Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of decorative picture manufacturing, in particular to a golden silk light decorative picture and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The manual embroidery is a traditional process, and machine embroidery in the 20 th century and modern computer embroidery are matched with embroidery threads with colors dyed in advance to complete a preset color matching effect in the embroidering process according to the requirements of design patterns. The thermal sublimation transfer printing is a new textile printing and dyeing technology developed in recent years, is widely applied to printing of textile fabrics and plastic products, and simultaneously, an ink-jet printing technology directly prints the textile fabrics into colorful patterns and then embroiders the patterns on the fabrics to form decorative pictures.
In the existing high-grade decorative picture, the color development grade of the pattern is generally improved by embroidering the golden silk thread, and the pattern presents metal texture, or the embroidery decorative picture is obtained by directly adopting an embroidery process. However, the manual embroidery and the embroidering of the golden silk thread not only greatly waste the labor, but also hardly ensure the consistency of the picture. Meanwhile, the manufacturing of the gold wire decorative picture is difficult to be completed in a large batch by the existing process, so that the cost is greatly increased.

Comparative example 1
This comparative example differs from example 1 in that: this comparative example did not perform heat treatment of the substrate. The imaged image of this comparative example exhibited no embroidery effect and no colorful illusion effect.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example differs from example 1 in that: micron-sized electronic ink is adopted for ink-jet printing. The image formed by the comparison example is rough, poor in fineness, low in resolution and general in visual effect.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example differs from example 1 in that: instead of thermal transfer printing, the pattern was ink jet printed directly onto the heat treated substrate. The ink can not absorb and permeate ink because of the plastic or rubber of the base material, and the plastic shrinks, so that an imaged image can be distorted or even distorted.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example differs from example 1 in that: this comparative example did not proceed to step S14. The visual effect of the imaged image of the comparative example is general and not exquisite.
Therefore, when the substrate is not subjected to heat treatment, the printing and heat transfer printing mode is not adopted, and coloring or silver plating is not carried out, the problems of poor imaging quality, poor fineness, low resolution, poor embroidery effect, poor visual effect and the like of the decorative picture are caused, namely, the best technical effect can be obtained only by simultaneously adopting the treatment and/or process parameters.
It can be understood that the technical effect of the invention is the sum of the synergistic effect of the technical characteristics of each step, and each step has certain internal correlation, and is not the simple superposition of the effects of the single technical characteristics. The invention can obtain the surface concave-convex microstructure through (1) reasonable base material heat treatment, (2) reasonable pattern imaging mode of printing and heat transfer printing, and (3) reasonable synergistic mode of coloring and plating reflective metal or alloy, can obtain the non-embroidery imaged decorative picture with embroidery effect, the pattern is full and not stiff, the unique characteristics of the textile embroidery golden silk picture similar to the warp knitting textile fabric surface combing and appearing and the fiber texture are presented through the synergistic effect, the unexpected three-dimensional embroidery effect is generated, the color change of the embroidery effect which can not be done by painting, ink jet or heat transfer printing and the like is achieved, especially, different change effects are observed at different angles under light, the decorative picture has vivid feeling, and simultaneously has good luster, and the vacancy of the interior decoration picture in the field of interior home decoration is made up. The above effects produced by the present invention are obtained by the mutual synergy, and are inseparable.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express the embodiments of the present invention, and the description is more specific and detailed, but not understood as the limitation of the patent scope of the present invention, but all the technical solutions obtained by using the equivalent substitution or the equivalent transformation should fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
