when the quick setting is not needed, carrying out personalized setting and starting timing;
setting convenient reserved charging contents when the personalized setting is overtime, converting relevant information into specific time after the setting is finished, starting timing, and starting charging until the timing is finished;
judging whether the personalized setting is finished or not when the personalized setting is not overtime;
and when the personalized setting is finished, converting the related information into specific time and starting timing, and starting charging until the timing is finished.
