Abstract

the filter cover comprises a filter cover upper shell and a filter cover lower shell, and a groove body for accommodating the switch is arranged on the filter cover upper shell; the lower filter cover shell is provided with a push rod for pushing the one-way gear at the bottom of the switch and can be pushed in the groove body in a reciprocating manner; and a fixed one-way gear ejector rod is also arranged on the lower shell of the filter cover.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 to 5 show a preferred embodiment of a dust collecting device for a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention, which includes a dust collecting container 1, a filter housing 2 disposed in the dust collecting container 1, a filter element 3 fitted in the filter housing 2, and a filter cover 4 bolted to the filter housing 2. The dust collecting device comprises a dust collecting barrel 1, a filter cover 2, a filter cover 4 and a filter core 3, wherein the dust collecting barrel 1 is used for containing dust, hair or other impurities sucked by a dust collector, the filter core 3 is used for receiving dust discharged from a dust discharging port of the dust collector, the filter cover 2 is sleeved outside the filter core 3, the filter cover 4 covers one end of the dust collecting barrel 1, and the filter cover 2 and the filter core 3 are connected to form the dust collecting device of the dust collector.
In the embodiment, the dust collecting barrel 1 comprises a barrel body 11 and a barrel cover 13 positioned at the bottom of the barrel body 11, the barrel body 11 is a plastic hollow cylindrical barrel, and the barrel cover 13 is hinged with the barrel body 11, so that the barrel cover 13 can rotate around the barrel body 11 to be opened at any time to discharge dust and impurities stored in the barrel body 11.
In this embodiment, one side of the cylinder 11 is hinged to the cylinder cover 13, and the corresponding side is provided with a push switch 12 for buckling the cylinder cover 13; the press switch 12 is a lever structure arranged on the barrel 11, one end of the press switch is provided with a hook protruding inwards and used for hooking the side wall of the barrel cover 13, so that the barrel cover 13 is buckled with the barrel 11, a spring is arranged between the other end of the press switch and the barrel 11, the spring is in a release state in normal time, one end of the press switch 12 with the hook is clamped with the barrel cover 13 inwards, when one end of the spring is pressed, the hook at the other end is lifted, the barrel cover 13 is separated from the hook, and the dust collection barrel 1 is opened.
In the embodiment, the filter cover 2 is provided with a hollow accommodating cavity 21 for accommodating the filter element 3, the top of the hollow accommodating cavity is provided with a switch 22, and the switch 22 is a lug with the radial top; the inner side of the accommodating cavity 21 is provided with a plurality of protruding scraping blades 23, and the whole body is provided with a plurality of first filtering holes 24. The bottom is provided with a second dust outlet 25, the top is also provided with a one-way gear 26, and the second dust outlet 25 is abutted against the cylinder cover 13. The dust collecting device of the invention has two dust discharging modes, one mode is that dust impurities of the dust collector received in the filter element 3 fall into the filter cover 2 and then are discharged into the dust collecting barrel 1 from the first filter hole 24, and the barrel cover 13 is opened to pour out the dust impurities in the dust collecting barrel 1. The second is that the dust impurities of the dust collector received in the filter element 3 fall into the filter cover 2, and the cylinder cover 13 is directly opened to discharge the dust from the second dust outlet 25.
In the embodiment, one end of the filter element 3 is open, and the open end is opposite to the air outlet channel of the dust collector. The whole body of the filter element 3 is a wave-shaped or triangular fold, and the convex scraping blade 23 of the filter cover 2 is abutted against the fold. The filter element 3 is also provided with a plurality of second filter holes 31 around, and the body is hollow cylindrical or conical and is used for receiving dust and impurities discharged from the air outlet channel. The central axis of the filter cover 2 coincides with the central axis of the filter element 3, so that the protruding scraping blades 23 are uniformly contacted with the filter element 3 when the filter cover 2 rotates. The top of the filter element 3 is further provided with a plurality of discontinuous circular arc-shaped extensions 32 for placing the filter element 3 on the filter cover 4.
The filter cover 4 in this embodiment includes a filter cover upper case 41 and a filter cover lower case 42, and the filter cover upper case 41 is provided with a groove 43 for accommodating the switch 22; the filter cover lower case 42 is provided at the bottom of the switch 22 with a push rod 27 pushing the one-way gear 26 and can be pushed reciprocally in the groove 43; the filter cover lower shell 42 is also provided with a fixed one-way gear ejector rod 28. The filter cover lower shell 42 is installed on the top of the filter cover 2, the push rod 27 is arranged on the lower portion of the switch 22, and the one-way gear push rod 28 abuts against the one-way gear 26, so that the filter cover 2 and the protruding scraping blades 23 driven by the one-way gear 26 can be pushed to rotate in one direction when the switch 22 and the push rod 27 are pulled back and forth, and a certain mechanical operation feeling is brought to a user. The switch 22 is toggled back and forth to drive the filter cover 2 to rotate, and the convex scraping piece 23 in the filter cover 2 sweeps over the wrinkles outside the filter element 3, so that the filter element 3 vibrates, fine dust attached to the filter element 3 is shaken down into the filter cover 2, and then falls into the dust collection barrel 1 from the first filter hole 24 on the whole body of the filter cover 2. The inside of the filter cover upper shell 41 is provided with a support part 44 and a plurality of inward protruding clamping parts 45, the support part 44 is a circle of protruding circular ring, the clamping parts 45 are inward arc-shaped protrusions, the extension part 32 at the top of the filter element 3 can be placed on the support part 44, then the support part and the support part 44 rotate relatively, the clamping parts 45 are positioned at the upper part of the extension part 32 after the rotation, so that the filter element 3 and the filter cover 4 cannot move relatively in the axial direction, and the filter element 3 and the filter cover 4 are combined into a whole. The filter cover 4 is clamped with the dust collecting cylinder 1, and the switch of the filter cover 2 is arranged on the filter cover 4, so that the dust collecting cylinder 1, the filter cover 2, the filter element 3 and the filter cover 4 are combined into a whole and are detachably connected.
The working principle of the dust collecting device for the dust collector is as follows: the filter element 3 is over against the air outlet channel of the dust collector, dust and impurities are collected in the filter element 3, in order to avoid the blockage in the filter element 3, the switch 22 on the filter cover 2 is manually rotated left and right to drive the filter cover 2 to rotate, the raised scraping blades 23 in the filter cover 2 are abutted to the folds of the whole body of the filter element 3, the filter element 3 is vibrated by the rotation of the filter cover 2, fine dust in the filter element 3 can be vibrated to fall into the filter cover 2 to avoid the blockage, a user can remove the fine dust from the filter element 3 under the condition of not opening the dust collecting device, meanwhile, the triggering action of the rotary switch of the user accords with the behavior habit of people, and certain psychological attraction is generated for the user. After the fine dust enters the filter cover 2, the fine dust can be discharged into the dust collecting cylinder 1 from the first filter holes 24, the cylinder cover 13 is opened to pour out the dust impurities in the dust collecting cylinder 1, or the dust is stored in the filter cover 2, and the cylinder cover 13 is directly opened to discharge the dust from the second dust outlet 25.
The invention also provides a dust collector which comprises the dust collecting device for the dust collector, wherein the filter cover 4 of the dust collecting device is over against the dust exhaust port of the dust collector, and dust sucked by the dust collector enters the dust collecting device through the dust exhaust port and is exhausted through the dust collecting device.
By using the dust collecting device for the dust collector and the dust collector, the rotatable filter cover is arranged to drive the protruding scraping blade to scrape outside the filter element folds so as to cause the filter element to vibrate for dust removal, and fine dust falls into the rotatable filter cover and is discharged into the dust collecting barrel through the filter hole and the second dust outlet hole of the filter cover, so that a user can conveniently remove the fine dust from the filter element without opening the dust container, and the filter element in the dust collecting device is prevented from being blocked; meanwhile, the triggering action of the user rotation switch accords with the behavior habit of people, and certain psychological attraction is generated for the user.

Claims (7)
1. A dust collecting device for a dust collector is characterized by comprising a dust collecting barrel (1), a filter cover (2) positioned in the dust collecting barrel (1), a filter element (3) sleeved in the filter cover (2) and a filter cover (4) connected with the filter cover (2) through bolts;
an accommodating cavity (21) for accommodating the filter element (3) is arranged on the filter cover (2), and a switch (22) is arranged at the top of the accommodating cavity; a plurality of protruding scraping blades (23) are arranged on the inner side of the accommodating cavity (21), a plurality of first filtering holes (24) are formed in the whole body, a dust outlet hole (25) is formed in the bottom of the accommodating cavity, and a one-way gear (26) is further arranged at the top of the accommodating cavity;
the filter element (3) is a cylindrical or conical container with an opening at one end, the whole body of the filter element is folded and provided with a plurality of second filter holes (31), one end of the opening is over against an air outlet channel of the dust collector and is detachably connected with the filter cover (4), and the protruding scraping piece (23) is abutted against the outer folds of the filter element (3);
the filter cover (4) comprises a filter cover upper shell (41) and a filter cover lower shell (42), and a groove body (43) for accommodating the switch (22) is arranged on the filter cover upper shell (41); the lower filter cover shell (42) is provided with a push rod (27) pushing the one-way gear (26) at the bottom of the switch (22) and can be pushed in the groove body (43) in a reciprocating manner; and a fixed one-way gear ejector rod (28) is also arranged on the lower filter cover shell (42).

4. The dust collecting device of claim 3, wherein the dust collecting barrel (1) comprises a barrel body (11) and a barrel cover (13) at the bottom, the barrel body (11) is a hollow cylinder, and the barrel cover (13) is hinged with the barrel body (11).

The dust collecting device for vacuum cleaner according to claim 4, wherein one side of the cylinder (11) is hinged with the cylinder cover (13), and the other side is provided with a push switch (12); one end of the press switch (12) is provided with a clamping hook which hooks the side wall of the cylinder cover (13), the other end of the press switch is provided with a spring, when the spring is pressed down, the clamping hook at the other end is lifted, the cylinder cover (13) is separated from the clamping hook, and the dust collection cylinder (1) is opened.
