Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electric connectors, in particular to a self-locking plug.
Background
In order to improve the connection performance of the threaded connection type electric connector product, the plug and the socket of the connector still keep reliable connection under the environments such as vibration, impact and the like, the locking function of the product is required to be realized by externally adding a fuse or fastening nails after the plug and the socket are connected, and the operation method is complex and cumbersome, so that a self-locking plug which is simple in structure, convenient to operate and capable of ensuring reliable connection after the products are butted by means of the self mechanical structure is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a self-locking plug which has the advantages of large separation moment and good sealing performance.
The self-locking plug comprises a plug shell, a connecting nut, a compression gasket, a spring, a compression nut, a contact piece and an insulator component, wherein the plug shell is tubular, the insulator component and the contact piece for realizing electric signal connection are arranged in the plug shell, an annular first boss is arranged on the outer annular surface of the middle section of the plug shell, the connecting nut is sleeved on the plug shell, the connecting nut body is tubular, an annular second boss is arranged on the inner wall of the middle section of the connecting nut, the first boss is abutted against the second boss, the compression nut is in threaded connection with the tail end of the connecting nut, the spring and the compression gasket are arranged between the compression nut and the first boss, first locking teeth which are arranged around the end surface are arranged on the end surface of the first boss, and second locking teeth which are arranged around the end surface are arranged on the end surface of the compression gasket and are formed by self-locking the first locking teeth and the second locking teeth which are engaged with the spring pair through the compression nut.
Preferably, the contact is a jack assembly including a jack and a protective sleeve mounted on the jack.
Preferably, the spring is a disc spring interposed between the compression washer and the compression nut.
Preferably, the insulator assembly comprises an interface sealing body, a front insulator, a rear insulator and a wire sealing body which are axially arranged along the socket shell, the jack assembly is fixed in the insulator assembly through a claw, a first key groove is formed in the insulator assembly, a second key groove is formed in the inner wall of the plug shell, and the insulator assembly is matched with the second key groove through a key bonded in the first key groove to prevent the insulator assembly from rotating.
Preferably, 3 positioning keys are arranged on the outer ring surface of the compression gasket at equal intervals, 3 key grooves corresponding to the compression nut are arranged on the outer ring surface of the compression nut, and the positioning keys of the compression gasket are respectively arranged in the key grooves of the compression nut.
Preferably, a shielding ring is also arranged between the plug housing and the connecting nut.
Preferably, the first boss is provided with a first annular groove, and a rubber ring is arranged in the first annular groove.
Preferably, the plug housing is provided with a second annular groove at the joint of the plug housing and the compression nut, and a sealing ring is arranged in the second annular groove.

The plug has the beneficial effects that the compression amount of the disc spring is determined through the cooperation between the compression nut and the connection nut, meanwhile, the disc spring applies pressure between the compression gasket and the plug shell, so that the first anti-loosening tooth on the plug shell is meshed with the second anti-loosening tooth on the compression gasket, the self-locking function of a product is realized, the rubber ring arranged in the annular groove of the first boss and the upper sealing ring arranged in the annular groove of the second boss are respectively in radial cooperation with the connection nut and the compression nut, the tightness of the plug is enhanced, and the abrasion of the shell and the connection nut during connection and separation of the plug is reduced through the friction gasket arranged between the plug shell and the connection nut.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-7, a self-locking plug comprises a plug shell 1, a connecting nut 2, a compression gasket 3, a spring, a compression nut 5, a contact and an insulator assembly 7, wherein the plug shell 1 is in a tubular shape, the insulator assembly 7 and the contact for realizing electric signal connection are installed in the plug shell 1, an annular first boss 101 is arranged on the outer annular surface of the middle section of the plug shell 1, the connecting nut 2 is sleeved on the plug shell 1, the connecting nut 2 is in a tubular shape, an annular second boss 201 is arranged on the inner wall of the middle section of the connecting nut 2, the first boss 101 is abutted against the second boss 201, the compression nut 5 is in threaded connection with the tail end of the connecting nut 2, a spring and the compression gasket 3 are arranged between the compression nut 5 and the first boss 101, a plurality of first locking teeth 1011 are arranged on the end surface of the first boss 101 close to the compression nut 5 side, a plurality of second locking teeth 301 are arranged on the end surface of the compression gasket 3 in an abutting manner around the end surface, the second locking teeth 301 and the first locking teeth 1011 are mutually inserted into gaps, and the first locking teeth 1011 are mutually meshed with the first locking teeth 1011 through the compression nut 5. When the compression nut 5 is screwed, the disc spring 7 in the compression nut 5 is extruded between the first boss 101 and the compression nut 5, so that the disc spring 7 gives thrust to the compression gasket 5, the compression gasket is tightly attached to the first boss 101, the first locking teeth 1011 are tightly meshed with the second locking teeth 301, and the effects of small connecting moment and large separating moment are realized through different angles of the two sides of the locking teeth, so that the self-locking function of the plug is realized.
The contact is a jack assembly comprising a jack 6 and a protective sleeve 61 mounted on the jack 6. The protective sleeve 61 is used for preventing the contact bodies with different specifications from being misplaced during the butt joint.
The spring is a disc spring 4, the disc spring 4 is arranged between the pressing gasket 3 and the pressing nut 5, and other springs with equivalent functions can be adopted in other embodiments.
The insulator assembly 7 comprises an interface sealing body 71, a front insulator 72, a rear insulator 73 and a wire sealing body 74 which are axially arranged along the socket shell, the jack 6 assembly is fixed in the insulator assembly 7 through the clamping jaw 12, a first key groove is formed in the insulator assembly 7, a second key groove is formed in the inner wall of the plug shell 1, and the insulator assembly 7 is matched with the second key groove through a key 13 bonded in the first key groove to prevent the insulator assembly 7 from rotating.
The outer ring surface of the compression gasket 3 is provided with 3 positioning keys 302 at equal intervals, the outer ring surface of the compression nut 5 is provided with 3 key grooves 501 corresponding to the positioning keys, and the positioning keys 302 of the compression gasket 3 are respectively arranged in the key grooves 501 of the compression nut 5. The design is convenient for positioning the compression gasket 3 and the compression nut 5, and the axial and radial positions of the compression gasket 3 are fixed through the cooperation of the positioning key 302 and the key groove 501.
A shielding ring 8 is further arranged between the plug housing 1 and the connecting nut 2, and the shielding performance of the product is improved by the shielding ring 8.
The first boss 101 is provided with a first annular groove, and the rubber ring 9 is arranged in the first annular groove, so that the tightness of the plug can be improved.
The plug housing 1 is provided with a second annular groove at the joint of the plug housing and the compression nut 5, and a sealing ring 10 is arranged in the second annular groove, so that the tightness of the plug can be improved.
The friction pad 11 is arranged between the first boss 101 and the second boss 201, so that abrasion of the contact surface of the first boss 101 and the second boss 201 during plug connection and disconnection is avoided.
The plug housing 1 is provided with a third boss 102, the third boss 102 is used for limiting the axial position of the compression nut 5, and meanwhile, the distance between the compression nut 5 and the connecting nut 2 and the first boss 101 can be measured after the compression nut 5 and the connecting nut 2 are screwed, so that the specification parameters of the compression gasket 3 and the disc spring 4 can be conveniently set.
