本发明公开了一种阶梯式分料锥盘,其特征在于:包括阶梯形撒料锥盘、上大下小的锥形托盘和若干个支脚,所述阶梯形撒料锥盘包括锥状扇形板一、竖向内连接板一、竖向外连接板一、锥状扇形板二、竖向外连接板二、竖向内连接板二、锥状扇形板三和竖向内连接板三,每个所述支脚包括支腿和连接板,所述锥状扇形板一的外端通过竖向内连接板一与锥状扇形板二的左端连接,所述锥状扇形板二的右端通过竖向内连接板二与锥状扇形板三的外端连接。该发明结构新颖,可实现立体撒料并可显著提高工作效率。

阶梯式分料锥盘
技术领域
本发明涉及建材设备,具体地说是阶梯式分料锥盘。
背景技术
现有在立式烘干机(或立式脱硫设备)中,采用的方式是在筒内设置若干个两端尖中间大的回转式分料锥来进行撒料操作,但在采用这种分料锥进行撒料时,只能进行平面撒料,效果不太佳,影响烘干(或脱硫)效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种结构新颖、可实现立体撒料并可显著提高工作效率的阶梯式分料锥盘。
为达到上述目的,本发明包括阶梯形撒料锥盘、上大下小的锥形托盘和若干个支脚,所述阶梯形撒料锥盘包括锥状扇形板一、竖向内连接板一、竖向外连接板一、锥状扇形板二、竖向外连接板二、竖向内连接板二、锥状扇形板三和竖向内连接板三,每个所述支脚包括支腿和连接板,所述锥状扇形板一的外端通过竖向内连接板一与锥状扇形板二的左端连接,所述锥状扇形板二的右端通过竖向内连接板二与锥状扇形板三的外端连接,所述锥状扇形板一的里端通过竖向内连接板三与锥状扇形板三的里端连接,所述锥状扇形板一的下端通过竖向外连接板一与锥形托盘的上端连接,所述锥状扇形板二的下端通过竖向外连接板二与锥形托盘的上端连接,所述锥状扇形板三的下端与锥形托盘的上端连接,若干个所述支脚周向均布地焊装于锥形托盘的外锥面上。
本发明由于采用了由阶梯形撒料锥盘、上大下小的锥形托盘和若干个支脚组成的阶梯式分料结构,这样,当物料自上而下落入阶梯形撒料锥盘时,通过相互错开的具有高度差的锥状扇形板一、锥状扇形板二和锥状扇形板三后,便会产生相互错开的立体撒料效果,从而显著提高工作效率。本发明结构新颖,可实现立体撒料并可显著提高工作效率。

参见图1至图2,本发明包括阶梯形撒料锥盘1、上大下小的锥形托盘2和若干个支脚3,所述阶梯形撒料锥盘1包括锥状扇形板一11、竖向内连接板一12、竖向外连接板一13、锥状扇形板二14、竖向外连接板二15、竖向内连接板二16、锥状扇形板三17和竖向内连接板三18,每个所述支脚3包括支腿31和连接板32,所述锥状扇形板一11的外端通过竖向内连接板一12与锥状扇形板二14的左端连接,所述锥状扇形板二14的右端通过竖向内连接板二16与锥状扇形板三17的外端连接,所述锥状扇形板一11的里端通过竖向内连接板三18与锥状扇形板三17的里端连接,所述锥状扇形板一11的下端通过竖向外连接板一13与锥形托盘2的上端连接,所述锥状扇形板二14的下端通过竖向外连接板二15与锥形托盘2的上端连接,所述锥状扇形板三17的下端与锥形托盘2的上端连接,若干个所述支脚3周向均布地焊装于锥形托盘2的外锥面上。

1.阶梯式分料锥盘,其特征在于:包括阶梯形撒料锥盘(1)、上大下小的锥形托盘(2)和若干个支脚(3),所述阶梯形撒料锥盘(1)包括锥状扇形板一(11)、竖向内连接板一(12)、竖向外连接板一(13)、锥状扇形板二(14)、竖向外连接板二(15)、竖向内连接板二(16)、锥状扇形板三(17)和竖向内连接板三(18),每个所述支脚(3)包括支腿(31)和连接板(32),所述锥状扇形板一(11)的外端通过竖向内连接板一(12)与锥状扇形板二(14)的左端连接,所述锥状扇形板二(14)的右端通过竖向内连接板二(16)与锥状扇形板三(17)的外端连接,所述锥状扇形板一(11)的里端通过竖向内连接板三(18)与锥状扇形板三(17)的里端连接,所述锥状扇形板一(11)的下端通过竖向外连接板一(13)与锥形托盘(2)的上端连接,所述锥状扇形板二(14)的下端通过竖向外连接板二(15)与锥形托盘(2)的上端连接,所述锥状扇形板三(17)的下端与锥形托盘(2)的上端连接,若干个所述支脚(3)周向均布地焊装于锥形托盘(2)的外锥面上。
