperature, an inlet water temperature and an outlet water temperature of a condenser of a water heater;
s20: when the outlet water temperature is not equal to the target temperature, calculating the temperature difference between the target temperature and the inlet water temperature;
s30: when the temperature difference is smaller than a preset threshold value, increasing the output ratio of a water pump of the water heater;
s40: and when the temperature difference is not less than a preset threshold value, increasing the output ratio of the water pump of the water heater and the opening of the flow regulating valve of the water heater.
It should be noted that, when the water heater is in a large temperature difference heating state, such as the inlet water temperature is 15 ℃, the outlet water temperature is 90 ℃, and under the heat preservation heating working condition, the temperature of water in the condenser is increased by 75 ℃ once, so that the problem of water flow attenuation is very easy to occur, and in actual operation, when the inlet water temperature is low (30 ℃) and the outlet water temperature is high (65 ℃), the above situation may occur. Therefore, as a preferable scheme, the embodiment of the present invention sets the preset threshold to 35 ℃.
The target temperature can be set by a user during use or different gears during delivery, and the preset threshold value can be set according to the performance of the water heater, which is not limited by the invention.
Specifically, when the inlet water temperature and the outlet water temperature of the condenser change, the water flow of the water heater is affected, the target temperature, the outlet water temperature and the inlet water temperature of the condenser are firstly obtained, the temperature difference between the target temperature and the inlet water temperature is calculated when the outlet water temperature is not equal to the target temperature, when the temperature difference is smaller than 35 ℃, the water heater is judged not to be in a large-temperature-difference heating state, the opening degree of a flow regulating valve can be kept, only the output ratio of a water pump is increased to achieve the purpose of controlling the water flow to be stable, and when the temperature difference is larger than 35 ℃, the water heater is judged to be in the large-temperature-difference heating state, the purpose of controlling the water flow to be stable is achieved by increasing the output ratio of the water pump and the opening degree of a flow regulating valve, increasing and slowing down.
According to the flow control method of the water heater, provided by the embodiment of the invention, different control strategies can be adopted according to different conditions of the temperature difference value between the target temperature and the inlet water temperature, and the output ratio of the water pump and the opening of the flow regulating valve are controlled, so that the water flow of the water heater in a large-temperature-difference heating state is kept stable; the water heater is controlled when the outlet water temperature does not reach the target temperature, so that the energy consumption of the water heater can be reduced; when the temperature difference between the target temperature and the water inlet temperature is large, the output ratio of the water pump and the opening degree of the flow regulating valve are controlled simultaneously, and when the temperature difference between the target temperature and the water inlet temperature is small, the output ratio of the water pump is controlled, so that the energy consumption of the water heater can be further reduced.
In a preferred aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, the method obtains the outlet water temperature and the inlet water temperature by:
acquiring the outlet water temperature through an outlet water temperature sensor of the condenser;
and acquiring the water inlet temperature through a water inlet temperature sensor of the condenser.
During specific implementation, one or more temperature sensors can be arranged on the water inlet pipe of the condenser, and the temperature of the inlet water of the condenser is obtained through the temperature sensors; similarly, one or more temperature sensors may be installed on the water outlet pipe of the condenser, and the outlet water temperature of the condenser is obtained through the temperature sensors, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the outlet water temperature is obtained through the outlet water temperature sensor of the condenser, and the inlet water temperature is obtained through the inlet water temperature sensor of the condenser, so that the outlet water temperature and the inlet water temperature of the condenser can be accurately obtained.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the increasing the output ratio of the water pump of the water heater specifically includes:
and controlling the output ratio of the water pump according to a preset first rule until the outlet water temperature is equal to the target temperature.
Specifically, when the temperature difference is smaller than the preset threshold value, the water heater is not in a large-temperature-difference heating state, and then the output ratio of the water pump can be controlled to be gradually increased until the outlet water temperature is equal to the target temperature.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the first rule is: controlling PWM (n +1) ═ PWM (n) + Δ PWM; PWM (n +1) is the water pump output ratio at the next moment, PWM (n) is the current water pump output ratio, n is more than or equal to 0, and delta PWM is more than 0.
It should be noted that the Δ PWM can be set according to the magnitude of the temperature difference, the temperature difference is set in segments, each segment corresponds to one Δ PWM, and if the temperature difference is large, the Δ PWM can be set to be larger so as to increase the output ratio of the water pump quickly and heat the water pump quickly; the same delta PWM can be adopted to ensure the stable work of the water heater and prolong the service life.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the increasing the output ratio of the water pump of the water heater and the opening of the flow rate adjusting valve of the water heater specifically includes:
and controlling the output ratio of the water pump and the opening of the flow regulating valve according to a preset second rule until the outlet water temperature is equal to the target temperature.
It should be noted that, when the temperature difference is not less than the preset threshold, the water heater is in the large temperature difference heating state at this moment, and the phenomenon of water flow attenuation appears very easily, and not only need control the water pump output ratio this moment, prevent that the output ratio from crossing low excessively, still need control flow regulating valve, compromise water flow and lift, guarantee that the water pump can work at great output ratio.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the second rule specifically includes:
controlling EVM to be EVMmax; wherein EVM is the opening of the flow regulating valve, EVMmax is the maximum opening, and EVMmax is greater than 0;
controlling PWM (n) ═ PWMmin, PWM (n +1) ═ PWM (n) + Δ PWM; wherein, PWM (n) is the current water pump output ratio, PWMmin is the minimum output ratio, PWM (n +1) is the water pump output ratio at the next moment, n is more than or equal to 0, PWMmin is more than 0, and delta PWM is more than 0.
It should be noted that the maximum opening, the minimum output ratio, and the Δ PWM can be set according to the magnitude of the temperature difference, and the embodiment of the present invention is not described herein again.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the minimum output ratio PWMmin is set to 55% to 65% and the maximum opening EVMmax is set to 70% to 80%.
As a preferable aspect, the method further includes:
and when the output ratio of the water pump is increased to the maximum output ratio, controlling the output ratio of the water pump according to a preset third rule.
Preferably, the embodiment of the present invention sets the maximum output ratio PWMmax to 80%.
As an improvement of the above scheme, the third rule is: PWM (n +1) ═ PWM (n) + c × Δ PWM; PWM (n +1) is the water pump output ratio at the next moment, PWM (n) is the current water pump output ratio, n is more than or equal to 0, c is more than 0, and delta PWM is more than 0.
Wherein, c can be selected according to the following table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002467771900000071
Figure BDA0002467771900000081
It should be noted that when the output ratio of the water pump reaches the maximum output ratio, the flow stability cannot be adjusted by adjusting the output ratio of the water pump, and a flow fluctuation needs to be created, which can change the flow characteristics (parameters such as flow rate and pipeline pressure) of the water in the condenser, and has a certain scouring effect on bubbles, so that the problem of bubble accumulation can be solved well, and the c × Δ PWM in the above scheme can achieve this.
The embodiment of the invention solves the problem of bubble accumulation by adjusting the increment of the output ratio.
In addition to the above-described configuration, if the outlet water temperature does not reach the target temperature, the output ratio of the water pump is increased according to the first rule or the second rule.
In summary, embodiments of the present invention provide a flow control method for a water heater, which can control an output ratio of a water pump and a flow regulating valve according to a temperature difference between a target temperature and an inlet water temperature, so that a water flow rate when the water heater operates is kept stable, and energy consumption of the water heater can be reduced.
It should be understood that all or part of the processes of the flow control method for a water heater according to the present invention may also be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and executed by a processor, so as to implement the steps of the flow control method for a water heater.
