Background
Although asphalt pavement has excellent properties such as water resistance, shock absorption, corrosion resistance, and long service life, asphalt pavement is also prone to crack formation. The crack generation reasons of the asphalt pavement include environmental factors, pressure factors, asphalt quality and construction process factors. The crack that pitch formed needs in time to be repaired, otherwise the crack that has become will lead to among the crack soil matrix to irritate water and the water content is big after measures such as rainwater watering, and soil matrix water content can further lead to the condition such as soil matrix collapse to appear greatly, and then influences pitch life. The existing asphalt pavement crack repairing process has the following technical problems: firstly, the asphalt pavement contains a plurality of tiny pits, mud scale exists in the pits, the mud scale has a blocking effect on the contact melting between newly poured asphalt and the existing asphalt, and further influences the asphalt repairing effect, and secondly, the mud scale can generate a large amount of dust in the cleaning process and injure the respiratory system of construction operators; and thirdly, dirt, flexible or hard plastics and other garbage exist in the cracks, and the garbage can also prevent the contact melting action between newly poured asphalt and the existing asphalt.
The publication No. CN77677671A is a road crack repairing and cleaning machine, which uses a method of irrigation and flushing to clean cracks and mud and sand in road surfaces, but the mud and sand in the cracks need to be fully dried after the irrigation and flushing to carry out new asphalt pouring, otherwise, the inside of foundation soil is irrigated, and the mechanical property of asphalt paved around the cracks is affected. The process of waiting for drying is time-consuming and inconvenient to use. Therefore, the invention provides a pavement crack repairing device for traffic engineering construction, which aims to solve the technical problems.

The pavement crack repairing device for traffic engineering construction is characterized by comprising a chassis, tires, a cleaning mechanism, an adsorption mechanism, a supporting mechanism and a movable sealing mechanism, wherein the tires are fixedly connected to four corners of the bottom end of the chassis; the supporting mechanism comprises a first arm and a second arm, one end of the first arm is fixedly connected with the chassis, the other end of the first arm is fixedly connected with the second arm, and one end of the second arm, which is far away from the first arm, is fixedly connected with the dust cover; the cleaning mechanism comprises a motor, a rotating shaft, a cleaning strip and a cleaning strip mounting sleeve, the motor is fixedly connected to the chassis, a driving belt pulley is fixedly sleeved on a rotating shaft of the motor, the rotating shaft penetrates through the dust cover, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the dust cover through a bearing, and a driven belt pulley is fixedly sleeved on the same side of the rotating shaft as the rotating shaft of the motor; the cleaning strip mounting sleeve is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft and fixedly connected with a plurality of cleaning strips; the cleaning strips radiate outwards by taking a plurality of points on the central line of the cleaning strip mounting sleeve as the center, the cleaning strips rotate along with the rotating shaft, and when the cleaning strips rotate to the bottommost end, the cleaning strips expose the dust cover and are in close contact with the ground; the adsorption mechanism comprises an accommodating cylinder and a negative pressure device, the negative pressure device and the accommodating cylinder are fixedly connected to the upper end of the chassis, the accommodating cylinder and the negative pressure device are connected in a sealing mode through a plastic hose, and the accommodating cylinder and the dust cover are connected in a sealing mode through the plastic hose; the bottom end of the dust cover is provided with a movable sealing mechanism, and the movable sealing mechanism comprises a sealing seat and a movable connecting sleeve; the roller assembly comprises a roller shaft, a roller and a mounting seat, a connecting plate is arranged at the bottom end of the mounting seat, the roller is sleeved on the roller shaft, two ends of the roller shaft are respectively connected with the mounting seat in a rotating mode through bearings, the roller shaft, the roller and the mounting seat are located inside a roller groove, and the connecting plate is located inside the roller groove and fixedly connected with the bottom end of the sealing seat through bolts.
In the scheme, a connecting groove is formed in the dust cover, the opening end of the connecting groove is located at the bottom end of the dust cover, a limiting plate is arranged at the opening end of the connecting groove, a baffle is arranged at the top end of the movable connecting sleeve, the top end of the movable connecting sleeve is located in the connecting groove, the dust cover and the movable connecting sleeve can slide up and down, and the movable connecting sleeve is prevented from being separated from the dust cover through the interaction of the baffle and the limiting plate; the bottom end of the movable connecting sleeve is fixedly connected with the sealing seat; a weight increasing block is arranged in the sealing seat; the bottom end of the sealing seat is provided with a wear-resistant curtain, the bottom end of the wear-resistant curtain is in close contact with the ground, the bottom end of the sealing seat is further provided with a plurality of roller grooves, the side walls of the left side and the right side of each roller groove are provided with fixing seat grooves, and roller assemblies are further arranged in the roller grooves.
In the scheme, the wear-resistant curtain is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the sealing seat through the connecting plate, the bottom end of the sealing seat is fixedly connected with the plurality of screw rods, the connecting plate is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the screw rods penetrate through the through holes and are in threaded connection with the nuts.
In the scheme, the tire is rotatably connected with the chassis through the fixed seat.
In the scheme, an auxiliary supporting plate which is horizontally arranged is further connected between the first arm part and the second arm part.
In the scheme, the driving belt pulley is provided with a first limiting sleeve in a matched manner.
In the scheme, the driven belt pulley is provided with a second limiting sleeve in a matched manner.
In the present case, be provided with protruding piece on the belt medial surface, be provided with supporting interlock piece on drive pulley and the driven pulley.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. according to the cleaning mechanism, the motor is connected with the driving belt pulley and the driven belt pulley through the belt, so that the motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft drives the cleaning strips to rotate, and the cleaning strips and the ground clean dirt on the asphalt pavement through friction.
2. The dust cover is arranged to shield the dust generated by cleaning, so that the safety of construction personnel is protected.
3. According to the invention, the adsorption mechanism is arranged, wherein the negative pressure device pumps air in the storage cylinder through the plastic hose to form negative pressure in the storage cylinder, the storage cylinder adsorbs dust in the dust cover through the plastic hose, and the movable sealing mechanism is further arranged, wherein the movable connecting sleeve and the dust cover can slide up and down freely to drive the sealing seat to move up and down freely, and the connecting sleeve moving up and down freely can adapt to the rugged rough of the asphalt pavement; the weight of the weight increasing block increases the weight of the sealing seat, the wear-resistant curtain is pressed down all the time in a sealing mode under the weight increasing of the weight increasing block, so that the wear-resistant curtain is in close contact with the ground, the sealing performance of the dust cover is improved, and the adsorption mechanism can adsorb garbage in cracks to the storage cylinder.
4. According to the invention, the roller shaft and the mounting seat are further limited to be detachably connected with the sealing seat through the connecting plate, so that the roller and the roller shaft which are easily damaged can be replaced conveniently; further, the wear-resistant curtain is detachably connected with the sealing seat, so that the wearing-resistant curtain is convenient to replace the vulnerable parts.

The second embodiment is an improvement on the first embodiment, and is specifically an improvement that the connection relationship between the wear-resistant curtain 10 and the seal seat 601 is changed into a detachable fixed connection, so as to facilitate replacement of the wear-resistant curtain 10.

EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment is a further improvement on the second embodiment, and is specifically modified to add a roller assembly 14 at the bottom end of the seal holder 601 for easy disassembly, so as to improve the convenience of moving the seal holder 601 and the replacement of the roller 1302 and the roller shaft 1301.
As shown in fig. 1-9, the bottom end of the sealing seat 601 is further provided with a plurality of roller grooves 11, the side walls of the left and right sides of the roller groove 11 are provided with fixing seat grooves 12, and the roller groove 11 is further provided with a roller assembly 14; the roller assembly 14 comprises a roller shaft 1301, a roller 1302 and a mounting base 1303, wherein a connecting plate 1304 is arranged at the bottom end of the mounting base 1303, the roller 1302 is sleeved on the roller shaft 1301, two ends of the roller shaft 1301 are respectively connected with one mounting base 1303 through a bearing in a rotating manner, the roller shaft 1301, the roller 1302 and the mounting base 1303 are located inside the roller groove 11, and the connecting plate 1304 is located inside the roller groove 11 and is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the sealing base 601 through a bolt.
