实施例一:该装置在使用时,首先根据电子零件尺寸对尺寸匹配的打磨辊13进行安装,先转动左、右旋双向螺杆7端部的把手,使得左、右旋双向螺杆7带动滑块在滑槽6内部滑动,滑块带动第一安装板8以及第二安装板19移动,直至打磨辊13能够放置在第一安装板8以及第二安装板19之间,同时将打磨辊的转轴对准转动杆21,然后再反向转动把手,使其带动左、右旋双向螺杆7反向转动,从而使得滑块在滑槽6内部反向滑动,同时滑块带动第一安装板8以及第二安装板19反向运动,从而使得打磨辊13一端的转轴插入第一安装板8上的插孔内部,同时打磨辊13另一端的转轴与转动杆21对接,然后将升降架放置在加工台1的表面,并且将待加工电子零件放置在升降架上端,再启动驱动电机9,驱动电机9带动驱动杆10转动,驱动杆10带动主动皮带轮11转动,主动皮带轮11通过传动皮带带动从动皮带轮20转动,从动皮带轮20带动转动套杆22转动,由于转动杆21与转动套杆22之间卡接有卡条,所以转动套杆22转动时会带动转动杆21转动,使得转动杆21带动打磨辊13对电子零件进行打磨处理,打磨过程中,根据需要调节升降架的高度即可,由此完成电子零件的打磨处理。Embodiment 1: When the device is in use, first install the grinding
