The working process is as follows:

Compared with an ordinary hardware die, the controllable combined die has the advantages that each characteristic punch can be controlled by the air cylinder to participate in the punching work, when the air cylinder acts, the top plate is dragged, the punch base plate and the punch are pressed, the punch cannot be withdrawn, and therefore when the punch punches, the punch generates punching action. When the cylinder does not act, the punch backing plate and the punch can enter the concave position of the movable top plate, and the punch cannot punch when the punch punches.
