1. A vibration excitation crusher is characterized by comprising a base (1), a suspension mechanism (2), a first supporting mechanism (3), a vibration excitation mechanism (4), a second supporting mechanism (5) and a driving mechanism (6),
the base (1) is provided with a first mounting platform (11) and a second mounting platform (12);
the suspension mechanism (2) is mounted on the first mounting platform (11) through the first support mechanism (3);
the upper part of the excitation mechanism (4) is arranged on the suspension mechanism (2), and the lower part of the excitation mechanism (4) is elastically connected with the first mounting platform (11) through the second supporting mechanism (5);
the driving mechanism (6) is fixed on the second mounting platform (12); the driving mechanism (6) is in transmission connection with the excitation mechanism (4).
2. A shock excitation crusher according to claim 1, characterized in that the suspension mechanism (2) comprises a rectangular suspension frame (21) and two fixed shaft groups (22) symmetrically distributed along the width direction of the suspension frame (21),
the suspension bracket (21) is mounted on the first mounting platform (11) through the first support mechanism (3);
two sides of the top end of the suspension frame (21) along the width direction are provided with symmetrical semicircular trepanning groups, and each semicircular trepanning group comprises two semicircular trepanning (211) which are symmetrically distributed along the length direction;
the fixed shaft groups (22) respectively comprise two semicircular pressing sleeves (221), two first flanges (222), a transverse shaft (223), two second flanges and a plurality of bolts,
the semicircular pressing sleeve (221) is fixed at the upper part of the semicircular sleeve hole (211) to form a shaft hole;
the first flange (222) is fixed on the inner side of the semicircular pressing sleeve (221);
two ends of the transverse shaft (223) are respectively fixed in the shaft holes symmetrically distributed along the length direction in a penetrating manner; the upper part of the excitation mechanism (4) is sleeved on the two transverse shafts (223);
the two second flanges are respectively arranged at two ends of the transverse shaft (223), and the second flanges and the first flange (222) are fixedly connected through the bolts.
3. A vibration exciting crusher according to claim 2, characterized in that said first support mechanism (3) comprises four first spring seats (31), four second spring seats (32) and four springs (33),
the four first spring seats (31) are fixed at four corner ends of the bottom of the suspension bracket (21);
the four second spring seats (32) and the four first spring seats (31) are fixed on the first mounting platform (11) correspondingly;
the springs (33) are mounted between the first spring seat (31) and the second spring seat (32) in a one-to-one correspondence.
4. A vibration exciting crusher according to claim 2, characterised in that said vibration exciting mechanism (4) comprises two symmetrical vibration exciting block groups (41),
the excitation block groups (41) respectively comprise a toothed plate frame (411), a toothed plate group (412), a bearing seat (413), a rotating shaft and an eccentric wheel (414),
the upper part of the rack (411) is sleeved on the corresponding transverse shaft (223), and the lower part of the rack (411) is elastically connected with the first mounting platform (11) through the second supporting mechanism (5); the rack (411) has a working face and a connecting face,
the working face has a toothed plate slot in which the set of toothed plates (412) is mounted;
the bearing seat (413) is welded at the center of the connecting surface;
the rotating shaft is arranged in the bearing seat (413); the driving mechanism (6) is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft;
the eccentric wheel (414) is fixed at the end part of the rotating shaft.
5. A vibration exciting crusher according to claim 4, characterized in that said driving mechanism (6) comprises two motors (61), two couplings (62) and a frequency converter,
the two motors (61) are symmetrically fixed on the second mounting platform (12);
the output shaft of the motor (61) is connected with the corresponding rotating shaft through the coupling (62);
the frequency converter is electrically connected with the motor (61).
6. An excitation crusher as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that the second support means (5) comprises a third spring seat (51) and an air spring (52),
the third spring seat (51) is arranged on the inner side of the first mounting platform (11) in a square frame shape;
one end of the air spring (52) is fixed in the third spring seat (51), and the other end of the air spring (52) is fixed at the lower part of the corresponding toothed plate frame (411).
7. The excitation crusher of claim 4, wherein the set of toothed plates (412) comprises a plurality of toothed plates, and the plurality of toothed plates are sequentially mounted and fixed in the toothed plate slots from top to bottom.
8. A vibration exciting crusher according to claim 5, characterised in that said coupling (62) is a rubber elastic coupling.
