Abstract
A portable scanning sterilization and disinfection instrument relates to the technical field of sterilization and disinfection. The sterilizing and disinfecting device comprises a sterilizing instrument main body, a cover body rotationally assembled on the sterilizing instrument main body, a transparent inner support arranged in the sterilizing instrument main body and used for placing a sterilized product, a containing groove for placing the sterilized product in the transparent inner support, sterilizing and disinfecting components slidingly assembled on two sides of the transparent inner support and used for sterilizing and disinfecting two sides of the sterilized product respectively, and a driving component arranged in the sterilizing instrument main body and used for driving the sterilizing and disinfecting components to do reciprocating motion relative to two sides of the transparent inner support. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sterilization and disinfection, in particular to a portable scanning sterilization and disinfection instrument.
Background
Along with the continuous increase of the economic level of China, the living standard of people is continuously improved, and the health consciousness is gradually enhanced. A great deal of crowd habits are applied to sterilizing and disinfecting articles for daily use which are frequently used, such as mobile phones, earphones, keys and the like, so as to prevent harmful microorganisms from threatening the health of people.
Various sterilization and disinfection instruments appearing in the existing market all have some drawbacks, and some manufacturers generally set more UV lamps or higher ultraviolet light intensity in order to achieve better sterilization effect, so that product power consumption is high, and in order to reduce product energy consumption, some products reduce the distance between an ultraviolet light source and a disinfection object, but in this way, ultraviolet irradiation is local, or the light intensity of some places is insufficient, and then the whole disinfection object cannot be effectively irradiated, so that the sterilization effect is poor. Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention provides a portable scanning sterilization sterilizer which has the advantages of high-efficiency sterilization, safe use, small volume and portability.
The portable scanning sterilization and disinfection instrument comprises a disinfection instrument main body, a cover body rotatably assembled on the disinfection instrument main body, a transparent inner support arranged in the disinfection instrument main body and used for placing a disinfected product, a sterilization and disinfection assembly slidingly assembled on two sides of the transparent inner support and used for respectively sterilizing and disinfecting two sides of the disinfected product, and a driving assembly arranged in the disinfection instrument main body and used for driving the sterilization and disinfection assembly to reciprocate relative to two sides of the transparent inner support.
The invention further provides a sterilization and disinfection assembly which comprises a sliding seat, an upper scanning support and a lower scanning support, and a plurality of UV sterilization lamps, wherein the sliding seat is slidably assembled on the disinfection instrument body and arranged on the side of the transparent inner support, the upper scanning support and the lower scanning support are assembled at two ends of the sliding seat and respectively correspond to two sides of the transparent inner support, and the UV sterilization lamps are respectively arranged on the upper scanning support and the lower scanning support towards one side of the transparent inner support.
The invention further provides a driving assembly, which comprises a driving motor assembled in the sterilizer main body, and a screw rod assembled at one end of an output shaft of the driving motor and screwed on the sliding seat and used for driving the upper scanning support and the lower scanning support to horizontally scan along the length direction of the transparent inner support, wherein the sterilizer main body is provided with a mounting groove for mounting the screw rod.
According to the invention, the movable cavity for horizontally moving the sterilizing and disinfecting assembly relative to the transparent inner support is formed in the disinfecting instrument main body, and the reset groove for resetting and storing the sterilizing and disinfecting assembly after the sterilizing and disinfecting assembly is completed is formed in the end part, close to the movable cavity, of the disinfecting instrument main body.
According to the invention, the upper scanning bracket is rotatably assembled on the sliding seat.
The portable scanning sterilization and disinfection instrument further comprises a power supply and a control main board which are electrically connected with the sterilization and disinfection assembly and the driving assembly, and a control switch which is arranged on one side of the main body of the sterilization instrument and is electrically connected with the control main board.
According to the invention, the safety switch which is electrically connected to the control main board and is used for automatically cutting off the power supply when the cover body is opened is arranged on one side, close to or far from each other, of the sterilizing instrument main body and the cover body.
According to the invention, the cover body is provided with the observation window, and the observation window is made of a brown transparent pc material.
According to the invention, the specification of the accommodating groove is 171mm long, 78mm wide and 15mm high.
According to the invention, the irradiation angle of the UV sterilizing lamp is 180 degrees, the distance from the UV sterilizing lamp to the surface of the transparent inner support is 7mm, and the thickness of the transparent inner support is 2mm.

The transparent inner support 3 is made of transparent pc material, the transparent inner support 3 is used for bearing and accommodating a sterilized product device, and meanwhile, sterilizing light rays of the sterilizing and disinfecting assembly 4 penetrate through the transparent inner support 3, and under the action of the driving assembly 5, the sterilizing and disinfecting assembly 4 reciprocates along the transparent inner support 3, so that scanning type irradiation sterilization is carried out on the upper side and the lower side of the sterilized product, and multi-angle and omnibearing efficient irradiation sterilization of the sterilized product is realized.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the sterilization and disinfection unit 4 includes a sliding seat 41 slidably mounted on the sterilizer body 1 and disposed at the side of the transparent inner support 3, an upper scanning bracket 42 and a lower scanning bracket 43 mounted at both ends of the sliding seat 41 and respectively corresponding to both sides of the transparent inner support 3, and a plurality of UV sterilization lamps 44 respectively disposed at the sides of the upper scanning bracket 42 and the lower scanning bracket 43 toward the transparent inner support 3. The effective irradiation distance of the UV ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 44 in the product is 20mm, the wavelength frequency is 254nm, in the embodiment, the irradiation angle of the UV ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 44 is 180 degrees, the distance from the UV ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 44 to the surface of the transparent inner support 3 is 7mm, and the thickness of the transparent inner support 3 is 2mm, so that the UV ultraviolet light emitted by the UV ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 44 can generate larger efficiency on the surface of the sterilized product, and the sterilized product can be completely irradiated by the UV ultraviolet light.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the driving assembly 5 includes a driving motor 51 installed in the sterilizer body 1, and a screw rod 52 installed at one end of an output shaft of the driving motor 51 and screw-installed at the sliding seat 41, wherein the upper scanning support 42 and the lower scanning support 43 are disposed along a width direction of the transparent inner support 3, the screw rod 52 is used to drive the upper scanning support 42 and the lower scanning support 43 to horizontally scan along a length direction of the transparent inner support 3, and an installation groove 53 for installing the screw rod 52 is formed in the sterilizer body 1, it should be noted that the driving motor 51 and the screw rod 53 may be installed at one side of the transparent inner support 3. When in use, the driving motor 51 drives the screw rod 52 to rotate, thereby driving the sliding seat 41, the upper scanning bracket 42 and the lower scanning bracket 43 to reciprocate along the screw rod 52, carrying out omnibearing irradiation on the sterilized product, ensuring that each part is uniformly irradiated by light intensity, and improving the sterilization effect.

As shown in fig. 4 and 2, the portable scanning sterilizer further comprises a power supply 7 electrically connected to the sterilizer assembly 4 and the driving assembly 5, a control main board 8, and a control switch 9 disposed at one side of the sterilizer body 1 and electrically connected to the control main board 8. It should be noted that, the control switch 9 is disposed at one end of the lower scanning support 43 far away from the sliding seat 41, and a claw-shaped pressing portion 91 is disposed at one side of the control switch 9, and the claw-shaped pressing portion 91 is used for being pressed by a user in a touch manner, and is also used for limiting the lower scanning support 43 to prevent the lower scanning support 43 from collapsing relative to the transparent inner support 3.
