The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the resistance wall is a large structure generally composed of columns, beams and wall boards, is subjected to thermal expansion stress and temperature stress of the coke oven, is additionally provided with an internal cooling system by improving the structural form, is prefabricated in a factory and assembled on site to form an integral structure, and therefore the purposes of greatly reducing the thickness of the columns, reducing the contact surface with the oven body and needing a grouting material plastering process and improving the construction quality are achieved. The method has the advantages of less turnover materials, simple working procedures and high construction quality, and avoids the adoption of a large amount of turnover materials such as scaffolds, templates and the like and the construction process of grouting and plastering after the construction of the concrete structure is finished.
(2) Compared with the original resistance wall, the resistance wall is additionally provided with the internal cooling water system, so that the thicknesses of the beams and the columns are effectively reduced, the risk of cracks generated by the resistance wall due to temperature stress is reduced, and the service life of the resistance wall is prolonged.
(3) The grouting material containing the refractory clay powder is prepared, so that the high-temperature resistance of the joint of the member is stronger, and the service life of the resistance wall is prolonged.
(4) The prefabricated assembly process is adopted, the surface grouting material plastering process is omitted, and the surface flatness and the verticality of the wall body easily reach the design standard.
