Abstract
The invention relates to a cosmetic packaging box with a protection structure, which comprises a box body and an upper cover plate, wherein the box body comprises a bottom plate, a first side plate, a second side plate, a third side plate and a fourth side plate, and the upper cover plate is hinged with the first side plate through a hinge structure: the upper cover plate is provided with a leaf sheet which is respectively matched and spliced with the second side plate, the third side plate and the fourth side plate; a protection device is arranged above the bottom plate of the box body which is formed by the surrounding of the bottom plate, the first side plate, the second side plate, the third side plate and the fourth side plate, and first to ninth damping blocks are arranged on the protection device. The cosmetic packaging box with the protection structure can protect the cosmetic bottle during transportation, and can reduce the breakage rate of the cosmetic bottle during transportation.

Background
The packing box is a box for packing products. The packaging boxes can be classified into paper boxes, iron boxes, wood boxes, leather boxes and the like according to materials, and have the functions of ensuring the safety of products in transportation, improving the grade of the products and the like. With the rapid development of modern industry and the continuous improvement of living standard of people, the demand of people on the packing box will be increased continuously, and higher requirements on the quality of the cosmetic packing box are also provided.
The existing cosmetic packaging box only has the function of packaging products and does not have the function of protecting the products inside, and particularly for some cosmetics with glass bottles or porcelain bottles, when the packaging box only has the packaging function is used for transporting the cosmetics, the bottles are easy to crack or break due to collision, and unnecessary loss is caused. In one embodiment, a shock-absorbing sponge is further arranged between the bottom plate and the protection device.
In one embodiment, the second damper block, the fourth damper block, the fifth damper block and the eighth damper block are provided with spring devices on the side surfaces, and the spring devices are provided with clamping pieces.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
It will be understood that, as used herein, the terms "first," "second," and the like may be used herein to describe various elements, but these elements are not limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one element from another. For example, a first side panel may be referred to as a second side panel, and similarly, a second side panel may be referred to as a first side panel, without departing from the scope of the present application.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a cosmetic package with a protective structure provided in one embodiment, as shown. A cosmetic packaging box with a protection structure comprises a box body 1 and an upper cover plate 2.
The box body 1 includes a bottom plate 3, a first side plate 4, a second side plate, a third side plate and a fourth side plate (the second to fourth side plates are not labeled temporarily), the upper cover plate 2 is hinged with the first side plate 4 through a hinge structure 5, the hinge structure may be in a hinge form or in other forms, and the invention is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the left and right sides of the upper cover 2 are provided with support rods 8 connected to the box 1, and the support rods 8 can reduce the bearing force of the hinge structure 5 because the hinge structure 5 is easily damaged due to the hanging of the upper cover 2 when the upper cover 2 is opened. One end of the support rod 8 is fixed on the upper cover plate 2, and the other end is buckled with a snap ring arranged on the edge of the box body 1.
The upper cover plate 1 is provided with a leaf 6 which is respectively matched and spliced with the second side plate, the third side plate and the fourth side plate. A protective device 7 is arranged above the bottom plate 3 of the box body 1 enclosed by the bottom plate, the first side plate, the second side plate, the third side plate and the fourth side plate.
The guard device 7 includes a first damper block 70, a second damper block 71, a third damper block 72, a fourth damper block 73, a fifth damper block 74, a sixth damper block 75, a seventh damper block 76, an eighth damper block 77, and a ninth damper block 78. The first shock absorption block 70 and the third shock absorption block 72 are arranged at the right-angle position of one side of the protection device 7; the second damper block 71 and the ninth damper block 78 are arranged in the middle of the corresponding sides of the guard 7; the fourth and fifth shock-absorbing blocks 73, 74 are arranged on the other corresponding side of the guard 7; the sixth and seventh shock-absorbing blocks 75, 76 are arranged at right angles to the other side of the guard 7; an eighth damper block 77 is provided at a central position of the guard 7. The sixth damper block 75 is provided with a first groove 751 and a second groove 752, and the seventh damper block 76 is provided with a third groove 753. Wherein, the eighth damping block 77 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 3 through a positioning hole of the bottom plate 3.
In one embodiment, the damper block includes an inner liner, an outer liner sleeved outside the inner liner, and a damping rubber injected between the inner liner and the outer liner.
Further, in order to better protect the cosmetic bottle, the sides of the second damper block 71, the fourth damper block 73, the fifth damper block 74 and the eighth damper block 77 are provided with spring devices, and the spring devices are provided with clamping pieces which can better clamp the cosmetic bottle so as to prevent the cosmetic bottle from being cracked due to collision during transportation.
In addition, the first and second grooves 751, 752 are of equal size, and the first and second grooves 751, 752 are adapted to receive a complementary vial of cosmetic product. The third recess 753 is twice the size of the first or second recess and the fourth recess 753 is used to hold a gift cosmetic bottle. The first groove 751, the second groove 752 and the third groove 753 are sized according to the model of the corresponding cosmetic bottle.
Furthermore, in order to better protect the cosmetic bottle, a layer of shock absorption sponge can be arranged between the bottom plate 3 and the protection device 7.
