In the actual operation process of the device, an empty tray formed by material supplement and an empty tray required by the second transmission device 3130 are not necessarily completely matched, which may cause that the empty tray in the material supplement frame 3210 cannot be taken away in time to delay material supplement, and may also cause that the empty tray is not supplemented in time by the second transmission device 3130 to cause that the blanking transfer device 3180 cannot perform blanking in time. By providing the material tower 3221 as a relay, the material tower 3221 can store a plurality of empty trays without considering the butt joint between the empty trays in the material replenishing rack 3210 and the empty trays of the second transfer device 3130. Therefore, the equipment can run more smoothly, the blanking transfer device 3180 and the feeding transfer device 3230 do not have excessive time waste for waiting for the transfer of the empty trays, and the efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the material tower 3221 includes a tower 3221 and a lifting device 3222.
The tower 3221 includes 4 towers to surround the tray. The lifting device 3222 is arranged at the bottom of the tower 3221 and is used for lifting the tray.
As shown in FIG. 5, 4 towers are rectangular and surround the tray. The lifting device 3222 supports the material tray, and can drive the material tray to lift, so that the height of the uppermost layer of the material tray in the material tower 3221 can be kept consistent before the blanking transfer device 3180 transfers the material each time. Therefore, empty trays can be stored simply and conveniently, and the blanking transfer device 3180 can transfer the empty trays from the material tower 3221 conveniently and quickly.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a camera protective glass module detection system, which comprises any one of the blanking devices 3000.

Claims (10)

1. A blanking apparatus (3000) comprising a blanking device and a replenishing device (3200);
the blanking device comprises:
the first conveying device (3110) is used for receiving and conveying a material tray, the material tray contains a camera protective glass module, and the camera protective glass module comprises a good product and a defective product;
an unloading transfer device (3180) and a second transfer device (3130), the second transfer device (3130) being disposed adjacent to the first transfer device (3110) and the unloading transfer device (3180) being disposed at a junction of the first transfer device (3110) and the second transfer device (3130), for transferring a defective camera protection glass module from the tray carried by the first transfer device (3110) to the tray carried by the second transfer device (3130), the second transfer device (3130) receiving and transferring a camera protection glass module of defective products from the first transfer device (3110) through the tray;
the material supplementing device (3200) is adjacent to the first conveying device (3110) and arranged at the downstream of the second conveying device (3130) and used for supplementing the vacancy of the defective camera protection glass module carried in the tray of the first conveying device (3110) through the defective camera protection glass module.
2. The blanking apparatus (3000) according to claim 1, wherein the feeding device (3200) comprises:
the material supplementing frame (3210) is arranged at the downstream of the second transmission device (3130), is adjacent to the first transmission device (3110), and is used for bearing a material tray of a camera protection glass module with only good products;
a feeding transfer device (3230), the feeding transfer device (3230) being arranged adjacent to the feeding frame (3210) and the first transfer device (3110) for transferring a camera protection glass module from the tray carried on the feeding frame (3210) to a vacancy of a defective camera protection glass module carried in a tray of the first transfer device (3110).
3. The blanking apparatus (3000) according to claim 2, wherein said feed transfer device (3230) comprises:
a first adsorption device (3181) for transferring the camera protection glass module from the tray loaded on the material supplementing frame (3210) to a vacancy of a defective camera protection glass module loaded in the tray of the first conveying device (3110) by the first adsorption device (3181);
the first operating device (3182), the first operating device (3182) connects the first absorbing device (3181), in order to drive the first absorbing device (3181) to operate.
4. The blanking apparatus (3000) according to claim 3, wherein said feed transfer device (3230) further comprises:
a first tray carrying device (3183), wherein the first tray carrying device (3183) is arranged adjacent to the first adsorption device (3181), and the first tray adsorption device is used for carrying a tray which is carried on a first conveying device (3110) and transfers defective camera protection glass modules to the material supplementing frame (3210), so that the material supplementing transfer device (3230) supplements materials by using the camera protection glass modules in the tray;
the first operating device (3182) is connected with the first adsorption device (3181) and the first tray carrying device (3183) to drive the first adsorption device (3181) and the first tray carrying device (3183) to operate.
5. Blanking apparatus (3000) according to claim 2, wherein said blanking transfer device (3180) comprises:
a second adsorption device (3231) for transferring a defective camera protection glass module from the tray carried by the first transfer device (3110) to the tray carried by the second transfer device (3130) by means of the second adsorption device (3231);
the second operating device (3232), the second operating device (3232) is connected with the second adsorption device (3231) to drive the second adsorption device (3231) to operate.
6. The blanking apparatus (3000) according to claim 5, wherein said blanking transfer device (3180) further comprises:
a second tray conveying device (3233), wherein the second tray conveying device (3233) is arranged adjacent to the second adsorption device (3231), and the second tray conveying device (3233) conveys the empty tray loaded on the material supplementing frame (3210) after material supplementing to the second transmission device (3130), so that the second transmission device (3130) receives the defective camera protective glass module through the empty tray;
the second operation device (3232) is connected with the second adsorption device (3231) and the second tray conveying device (3233) to drive the second adsorption device (3231) and the second tray conveying device (3233) to operate.
7. The blanking apparatus (3000) according to claim 6, wherein said topping frame (3210) is arranged between said blanking transfer device (3180) and a topping transfer device (3230), comprising:
two columns (3211), the two columns (3211) are spaced apart, one column (3211) is close to the blanking transfer device (3180), and the other column (3211) is close to the feeding transfer device (3230);
the cross bar (3212) is arranged between the two upright posts (3211), and two ends of the cross bar (3212) are connected with the two upright posts (3211);
the device comprises supporting blocks (3213) and a driving device (3214), wherein the supporting blocks (3213) are used for bearing a tray from the first transmission device (3110) to which a defective camera protective glass module is transferred, and the driving device (3214) drives the supporting blocks (3213) to slide on the cross bar (3212).
8. The blanking apparatus (3000) of claim 7, wherein the feeding device (3200) further comprises:
the material tower (3220) is arranged between the material supplementing frame (3210) and the second transmission device (3130) and used for storing an empty material tray;
the blanking transfer device (3180) transports the empty tray loaded with the supplemented material from the material supplementing frame (3210) to the material tower (3220) through the second tray transport device (3233), and transports the empty tray from the material tower (3220) to the second transport device (3130).
9. The blanking apparatus (3000) according to claim 8, wherein said material tower (3220) comprises:
a tower (3221), the tower (3221) including 4 towers to surround the tray;
the lifting device (3222) is arranged at the bottom of the tower (3221) and used for lifting the material tray.
10. A camera cover glass module inspection system, characterized by comprising the blanking apparatus (3000) of any one of claims 1 to 9.
