Abstract
本发明公开了车载储能技术领域的便携式车载储能多功能应急套装,便携式车载储能多功能应急套装,包括外套壳,所述外套壳的顶部设置点烟器接口,所述外套壳的顶部设置握柄,所述外套壳的内腔设置锂电池,所述外套壳的左前端外壁设置控制板,所述点烟器接口电性连接点烟器,所述点烟器电性连接适配头,所述适配头的另一端连接导线,所述导线的另一端连接金属夹子,所述控制板电性输出连接控制系统,通过控制板控制电池储能本体,可以给USB、PD供电/给点烟器供电/将逆变器开关打开给逆变器供电,利用电池储能本体上锂电池给汽车电瓶充电,给故障汽车充电使汽车重新启动,随时随地的对没电的汽车进行充电,使汽车具备应急套装。

技术领域
本发明涉及车载储能技术领域,具体为便携式车载储能多功能应急套装。
背景技术
随着人们越来越注重环保以及对于能源的开发与合理利用,越来越多的电器出现在人们生活中,现有电动汽车作为人们出行的代步功能,电动汽车也将会逐渐步入人们生活中,而现有电动汽车不具备应急套装,电动汽车本身储备的电量限定了其行驶的距离,电动汽车本身不具备随时充电的功能,现有技术中也不具备可以随时随地给电动汽车充电的应急套装。为此,我们提出便携式车载储能多功能应急套装。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供便携式车载储能多功能应急套装,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:便携式车载储能多功能应急套装,包括外套壳,所述外套壳的顶部设置点烟器接口,所述外套壳的顶部设置握柄,所述外套壳的内腔设置锂电池,所述外套壳的左前端外壁设置控制板,所述点烟器接口电性连接点烟器,所述点烟器电性连接适配头,所述适配头的另一端连接导线,所述导线的另一端连接金属夹子,且适配头电性连接充电器,所述控制板电性输出连接控制系统。
进一步的,控制系统的控制流程为:
开始--在整个过程实施检测车载电源是否接入,与车载电源接入时,通过控制板将逆变器开关打开,从而可以给电池储能本体供电/给逆变器供电/给点烟器,没有与车载电源接入时,通过控制板控制电池储能本体,可以给USB、PD供电/给点烟器供电/将逆变器开关打开给逆变器供电。
进一步的,所述锂电池为128Wh(192Wh)磷酸铁锂26800电池。
进一步的,所述充电器、与点烟器上均设置与适配头电性连接的可转换插头。
进一步的,所述充电器为15V3A的充电器。
进一步的,所述金属夹子的外壁设置正负极标识。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明通过控制系统可以实时检测车载电源是否接入,与车载电源接入时,通过控制板将逆变器开关打开,从而可以给电池储能本体供电/给逆变器供电/给点烟器,没有与车载电源接入时,通过控制板控制电池储能本体,可以给USB、PD供电/给点烟器供电/将逆变器开关打开给逆变器供电;
2.本发明将点烟器与金属夹子连接起来,然后将点烟器插头插入电池储能本体上的点烟器接口,将金属夹子中的输出夹子连接在汽车电瓶的正负极上,利用电池储能本体上锂电池的电量给汽车电瓶充电,给故障汽车充电-分钟可以使汽车重新启动,可以随时随地的对没电的汽车进行充电,使得汽车具备应急套装。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:便携式车载储能多功能应急套装,包括外套壳1,外套壳1的顶部设置点烟器接口2,外套壳1的顶部设置握柄3,外套壳1的内腔设置锂电池4,外套壳1的左前端外壁设置控制板5,外套壳1、点烟器接口2、握柄3、锂电池4与控制板5组合成电池储能本体,电池储能本体输入15V1.5A—3A(外置电源、太阳能、车载点烟器),输出100W方波交流(1个AC插座),且电池储能本体带USB、45WPD、带照明,点烟器输出,带显示屏电量显示,点烟器接口2电性连接点烟器8,点烟器8电性连接适配头9,适配头9的另一端连接导线7,导线7的另一端连接金属夹子10,且适配头9电性连接充电器6,控制板5电性输出连接控制系统。
控制系统的控制流程为:
开始--在整个过程实施检测车载电源是否接入,与车载电源接入时,通过控制板5将逆变器开关打开,从而可以给电池储能本体供电/给逆变器供电/给点烟器8,没有与车载电源接入时,通过控制板5控制电池储能本体,可以给USB、PD供电/给点烟器8供电/将逆变器开关打开给逆变器供电。
锂电池4为128Wh192Wh磷酸铁锂26800电池。
充电器6、与点烟器8上均设置与适配头9电性连接的可转换插头。
充电器6为15V3A的充电器。
金属夹子10的外壁设置正负极标识。
实施例:当充电器6插接在电池储能本体上时,由于电池储能本体正常工作时所消耗的电流远大于充电器6充电时提供的电流,所以电池储能本体的输出功能不能使用;在汽车点烟器插座上插上点烟器8时,点烟器接入车载电源,则通过控制板5将逆变器开关打开优先给电池储能本体供电,在给电池储能本体供电时,优先使用电量充足且稳定的电源,而接入的车载电源电量优于电池储能本体上锂电池4的电量,所以电池储能本体上的逆变器电源及USB、PB使用点烟器电源,不耗用电池储能本体上锂电池4的电力;将充电器6上的可转换插头与金属夹子10电性连接的适配头9连接起来,将充电器6插入市电,金属夹子10按照正负极连接在汽车电瓶对应的正负极,从而给汽车电瓶充电;将点烟器8与金属夹子10连接起来,然后将点烟器8插头插入电池储能本体上的点烟器接口2,将金属夹子10连接在汽车电瓶的正负极上,利用电池储能本体上锂电池4的电量给汽车电瓶充电,给故障汽车充电10-30分钟可以使汽车重新启动(适用不完全无电的汽车电瓶)。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.便携式车载储能多功能应急套装,包括外套壳(1),其特征在于:所述外套壳(1)的顶部设置点烟器接口(2),所述外套壳(1)的顶部设置握柄(3),所述外套壳(1)的内腔设置锂电池(4),所述外套壳(1)的左前端外壁设置控制板(5),所述点烟器接口(2)电性连接点烟器(8),所述点烟器(8)电性连接适配头(9),所述适配头(9)的另一端连接导线(7),所述导线(7)的另一端连接金属夹子(10),且适配头(9)电性连接充电器(6),所述控制板(5)电性输出连接控制系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式车载储能多功能应急套装,其特征在于:控制系统的控制流程为:
开始--在整个过程实施检测车载电源是否接入,与车载电源接入时,通过控制板(5)将逆变器开关打开,从而可以给电池储能本体供电/给逆变器供电/给点烟器(8),没有与车载电源接入时,通过控制板(5)控制电池储能本体,可以给USB、PD供电/给点烟器(8)供电/将逆变器开关打开给逆变器供电。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便携式车载储能多功能应急套装,其特征在于:所述锂电池(4)为128Wh(192Wh)磷酸铁锂26800电池。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便携式车载储能多功能应急套装,其特征在于:所述充电器(6)、与点烟器(8)上均设置与适配头(9)电性连接的可转换插头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的便携式车载储能多功能应急套装,其特征在于:所述充电器(6)为15V3A的充电器。
6.根据权利要求3所述的便携式车载储能多功能应急套装,其特征在于:所述金属夹子(10)的外壁设置正负极标识。
