In order to save resources, it is preferable that the exhaust pipe 4 used in the first step is used as the exhaust pipe 4 in the second step after removing the slurry; the connector 1 used in the first step is used as the connector 1 in the second step after the slurry is removed.
In order to lock the hole sealing buried pipe 2 and the connecting device 1, the connection failure is avoided. Preferably, the connecting device 1 is provided with a locking sleeve 13 and a ball 14; a circle of positioning holes 115 are formed in the wall of the outer tube 11 along the circumferential direction of the outer tube 11, and the positioning holes 115 penetrate through the wall of the outer tube 11 and are communicated with the inner cavity of the outer tube 11;
the inner cavity of the locking sleeve 13 is provided with a tapered section which is gradually enlarged along the axial direction; one ball 14 is movably arranged in each positioning hole 115; the locking sleeve 13 is sleeved on the periphery of the outer pipe 11, is in threaded fit connection with the outer pipe 11 along the axial direction of the outer pipe 11, and is in an expansion trend along the direction from the connecting end to the inserting end of the outer pipe 11, the outer side of the ball 14 is in extrusion fit with the inner wall of the locking sleeve 13, and the inner side of the ball is in extrusion fit with the outer wall of the hole sealing buried pipe 2.
In the structure, the end with larger diameter of the inner cavity of the locking sleeve 13 is close to the inserting end of the outer tube 11 and is sleeved on the outer tube 11. Due to the arrangement of the tapered section of the inner cavity of the locking sleeve 13, when the locking sleeve 13 moves towards the insertion end of the outer tube 11 along the axial direction of the outer tube 11, the inner wall of the locking sleeve 13 gradually increases the extrusion on the ball 14, so that the ball 14 moves along the axial direction of the positioning hole 115 to gradually pressurize the outer wall of the hole sealing buried pipe 2, and the hole sealing buried pipe 2 is tightly fixed. When the fixing of the hole sealing buried pipe 2 needs to be loosened, the locking sleeve 13 is moved towards the connecting end of the outer pipe 11 along the axial direction of the outer pipe 11, the size of the inner cavity of the locking sleeve 13 in contact with the balls 14 is gradually increased, the squeezing effect on the balls 14 is smaller and smaller, and therefore the hole sealing buried pipe 2 is loosened, and the hole sealing buried pipe can be pulled out along the axial direction of the hole sealing buried pipe 2. The locking mechanism is simple in structure, reliable in locking and adjustable in locking force.
The inserting space 116 between the inner wall of the outer pipe 11 and the outer wall of the inner pipe 12 can be axially communicated along the outer pipe 11, however, in the process of grouting, slurry rises and is easily embedded between the outer wall of the hole sealing buried pipe 2 and the inner wall of the outer pipe 11, and optimally, the opening axially arranged on the inner wall of the outer pipe 11 around the inner wall of the outer pipe faces to the inserting slot 113 at the inserting end of the outer pipe 11; a sealing ring groove 114 which is recessed outwards along the radial direction is arranged at the corresponding position of the inner wall of the outer pipe 11 and the slot 113, and a sealing ring which is in extrusion fit with the inner wall of the outer pipe 11 and the outer wall of the hole sealing buried pipe 2 is clamped in the sealing ring groove 114.
The arrangement of the slot 113 not only alleviates the above problems, but also plays a role in limiting the insertion depth of the hole sealing buried pipe 11 along the axial direction of the outer pipe 11; the plugging end of the hole sealing buried pipe 11 is limited along the radial direction, so that the hole sealing buried pipe 11 is prevented from excessively deviating from the axis of the outer pipe 11. Of course, a space is provided between the insertion groove 113 and the outer wall of the inner tube 12, and the space communicates between a portion of the inner cavity of the outer tube 11 at one end of the insertion groove 113 and a portion at the other end of the insertion groove 113.
The sealing ring is arranged in the sealing ring groove 114 to form sealing between the inner wall of the outer pipe 11 and the outer wall of the hole sealing buried pipe, so that the inner cavity of the hole sealing buried pipe is prevented from being communicated with the outer wall area of the outer pipe 11 through a gap between the inner wall of the outer pipe 11 and the outer wall of the hole sealing buried pipe.
In order to facilitate the separation of the connecting device 1 from the hole sealing buried pipe 2, preferably, a plurality of first pressure relief holes 112 are formed in the pipe wall of the outer pipe 11 along the circumferential direction of the outer pipe 11, and the first pressure relief holes 112 penetrate through the pipe wall of the outer pipe 11 and are communicated with the inner cavity of the outer pipe 11; along the axial direction of the outer tube 11, the first pressure relief hole 112 is positioned between the insertion end of the outer tube 11 and the sealing ring groove 114; and a second pressure relief hole 131 corresponding to the first pressure relief hole 112 is formed in the pipe wall of the locking sleeve 13.
After grouting hole sealing or in the drainage process, the areas surrounded by the hole sealing buried pipe 2, the connecting device 1 and the extraction hole are sealed areas, through the arrangement of the first pressure relief hole 112 and the second pressure relief hole 131, when the hole sealing buried pipe 2 is axially separated from the hole sealing buried pipe 2 and the outer pipe 11 along the outer pipe 11, the pipe orifice of the hole sealing buried pipe 2 reaches the position of the first pressure relief hole 112, the pressure of the sealed area is released through the first pressure relief hole 112, and therefore the reverse thrust of the separation of the hole sealing buried pipe 2 and the outer pipe 11 is reduced.

Claims (9)

1. The drainage method of the gas extraction hole is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, embedding a hole sealing buried pipe (2) in an upward extraction hole;
step two, assembling a drain pipe (3) and an exhaust pipe (4) by using a connecting device (1) arranged at the bottom end of the hole sealing buried pipe (2):
the connecting device (1) comprises an outer tube (11) and an inner tube (12); the two ends of the outer pipe (11) are communicated, one end is a plug-in end, and the other end is a connecting end; an orifice (111) which is penetrated by the inner cavity of the outer pipe (11) along the radial direction is arranged on the outer wall of the outer pipe (11); the inner pipe (12) is L-shaped, one end of the inner pipe is a splicing end, and the other end of the inner pipe is a connecting end; the inner pipe (12) is inserted in the outer pipe (11), and an insertion space (116) is arranged between the inner wall of the outer pipe (11) and the outer wall of the inner pipe (12); the inserting end of the inner pipe (12) extends to the inserting end of the outer pipe (11) along the axial direction of the outer pipe (11), the connecting end radially penetrates through the hole (111) of the outer pipe (11) along the outer pipe (11), and the outer wall of the inner pipe (12) is connected with the hole (111) in a sealing mode;
inserting the bottom end of the hole sealing buried pipe (2) into the inserting space (116), and locking the outer pipe (11) and the hole sealing buried pipe (2);
one end of the drain pipe (3) is a water inlet, the other end of the drain pipe is a water outlet, the water inlet of the drain pipe (3) is connected with the connecting end of the outer pipe (11), and the hole sealing buried pipe (2), the outer pipe (11) and the drain pipe (3) are communicated to form a drain passage; a normally closed one-way valve (31) for switching on and off the water outlet of the drain pipe (3) is arranged at the water outlet of the drain pipe (3);
the exhaust pipe (4) comprises an intake section (43) and a discharge section (44) which are independent of each other; the pumping-in section (43) is inserted into the hole sealing buried pipe (2), the bottom end of the pumping-in section is inserted into the inner pipe (12), and the top end of the pumping-in section extends into the area of the extraction hole above the hole sealing buried pipe (2); a pipe orifice at one end of the discharge section (44) is connected with the connecting end of the inner pipe (12), and a pipe orifice at the other end is connected with a drainage system, so that the suction section (43), the inner pipe (12) and the discharge section (44) are communicated to form an exhaust passage;
thirdly, starting an extraction system, and extracting gas in the extraction hole through an exhaust passage; and water in the extraction hole is discharged through the drainage passage under the action of gravity.
2. The gas extraction hole drainage method according to claim 1, characterized by comprising: in the first step, firstly, preparing a hole sealing buried pipe (2), a grouting pipe (5), an exhaust pipe (4) and the connecting device (1);
inserting the bottom end of the hole sealing buried pipe (2) into the inserting space (116), locking the relative position of the outer pipe (11) and the hole sealing buried pipe (2), connecting the grouting pipe (5) to the connecting end of the outer pipe (11), and enabling the grouting pipe (5), the outer pipe (11) and the hole sealing buried pipe (2) to penetrate to form a grouting passage;
inserting the pumping-in section (43) of the exhaust pipe (4) into the hole sealing buried pipe (2), inserting the bottom end of the pumping-in section into the inner pipe (12), and extending the top end of the pumping-in section into the area of the pumping hole above the hole sealing buried pipe (2); connecting a pipe orifice at one end of the discharge section (44) with the connecting end of the inner pipe (12), and opening a pipe orifice at the other end to ensure that the suction section (43), the inner pipe (12) and the discharge section (44) are communicated to form a pulp return passage;
arranging the hole sealing buried pipe (2) in the extraction hole, and filling a pre-sealing material (6) between the inner wall of the extraction hole and the outer wall of the hole sealing buried pipe (2) to seal an opening between the extraction hole and the hole sealing buried pipe (2);
then, grouting is carried out in the hole sealing buried pipe (2) through the grouting pipe (5), and grouting is stopped when grout flows out from the pipe orifice of the discharge section (44) of the exhaust pipe (4);
then, clearing the inner cavity of the hole sealing buried pipe (2) and removing the slurry exceeding the top end of the hole sealing buried pipe (2);
and finally, plugging a connecting passage between the hole sealing buried pipe (2) and the outside, and maintaining until the slurry in the extraction hole is solidified.
3. The gas extraction hole drainage method according to claim 2, characterized by comprising: after grouting, the connecting device (1), the exhaust pipe (4) and the grouting pipe (5) are disassembled.

The method for draining the gas extraction hole according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: exhaust holes (41) are densely distributed on the outer wall of the pumping-in section (43) of the exhaust pipe (4); step two, when the pumping-in section (43) of the exhaust pipe (4) is inserted into the hole sealing buried pipe (2), firstly, a plug support (42) for sealing an opening at the top end of the pumping-in section (43) of the exhaust pipe (4) is installed at the top end of the pumping-in section (43), and the plug support (42) comprises a sealing cap (421) and a first support (422) arranged on the periphery of the sealing cap (421); the extraction end of the exhaust pipe (4) is inserted into the plugging cap (421), and the exhaust pipe (4) is connected with the plugging cap (421) through a screw.
5. The gas extraction hole drainage method according to claim 2 or 3, characterized by comprising: the exhaust pipe (4) used in the first step is used as the exhaust pipe (4) in the second step after slurry is removed;
the connecting device (1) used in the first step is used as the connecting device (1) in the second step after the slurry is removed.
6. The method for draining the gas extraction hole according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the connecting device (1) is provided with a locking sleeve (13) and a ball (14);
a circle of positioning holes (115) are formed in the wall of the outer pipe (11) along the circumferential direction of the outer pipe (11), and the positioning holes (115) penetrate through the wall of the outer pipe (11) and are communicated with the inner cavity of the outer pipe (11);
the inner cavity of the locking sleeve (13) is provided with a tapered section which is gradually enlarged along the axial direction;
one ball (14) is movably arranged in each positioning hole (115);
the locking sleeve (13) is sleeved on the periphery of the outer pipe (11) and is in threaded fit connection with the outer pipe (11) along the axial direction of the outer pipe (11), the conical section of the inner cavity of the locking sleeve (13) is in an expanding trend along the direction from the connecting end to the inserting end of the outer pipe (11), the outer side of the ball (14) is in extrusion fit with the inner wall of the locking sleeve (13), and the inner side of the ball is in extrusion fit with the outer wall of the hole sealing buried pipe (2).

The gas extraction hole drainage method according to claim 6, characterized by comprising: the inner wall of the outer pipe (11) surrounds a slot (113) with an opening facing the insertion end of the outer pipe (11) and arranged in the axial direction of the inner wall; a sealing ring groove (114) which is radially and outwards sunken is arranged at the position, corresponding to the slot (113), of the inner wall of the outer pipe (11), and a sealing ring which is in extrusion fit with the inner wall of the outer pipe (11) and the outer wall of the hole sealing buried pipe (2) is clamped in the sealing ring groove (114).

The gas extraction hole drainage method according to claim 7, characterized by comprising: a plurality of first pressure relief holes (112) are formed in the wall of the outer pipe (11) along the circumferential direction of the outer pipe (11), and the first pressure relief holes (112) penetrate through the wall of the outer pipe (11) and are communicated with the inner cavity of the outer pipe (11); along the axial direction of the outer pipe (11), the first pressure relief hole (112) is positioned between the insertion end of the outer pipe (11) and the sealing ring groove (114);
a second pressure relief hole (131) corresponding to the first pressure relief hole (112) is formed in the pipe wall of the locking sleeve (13).
9. The method for draining the gas extraction hole according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
in the third step, after the extraction system is started, negative pressure is formed in the extraction hole, and the negative pressure value is P1; water in the drainage holes is collected in the drainage pipe (3) through the hole sealing buried pipe (2), the water pressure value is P2, and until P2 is more than P1, the one-way valve (31) of the drainage pipe (3) is automatically opened for drainage; draining until P2 is not more than P1, and automatically closing the one-way valve (31).
