Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to a liver biopsy puncture needle capable of sampling multiple depths simultaneously.
Background
Liver biopsy requires a certain amount of sample for accuracy, while generally requires sampling at different depths and different points. The existing biopsy needle can only meet the requirements of sampling one point at a time and one depth, and needs to puncture a patient for multiple times when the liver is biopsied. Multiple punctures increase the patient's pain and also result in increased chances of massive bleeding and infection from the damaged vessel.
To solve this problem, chinese patent document 201420548988.0 discloses a percutaneous renal surgery puncture needle with biopsy function, in which the needle sheath can be kept in the human body, the needle core can be taken out relative to the needle sheath, so as to take out the biopsy sample, and the required number of samples can be taken out by multiple sampling, but it can still only take samples at one depth point at a time. Chinese patent document 201110432040.X discloses a multi-coating biopsy puncture needle capable of sampling for multiple times, which can accommodate a sample sampled each time in a needle sleeve, and after sampling for multiple times, all samples are taken out at one time, but the sampling is still performed on one depth point.
Further, chinese patent document 201810778559.5 discloses a liver biopsy puncture needle and a method of using the same, wherein a plurality of cutting windows are provided on a needle sheath, the windows are opened by rotating a needle core, and sampling is completed by the opening and closing processes of the windows. Because the cutting window is provided with a plurality of cutting windows, the multi-point sampling of different depths can be realized.
However, the position of the cutting window on the needle sheath cannot be changed, and therefore, when the sizes of liver tissues to be biopsied of patients are different, the relative distances among a plurality of sampling depths cannot be changed.

Detailed Description
The present invention is directed to overcoming the deficiencies of the prior art and providing a liver biopsy needle that simultaneously samples multiple depths, and will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples.
Examples
A liver biopsy puncture needle for simultaneous multi-depth sampling comprises a needle core 2 and a needle sleeve 1 positioned outside the needle core 2. The bottom of the needle sleeve 1 is a conical pointed end, so that the needle sleeve is convenient to drive the whole sampling needle to be inserted into the liver tissue to be sampled.
The needle sleeve 1 is of a hollow structure and is used for containing the needle core 2, a wall seam 101 is arranged on the wall of the needle sleeve 1, and two ends of the wall seam 101 penetrate through the top and the bottom of the needle sleeve 1.
The whole structure of the needle core 2 is matched with the needle sleeve 1, namely, the bottom of the needle core 2 is a conical pointed end, and the size of the needle core is matched with that of the needle sleeve 1. The inside of the needle core 2 is also hollow for containing a tissue sample. The lower part of the needle core 2 is of a multi-stage telescopic structure, and each stage of telescopic structure is provided with a cutting window 201. The telescopic structure realizes telescopic connection through threads. The position of the thread should be such that it is not exposed and is always contained within the interior of the core 2. The relative distance between the cutting windows 201 can be changed by the telescopic structure so as to be adjusted according to the condition of the tissue to be sampled of different patients.
The length of the stylet 2 is larger than that of the needle sleeve 1, and the top of the stylet extends out of the needle sleeve 1, so that the stylet 2 can be conveniently held by hand to rotate. A cutting core 3 is also arranged in the needle core 2. The cutting core 3 is composed of three parts, namely a top holding section 301, and the holding section 301 is positioned in a matched column shape of the needle sleeve 1. The cutting core 3 has the overall length larger than that of the needle core 2, so that the holding section 301 of the cutting core 3 at least partially extends out of the needle core 2, and the holding rotation is convenient. The middle part of the cutting core 3 is an arc-shaped cutting section 302 matched with the shape of the needle sleeve 1, and one side of the arc is a blade. The bottom of the cutting core 3 is a solid conical structure 303 which is matched with the bottom structure of the stylet 2.
The working principle of this embodiment is as follows: and (3) determining the size of the tissue to be sampled of the liver and the depth of the tissue to be sampled by using B ultrasonic equal auxiliary medical equipment. According to the size of actual determination, medical personnel take out nook closing member 2, through the distance between the telescopic structure adjustment cutting window 201, then put into needle cover 1 with nook closing member 2 to insert cutting core 3 in nook closing member 2. The top of the needle sleeve 1 is provided with a puncture line and a cutting line. Corresponding indicating lines are arranged at the handheld parts of the needle core 2 and the cutting core 3 to ensure that the cutting window 201 is not positioned in the wall seam 101 of the needle sleeve 1 during the puncture process, and the arc-shaped cutting section 302 of the cutting core 3 is concave towards the cutting window 201 at the moment, as shown in fig. 2 (a). After the above work is finished, the needle sleeve 1 is held by hand to puncture, and of course, the needle sleeve 1, the needle core 2 and the cutting core 3 are provided with a holding part (not shown in the attached drawings), so that the needle sleeve is convenient to hold by hand. When the liver tissue is punctured to a proper position, the cutting window 201 is rotated to the position of the wall seam 101 of the needle sleeve 1 according to the indication lines of the cutting line and the corresponding indication lines of the needle core 2 and the cutting core 3, as shown in fig. 2 (b). At this time, the cutting core 3 is rotated in the direction shown in FIG. 2 (b), and the tissue pushed into the cutting window 201 is cut and sampled, and the cut sample is accommodated in the core needle 2. After sampling is finished, the needle core 2 is rotated, so that the cutting window 201 is not positioned at the seam 101 of the needle sleeve 1, and then the whole body is taken out, so that multi-depth sampling is finished. After the whole body is taken out, the cutting core 3 is pulled out of the needle core 2, and the cut tissue sample contained in the needle core 2 is also taken out in the process of taking out the cutting core 3 because the bottom of the cutting core 3 is a solid cone matched with the size of the cutting core 3.
As a preferable mode, the multi-stage telescopic structure may be provided with scale lines, so that the medical staff can adjust and precisely adjust the distance between the cutting windows 201.
The invention is well implemented in accordance with the above-described embodiments. It should be noted that, based on the above structural design, in order to solve the same technical problems, even if some insubstantial modifications or colorings are made on the present invention, the adopted technical solution is still the same as the present invention, and therefore, the technical solution should be within the protection scope of the present invention.
