The invention discloses a unidirectional moisture-guiding weft-knitted air layer wiping fabric which comprises an upper surface layer, an intermediate layer and a lower surface layer, wherein the fabric structure is a weft-knitted air layer structure, and the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are connected through the intermediate layer; the upper surface layer and the middle layer are respectively terylene T400 fiber weaving layers, the lower surface layer is a superfine sea island fiber weaving layer, the surface of the superfine sea island fiber weaving layer is provided with fluff, the upper surface layer is a non-wiping surface, the lower surface layer is a wiping surface, and the water absorption of the wiping surface is greater than that of the non-wiping surface. This surface fabric is cleaned to one-way wet weft knitting air bed of leading, through the hydroscopicity difference between wiping face and the non-wiping face to cooperation air bed structure realizes one-way wet function of leading, so that the most part of liquid such as the alcohol of wiping usefulness concentrates on wiping face one side, has not only improved the utilization ratio of wiping liquid such as alcohol, can reduce the content of wiping liquid such as alcohol on the non-wiping face in addition, and then reduces the adverse effect of liquid such as non-wiping face one side alcohol to user's hand.

The dust-free wiping cloth can be used in combination with liquids such as alcohol and the like when being used for wiping the surface of a product; the existing dust-free wiping cloth has low utilization rate of liquid such as alcohol on one side of a wiping surface, and when the non-wiping side of the wiping cloth is contacted with the hand of a user, a large amount of liquid such as alcohol on the non-wiping side of the wiping cloth can generate adverse effect on the hand of the user; therefore, there is a need to develop a fabric having a unidirectional moisture-guiding effect, so that when the wiping fabric is used in combination with a liquid such as alcohol, most of the liquid such as alcohol can be concentrated on one side of the wiping surface, thereby not only improving the utilization rate of the liquid such as alcohol, but also reducing the adverse effect of the liquid such as alcohol on the hand of the user when the non-wiping surface is in contact with the hand of the user.
The existing one-way moisture-conducting fabric generally adopts a chemical method, the water repellency or the hydrophilic property of yarns is changed by using an auxiliary agent, the manufacturing process is complicated, and the effect of the auxiliary agent is also influenced by the washing times, so that the one-way moisture-conducting property of the fabric is poor. Moreover, the use of a large amount of the auxiliary agent not only increases the production cost and energy consumption, but also causes pollution to the environment.

and step two, sequentially carrying out refining, fiber opening, dewatering, creping, sizing and inspection on the woven wiping fabric grey cloth to obtain the unidirectional wet-guiding weft-knitted air layer wiping fabric with fluff on the lower layer.

the wiping fabric adopts a weft knitting air layer structure, wherein an upper layer and a middle layer are knitted by polyester T400 fiber yarns, a lower layer is knitted by superfine sea island yarns, and the middle layer is connected with the upper layer and the lower layer; the water absorption of the superfine sea island filaments is superior to that of the polyester T400 fiber filaments, so that the fabric utilizes the moisture conducting effect brought by the difference of the water absorption and is matched with the air layer structure of the fabric, and wiping liquid such as alcohol and the like can be greatly conducted to the wiping surface from the non-wiping surface through the intermediate layer structure, so that the utilization rate of the wiping liquid is improved, the content of the wiping liquid of the non-wiping surface can be greatly reduced, and the adverse effect of the wiping liquid of the non-wiping surface on the hands of a user is reduced; moreover, the invention achieves the effect of one-way moisture conduction through a physical method, is simpler and more feasible compared with a method for changing the performance by utilizing a chemical auxiliary agent, can greatly reduce the influence on the environment and reduce the production cost and energy consumption.
