The embodiment of the invention discloses polyester fabric with good color fastness and a preparation method thereof, and the polyester fabric comprises a polyester fabric 1, a first PU coating 2, a second PU coating 3 and a PVC calendering film 4, wherein the first PU coating 2 and the second PU coating 3 are respectively arranged on two sides of the polyester fabric 1, and the PVC calendering film 4 is arranged on one side of the first PU coating 2, which is far away from the polyester fabric 1;
the preparation method comprises the following steps: polyester → filament → textile → after finishing;
during spinning, the terylene fabric 1 is pretreated and dyed;
the fabric dyeing adopts a high-temperature high-pressure method, the vapor pressure in a closed container is more than 1Pa, the temperature is 120-130 ℃, and the process flow for dyeing the terylene with the disperse dye is as follows: 60-90C dyeing → 60min dyeing at 130 deg.C → washing with water or reduction washing;
care should be taken when dyeing with high temperature and high pressure: controlling the pH value to be 5-6, properly supplementing a dispersant, selecting disperse dye dyes with small and similar stability migration property and thermal migration property, selecting dyes with consistent performance for split dyeing, wherein the dyes have larger molecular weight and larger affinity with polyester fibers, so that the dyes are difficult to migrate from the inside to the surface of the fibers, and the high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing has the advantages of bright color light, good permeability, good fabric hand feeling and higher dye fixation rate, the split dyeing dye is selected from the same type or high-temperature type dyes as much as possible, the dye with different types has different thermal migration proportions, different sublimation fastness and higher high-temperature sublimation fastness, although the thermal migration fastness and the sublimation fastness of the dye are not consistent, the dye with high-temperature type dye has less sublimation under the shaping condition of higher temperature, and the stability of corresponding color light is also better, and the reduction cleaning after dyeing is enhanced, especially, the deep color, its color floating must wash fully, in order to guarantee one's own fastness, choose acid to wash at the same time, if alkali sodium hydrosulfite craft, must neutralize, because some dyestuffs are sensitive to PH, some will turn blue to purple after finishing at PH >6 high temperature, and this color change is irreversible, even can't repair again, through the above-mentioned measure and cooperating with rational pretreatment, dyeing process in the production run, a series of quality problems such as color flower, color change and fastness after finishing the sizing, etc. can be controlled within our required scope certainly;

The pretreatment comprises the following steps: desizing and refining → relaxing → shaping;

presetting: the presetting temperature is generally controlled to be 180-190 ℃, the setting temperature is low, the fabric is favorable for hand feeling, the damp and hot wrinkles are increased, the decrement rate and the color yield rate are changed along with the change of the setting temperature, the decrement rate and the color yield rate are reduced along with the rise of the temperature below 170-180 ℃, the decrement rate and the color yield rate are increased along with the rise of the temperature at 190-230 ℃, so the presetting temperature is selected according to the decrement rate and the fabric style requirement by combining the color yield rate, and the alkali decrement is carried out: sewing cloth → padding alkali solution → steaming → hot water washing → soaping → washing → neutralizing → washing, through the presetting step, the main purpose is to eliminate some crescent edges formed in the crease and loose untwisting treatment generated in the pretreatment process, stabilize the expansion change in the subsequent processing, improve the uniformity of molecular structure arrangement of the non-crystalline region of the polyester macromolecules, heat the polyester knitted fabric under tension, bake the fabric at the specified temperature, intensify the secondary valence bonds among fiber molecules and the thermal motion of molecular chain segments, thus recombining and arranging the molecules, thus improving the dimensional stability of the fabric, enhancing the wrinkle resistance, improving the surface finish, strength, pilling resistance and other properties of the fabric to a certain extent, reducing the crystal defects, increasing the crystallinity, improving the uniformity of subsequent alkali decrement, placing the polyester in the hot alkali solution, utilize alkali to the hydrolysis of ester bond, can gradually break dacron macromolecule, because the dacron molecular structure is inseparable, the fibre hygroscopicity is poor and be difficult to popped, thereby make high concentration, inside high viscosity alkali lye is difficult to permeate the fibre molecule, the hydrolysis of alkali can only begin from the fibre surface, and later gradually to the inside infiltration of fibre, the fibre surface is corroded, the hole cave appears, fibre weight reduces thereupon, make the crooked and shear characteristic of fabric take place obvious change, thereby obtain its silky soft feel, soft gloss, better drapability and water retention, and smooth and rich in elasticity.
Before presetting, performing antistatic finishing treatment on the cloth;
antistatic finishing treatment: padding finishing agent → drying → baking, when the antistatic finishing agent enters the surface of the microsoft fiber of the polyester, the antistatic finishing agent and the macromolecule of the polyester generate cocrystallization and are fixed on the terylene, so that the terylene has certain hydrophilic performance and antistatic effect.
