Abstract

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2-5, the nut pre-tightening device of the present invention includes a cylindrical body 3, a fixed seat is fixedly connected to an outer cylindrical wall of the body 3, a gear dial ring 10 is rotatably mounted on an inner cylindrical wall of the body 3, a shape of an inner cylindrical wall of the gear dial ring 10 is matched with a shape of an outer cylindrical wall of the nut, a gear engaged with the gear dial ring 10 is rotatably mounted on the fixed seat, and a driving structure for connecting with a driving device is provided on the gear. As shown in fig. 5, in the nut pre-tightening device of the present invention, a second gear shaft 15 is fixedly disposed on the second gear 14, and the second gear shaft 15 is rotatably mounted on the fixing base through a shaft sleeve.
As shown in fig. 4, the fixing seat includes an upper fixing seat 1 and a lower fixing seat 4 fixedly connected to each other, the first gear 13 and the second gear 14 are installed between the upper fixing seat 1 and the lower fixing seat 4, the upper end and the lower end of the first gear shaft 7 are respectively installed on the upper fixing seat 1 and the lower fixing seat 4, the upper end of the first gear shaft 2 extends out of the upper fixing seat 1, and the upper end and the lower end of the second gear shaft 15 are also respectively installed on the upper fixing seat 1 and the lower fixing seat 4.
