The display screen detection device is used for detecting whether the display screen has defects, and comprises a detection platform, an image acquisition module (not shown in the figure) and an image processing module (not shown in the figure) which are arranged on the detection platform. The detection table is used for opening a semi-open-close state notebook to be detected to a preset angle, such as 130 degrees, and rotating the notebook to enable a display screen of the notebook to be perpendicular to an optical axis of the image acquisition module, the image acquisition module is used for acquiring images displayed by the display screen, the image processing module is used for outputting a detection result of the display screen according to the acquired images, and the image processing module is electrically connected with the image acquisition module. The image acquisition module may be a CCD camera.
The appearance detection device is used for outputting an appearance detection result of the notebook computer. The appearance detection device can be a CCD camera, and the appearance detection CCD camera can be flexibly arranged according to actual needs, such as suspended right above the detection table. Whether functions of a notebook keyboard, a power lamp and the like meet requirements or not is detected through the CCD camera.
The discharge port device is used for transporting the notebook computer to different product areas according to the display screen detection result and the appearance detection result.
Preferably, the notebook display screen and appearance detection system further comprises a feeding port device (1) for transporting the notebook to be detected to the display screen detection device after the notebook is opened to a half-open state. The half-open state refers to a state in which the notebook is not completely closed. If the display screen detection device is connected with the upstream equipment, a feed port device is not needed, and the display screen detection device is directly connected with the upstream equipment through a production line. If the notebook computer is not connected with the upstream equipment through the production line, the notebook computer to be detected is transported to the display screen detection device after being opened to a half-open state through the feeding port device.
