By arranging the touch screen 901 and the button panel 902 on the control cabinet 9, it is convenient to control the various operation components of the whole set of equipment in a centralized manner and monitor their operation states.
The invention relates to a feed stirring and preparing device for beef cattle breeding, which comprises the following working processes: the control cabinet 9 controls the first speed reducing motor 102 to drive the packing auger 104 to rotate, and according to a preset feed formula, the first feeding mechanism 2 and the first spiral conveyor 801 throw forage with specified weight into the stirring bin; the second feeding mechanism 3 and the crusher 4 start to output grain powder to the temporary storage bin 5, and the conveyer belt 503 and the second screw conveyer 802 work to put grain powder with specified weight into the stirring bin; the feed stuff in the third feeding mechanism 7 is fed into the stirring bin by a predetermined weight under the conveying of the third screw conveyor 803; the first speed reducing motor 102 drives the auger 104 to continue stirring for a specified time, and simultaneously, the saline water or the honey water pumping unit adds the saline water or the honey water with specified weight into the stirring bin through the water spraying pipe 109. After the stirring time is reached, the discharge door assembly 106 is opened, and the prepared feed materials are output to a transfer trolley to be transported to a cowshed for feeding.

The feed stirring and preparing device for beef cattle breeding is characterized by comprising a stirring mechanism (1), a first feeding mechanism (2), a second feeding mechanism (3), a crusher (4), a temporary storage bin (5), a third feeding mechanism (7), a material lifting and conveying mechanism (8) and a control cabinet (9), wherein the first feeding mechanism (2) stores forage and adds the forage into a stirring bin of the stirring mechanism (1) through the material lifting and conveying mechanism (8); the second feeding mechanism (3) stores grain materials, the grain materials are converted into grain powder by the pulverizer (4) and then enter the temporary storage bin (5), and the grain powder is output by the temporary storage bin (5) and enters the stirring bin of the stirring mechanism (1) through the material lifting and conveying mechanism (8); the third feeding mechanism (7) stores feed filler, and the feed filler enters a stirring bin of the stirring mechanism (1) through the material lifting and conveying mechanism (8); a discharge hole (105) is formed in the side wall of the stirring mechanism (1), and a weighing sensor (107) is arranged at the bottom of the stirring mechanism (1); the control cabinet (9) monitors the operation of the stirring mechanism (1), the first feeding mechanism (2), the second feeding mechanism (3) and the pulverizer (4).
