Abstract
一种治疗脑瘫伤残后遗症等疾病的中药敷贴膏药，采用当归，桂枝，细辛，附子，川芎、制草乌等16味纯天然植物药物与食用植物油加工制成。可治脑血栓、脑动脉硬化、脑萎缩、脑供血不足、小儿脑瘫、小儿麻痹及外伤性截瘫、腰椎肥大等后遗症。有效率大于95％，治愈率达80％以上。
Description
本发明涉及治疗脑瘫伤残病后遗症等疾病的天然植物药物为原料的膏药。
“瘫残”目前仍是一种疑难病症，特别是后遗症，更是难以治疗，以致使众多的残疾患者、饱受痛苦，同时也增加了国家和社会的负担。目前在治疗脑动脉硬化(脑血栓)、晚发性小脑变性病、散发性病毒脑炎等，通常用脑活素、胆二磷胆碱(静滴)，口服都可喜、脑通等药物，配合高压氧治疗，经一段时后(有的高达一年时间)虽有一定缓减稳定病情的作用，但仍不能治愈和恢复正常，常存在后遗症，生活上不同程度的需依赖于别人。有的因伤至残的患者、如关节部位尚存有粹骨，发病时其痛苦难以忍受而更难以治愈。
为宏扬中医宝库的精华，本发明的目的，在祖传秘方和多年临床应用的基础上，开发出一种中药膏药，主要用于治疗瘫残后遗症，其次还可用于治疗各类炎症、骨伤、风湿等疑难病症。
本发明是在祖传秘方的基础上，结合现代医学技术，经大量的临床试验，研究开发出一种以纯天然植物药物为原料的组合物，与食用植物油，黄丹加工制作成的体外敷贴的膏药，其药物组合物中主要成份(重量份)为：
当归 24-36 细辛 16-24
桂枝 24-36 附子(黑) 24-36
白附子 16-24 制川乌 24-36
制草乌 24-36 川芎 24-36
羌活 24-36 独活 24-36
灵仙 8-12 干姜 16-24
川椒 24-36 皂角 24-36
没药 24-36 樟脑 12-18其具体制作步骤是将上述中药组合物加水煎煮三次，每次15分钟，合并煎液，过滤去渣。滤液浓缩至浆糊状，加入400-600份(重量)的香油，熬制成药油及锅巴块状物的混合物，去掉块状物，再加入黄丹，到药油中混合均匀，按常规的方法，制成可敷贴的中药膏药。每张膏药药油量为5g-6g。
上述药物组合物中所含主要成份的最佳含量(重量份)为：当归30，细辛20，桂枝30，附子(黑)30，白附子20，制川乌30，制草乌30，川芎30，羌活30，独活30，灵仙10，干姜20，川椒30，皂角30，没药30，樟脑15。香油的最佳用量为500份(重量)，黄丹适量。
用本发明的敷贴膏药临床治疗脑瘫伤残病后遗症等疑难病，按不同穴位敷贴方法治疗，结果表明：具有治疗方便、收效快、功效高、范围广、内外兼治、标本双收的特点，且无副作用，可治疗：脑血栓(即中风偏瘫)脑动脉硬化、脑萎缩、脑供血氧不足等后遗症；小儿脑瘫、小儿麻痹、震颤麻痹、面神经麻痹后遣症；外伤性截瘫、腰椎肥大、神经衰弱后遗症。其有效率大于95％，治愈率为80％以上。用本膏药敷贴患者不同的具体部位对化消肿瘤、骨质增生、类风显骨大、颈胸腰椎肥大、肝炎、肾炎、脉管炎、骨髄炎等疑难病均有较好疗效。本膏药还具有极强的活血化瘀、消肿、止痛、软坚散结功能，如能将已化脓的乳腺炎、淋巴腺炎、扁桃体炎、腮腺炎、胆囊炎、睾丸炎、阑尾炎、牙脓肿、肝肺脓肿等能在五天左右消化吸收、愈后一切如常，可免去开刀排脓之痛苦。
实例1
称取当归30g，桂枝30g，细辛20g，附子(黑)30g，白附子20g，制川乌30g，制草乌30g，川芎30g，羌活30g，独活30g，灵仙10g，干姜20g，川椒30g，皂角30g，没药30g，樟脑30g，放置不锈钢锅内，加水浸泡24小时后，进行煎煮，煮沸15分钟后，将药液倒入另一容器，如此煎煮三次，去渣，合并煎煮液，倒入锅内文火熬成糊状，加入500g香油在锅内熬成药油和锅巴块状物混合物，将块状物捞出，得纯药油350g，加150g的黄丹，熬成膏在白纸布上，涂布成膏药80张。
实例2
×××男，61岁，付教授，患脑动脉硬化、晚发性小脑变性症、经脑活素、胞二磷胆等药物治疗一年后原病情(语言笨拙、书写黑板困难、走路蹒跚、偶有跌倒等)均有控制、病情基本稳定，唯走路不稳、上下楼需人扶，走路需拐杖。92年10月19日开始用实例1的膏药，敷贴在小脑部位及大椎、肩俞、曲池、外关、合谷、环跳、风市、足三里、阳陵泉、解汉、昆仑等穴位，每次三天、贴三次后自觉精神振作，走路较前平稳有力，走平路不用拐杖，可坚持700-800米，步子较前大，说话较前清楚、声音也大些。
实例3
××女，7岁，92年7月患散发性病毒脑炎，昏迷63天、清醒后四肢无力，不能活动，表现较重为右侧上肢不能动，眼睛睁不开，眼球活动差，经脑活素等治疗后，右上肢开始微动，眼睛尚不能睁开，按实例2的穴位，用实例1的膏药贴敷，治疗3次后，眼睛睁开，基本正常，视力有所好转，右上肢基本恢复正常、左下肢在稍帮助下开始活动，自己伸直、弯曲两腿力感强。可以站立3分钟左右。第4次治疗后，不用帮助可自行走路。

×××男，50岁左右，企业总经理。因车祸受伤，经高位截肢治疗后，1991年春，左腿开始抬不起来，经深圳四个医院治疗无效并愈来愈严重。91年3月开始用实例1的膏药、敷贴在阿氏穴、肩俞、大椎、腰椎等穴位、七次治疗，每次3-5天、治疗近一个月，完全恢复至今未复发。
