The adsorption mechanism 4 comprises a storage cylinder 401 and a negative pressure device 402, the negative pressure device 402 and the storage cylinder 401 are both fixedly connected to the upper end of the chassis 1, the storage cylinder 401 is hermetically connected with the negative pressure device 402 through a plastic hose 403, and the storage cylinder 401 is hermetically connected with the dust cover 7 through the plastic hose 403; the negative pressure device 402 pumps air in the storage cylinder 401 away through the plastic hose 403 to form negative pressure in the storage cylinder 401, and the storage cylinder 401 adsorbs dust in the dust cover 7 through the plastic hose 403;
the bottom end of the dust cover 7 is provided with a movable sealing mechanism 6, and the movable sealing mechanism 6 comprises a sealing seat 601 and a movable connecting sleeve 602; a connecting groove 603 is formed in the dust cover 7, the opening end of the connecting groove 603 is located at the bottom end of the dust cover 7, a limiting plate 604 is arranged at the opening end of the connecting groove 603, a baffle 605 is arranged at the top end of the movable connecting sleeve 602, the top end of the movable connecting sleeve 602 is located in the connecting groove 603, so that the dust cover 7 and the movable connecting sleeve 602 slide up and down, and the movable connecting sleeve 602 is prevented from being separated from the dust cover 7 through the interaction of the baffle 605 and the limiting plate 604; the bottom end of the movable connecting sleeve 602 is fixedly connected with the sealing seat 601; a weighting block 9 is arranged in the sealing seat 601; the bottom end of the sealing seat 601 is provided with a wear-resistant curtain 10, the wear-resistant curtain 10 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the sealing seat 601 through a connecting plate 1304, the bottom end of the sealing seat 601 is fixedly connected with a plurality of screw rods 16, the connecting plate 1304 is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the screw rods 16 penetrate through the through holes and are in threaded connection with nuts; the bottom end of the wear-resistant curtain 10 is tightly contacted with the ground, the movable connecting sleeve 602 and the dust cover 7 can freely slide up and down to drive the sealing seat 601 to freely move up and down, and the connecting sleeve which freely moves up and down can adapt to the bumpiness of the asphalt pavement; the weight increasing block 9 increases the weight of the sealing seat 601, and the wear-resistant curtain 10 is always pressed down under the weight increase of the weight increasing block 9 in a sealing manner, so that the wear-resistant curtain 10 is tightly contacted with the ground, and the sealing performance is improved; the wear-resistant curtain 10 can be detached by detaching the connection between the nut and the screw 16.
EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment is a further improvement on the second embodiment, and is specifically modified to add a roller assembly 14 at the bottom end of the seal holder 601 for easy disassembly, so as to improve the convenience of moving the seal holder 601 and the replacement of the roller 1302 and the roller shaft 1301.
As shown in fig. 1-9, the bottom end of the sealing seat 601 is further provided with a plurality of roller grooves 11, the side walls of the left and right sides of the roller groove 11 are provided with fixing seat grooves 12, and the roller groove 11 is further provided with a roller assembly 14; the roller assembly 14 comprises a roller shaft 1301, a roller 1302 and a mounting base 1303, wherein a connecting plate 1304 is arranged at the bottom end of the mounting base 1303, the roller 1302 is sleeved on the roller shaft 1301, two ends of the roller shaft 1301 are respectively connected with one mounting base 1303 through a bearing in a rotating manner, the roller shaft 1301, the roller 1302 and the mounting base 1303 are located inside the roller groove 11, and the connecting plate 1304 is located inside the roller groove 11 and is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the sealing base 601 through a bolt.

The pavement crack repairing device for traffic engineering construction is characterized by comprising a chassis (1), tires (2), a cleaning mechanism (3), an adsorption mechanism (4), a supporting mechanism (5) and a movable sealing mechanism (6), wherein the tires (2) are fixedly connected to four corners of the bottom end of the chassis (1), and the cleaning mechanism (3) and the adsorption mechanism (4) are fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the chassis (1); the supporting mechanism (5) comprises a first arm part (501) and a second arm part (502), one end of the first arm part (501) is fixedly connected with the chassis (1), the other end of the first arm part (501) is fixedly connected with the second arm part (502), and one end, away from the first arm part (501), of the second arm part (502) is fixedly connected with the dust cover (7); the cleaning mechanism (3) comprises a motor (301), a rotating shaft (302), a cleaning strip (303) and a cleaning strip mounting sleeve (304), the motor (301) is fixedly connected to the chassis (1), a driving belt pulley (305) is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft of the motor (301), the rotating shaft (302) penetrates through the dust cover (7), the rotating shaft and the dust cover (7) are rotatably connected through a bearing, and a driven belt pulley (306) is fixedly sleeved on the same side of the rotating shaft (302) and the rotating shaft of the motor (301); the driving belt pulley (305) is in transmission connection with the driven belt pulley (306) through a belt (8), the cleaning strip mounting sleeve (304) is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft (302), and the cleaning strip mounting sleeve (304) is fixedly connected with a plurality of cleaning strips (303); the plurality of cleaning strips (303) radiate outwards by taking a plurality of points on the central line of the cleaning strip mounting sleeve (304) as the center, the cleaning strips (303) rotate along with the rotating shaft (302), and when the cleaning strips (303) rotate to the bottommost end, the cleaning strips (303) expose the dust cover (7) and are in close contact with the ground; the adsorption mechanism (4) comprises a storage barrel (401) and a negative pressure device (402), the negative pressure device (402) and the storage barrel (401) are fixedly connected to the upper end of the chassis (1), the storage barrel (401) is in sealing connection with the negative pressure device (402) through a plastic hose (403), and the storage barrel (401) is in sealing connection with the dust cover (7) through the plastic hose (403); the bottom end of the dust cover (7) is provided with a movable sealing mechanism (6), and the movable sealing mechanism (6) comprises a sealing seat (601) and a movable connecting sleeve (602); the roller assembly (13) comprises a roller shaft (1301), a roller (1302) and a mounting seat (1303), a connecting plate (1304) is arranged at the bottom end of the mounting seat (1303), the roller (1302) is sleeved on the roller shaft (1301), two ends of the roller shaft (1301) are respectively in rotating connection with one mounting seat (1303) through a bearing, the roller shaft (1301), the roller (1302) and the mounting seat (1303) are located in a roller groove (11), and the connecting plate (1304) is located in the roller groove (11) and is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the sealing seat (601) through a bolt;
