Abstract
本发明公开一种EPP泡沫板多向修切装置,其中包括板材传送模块、侧端修切模块和板材转动模块。板材传送模块包括支撑座、传送带、气缸、挡板;侧端修切模块包括支撑架、第一丝杠、移动杆、第二丝杠、修切刀;板材转动模块包括固定块、第一齿轮、圆台、第二齿轮、横杆、第三丝杠。本发明修切精度高,效率快,节省了操作人员的劳动强度;设有板材转动模块,在EPP泡沫板侧端的一对侧端修切完成后,能够通过转动将EPP泡沫板的另一对未修切的侧端进行修切,实现了EPP泡沫板在传送过程中完成修切加工,提高了生产效率。解决了现有技术中人工修切EPP泡沫板侧端费时费力,增加不必要的生产成本,严重时出现修切错误,使得EPP泡沫板报废的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于EPP泡沫板领域,具体涉及一种EPP泡沫板多向修切装置。
背景技术
EPP是发泡聚丙烯的缩写,是一种新型泡沫塑料的简称。EPP是聚丙烯塑料发泡材料,是一种性能卓越的高结晶型聚合物/气体复合材料,以其独特而优越的性能成为增长最快的环保新型抗压缓冲隔热材料。EPP还是一种环保材料,可回收再利用,可以自然降解,不会造成白色污染。
EPP比重轻、弹性好、抗震抗压、变形恢复率高、吸收性能好、耐油、耐酸、耐碱、耐各种化学溶剂、不吸水、绝缘、耐热(-40~130℃),无毒无味,可100%循环使用且性能几乎毫不降低,是真正的环境友好型泡沫塑料。用EPP珠粒在成型机的模具中可模塑成各种不同形状的EPP制品。
现有的EPP泡沫板在生产成型后需要对其侧边进行修切,传统工艺一般是通过人工的方式进行修切,这种方式费时费力,增加不必要的生产成本,而且人工修切误差大,严重时还会导致修切错误使得EPP泡沫板报废,因此设计一种能够代替人工对EPP泡沫板侧端进行精准修切的装置是符合实际需要的。
针对上述提出的问题,现设计一种EPP泡沫板多向修切装置。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种EPP泡沫板多向修切装置,解决了现有技术中人工修切EPP泡沫板侧端费时费力,增加不必要的生产成本,严重时出现修切错误,使得EPP泡沫板报废的问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种EPP泡沫板多向修切装置,包括板材传送模块、侧端修切模块和板材转动模块,所述板材传送模块置于板材转动模块侧端,所述侧端修切模块置于板材转动模块侧端。
所述侧端修切模块包括支撑架,所述支撑架内设有第一丝杠,所述支撑架的侧端设有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出端连通支撑架并与第一丝杠固定连接。
所述第一丝杠贯穿移动杆并与移动杆螺纹配合,所述移动杆内设有第二丝杠,所述移动杆的下端设有第三电机,所述第三电机的输出端连通移动杆并与第二丝杠固定连接。
所述第二丝杠贯穿连接块并与连接块螺纹配合,所述连接块的一端设有修切刀,所述连接块上设有第四电机,所述第四电机的输出端连通连接块并与修切刀传动连接。
所述板材转动模块包括固定块,所述固定块内设有转动连接的第一齿轮,所述固定块的上端设有第五电机,所述第五电机的输出端连通固定块并与第一齿轮固定连接。
所述固定块的一侧设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱上设有转动连接的圆台,所述圆台内设有第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合。
所述板材传送模块包括支撑座,所述支撑座上设有转动连接的传送带,所述支撑座内设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有气缸。
所述支撑座上设有挡板和导向板,所述导向板置于挡板下方。
所述支撑座的侧端设有第一电机,所述第一电机的输出端连通支撑座并与传送带转动连接。
所述圆台的一侧设有横杆,所述横杆内设有第三丝杠,所述第三丝杠贯穿推条并与推条螺纹配合,所述横杆的一端设有第六电机,所述第六电机的输出端连通横杆并与第三丝杠固定连接。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明不需要人工参与即可完成EPP泡沫板侧端的修切,修切精度高,效率快,节省了操作人员的劳动强度;
2、本发明适用范围广,能够胜任多种板材的修切工作;
3、本发明设有板材转动模块,在EPP泡沫板侧端的一对侧端修切完成后,能够通过转动将EPP泡沫板的另一对未修切的侧端进行修切,实现了EPP泡沫板在传送过程中完成修切加工,提高了生产效率。

如图1所示,一种EPP泡沫板多向修切装置,包括板材传送模块1、侧端修切模块2和板材转动模块3三部分,所述板材传送模块1置于板材转动模块3侧端,所述侧端修切模块2置于板材转动模块3侧端。
如图2所示,所述板材传送模块1包括支撑座11,所述支撑座11上设有转动连接的传送带12,所述支撑座11内设有凹槽13,所述凹槽13内设有气缸14。所述支撑座11上设有挡板16和导向板15,所述导向板15置于挡板16下方。所述支撑座11的侧端设有第一电机17,所述第一电机17的输出端连通支撑座11并与传送带12转动连接。
如图3、图4所示,所述侧端修切模块2包括支撑架21,所述支撑架21内设有第一丝杠29,所述支撑架21的侧端设有第二电机22,所述第二电机22的输出端连通支撑架21并与第一丝杠29固定连接。所述第一丝杠29贯穿移动杆23并与移动杆23螺纹配合,所述移动杆23内设有第二丝杠24,所述移动杆23的下端设有第三电机28,所述第三电机28的输出端连通移动杆23并与第二丝杠24固定连接。所述第二丝杠24贯穿连接块25并与连接块25螺纹配合,所述连接块25的一端设有修切刀27,所述连接块25上设有第四电机26,所述第四电机26的输出端连通连接块25并与修切刀27传动连接。
如图5所示,所述板材转动模块3包括固定块31,所述固定块31的下端设有第一立柱34。所述固定块31内设有转动连接的第一齿轮32,所述固定块31的上端设有第五电机33,所述第五电机33的输出端连通固定块31并与第一齿轮32固定连接。所述固定块31的一侧设有支撑柱310,所述支撑柱310上设有转动连接的圆台311,所述圆台311内设有第二齿轮312,所述第一齿轮32与第二齿轮312啮合。所述圆台311的一侧设有横杆35,所述横杆35的下端设有第二立柱39。所述横杆35内设有第三丝杠36,所述第三丝杠36贯穿推条38并与推条38螺纹配合,所述横杆35的一端设有第六电机37,所述第六电机37的输出端连通横杆35并与第三丝杠36固定连接。
使用时,启动第一电机17,使得传送带12转动,然后将EPP泡沫板放置于传送带12上,经导向板15整合后继续传送至气缸14上方,然后关闭第一电机17。接着控制气缸14的输出端伸出,进而将传送带12上的EPP泡沫板抬高,直至EPP泡沫板上端与挡板16贴合后停止。接着启动第四电机26,使得修切刀27转动,然后启动第三电机28,使得第二丝杠24转动,进而使得修切刀27向下运动,当修切刀27能够修切EPP泡沫板时,关闭第三电机28,接着启动第二电机22,使得第一丝杠29转动,进而控制修切刀27横向移动,待EPP泡沫板的一对侧端修切完成后,关闭第四电机26并反转第三电机28使得修切刀27回到初始高度后停止。然后启动第一电机17将EPP泡沫板由传送带12传送至圆台311上。
然后启动第五电机33,控制第一齿轮32转动,进而带动第二齿轮312和圆台311转动,当EPP泡沫板修切好的一条侧端正对另一板材传送模块1时关闭第五电机33,接着启动第六电机37,使得第三丝杠36转动,进而带动推条38横向移动,待推条38将EPP泡沫板推至另一板材传送模块1上的传送带12上后反转第六电机37,使得推条38回到初始位置。然后重复上述动作,将EPP泡沫板未修切的侧端修切好。

所述侧端修切模块(2)包括支撑架(21),所述支撑架(21)内设有第一丝杠(29),所述支撑架(21)的侧端设有第二电机(22),所述第二电机(22)的输出端连通支撑架(21)并与第一丝杠(29)固定连接;
所述第一丝杠(29)贯穿移动杆(23)并与移动杆(23)螺纹配合,所述移动杆(23)内设有第二丝杠(24),所述移动杆(23)的下端设有第三电机(28),所述第三电机(28)的输出端连通移动杆(23)并与第二丝杠(24)固定连接;
所述第二丝杠(24)贯穿连接块(25)并与连接块(25)螺纹配合,所述连接块(25)的一端设有修切刀(27),所述连接块(25)上设有第四电机(26),所述第四电机(26)的输出端连通连接块(25)并与修切刀(27)传动连接;
所述板材转动模块(3)包括固定块(31),所述固定块(31)内设有转动连接的第一齿轮(32),所述固定块(31)的上端设有第五电机(33),所述第五电机(33)的输出端连通固定块(31)并与第一齿轮(32)固定连接;
所述固定块(31)的一侧设有支撑柱(310),所述支撑柱(310)上设有转动连接的圆台(311),所述圆台(311)内设有第二齿轮(312),所述第一齿轮(32)与第二齿轮(312)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种EPP泡沫板多向修切装置,其特征在于,所述板材传送模块(1)包括支撑座(11),所述支撑座(11)上设有转动连接的传送带(12),所述支撑座(11)内设有凹槽(13),所述凹槽(13)内设有气缸(14)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种EPP泡沫板多向修切装置,其特征在于,所述支撑座(11)上设有挡板(16)和导向板(15),所述导向板(15)置于挡板(16)下方。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种EPP泡沫板多向修切装置,其特征在于,所述支撑座(11)的侧端设有第一电机(17),所述第一电机(17)的输出端连通支撑座(11)并与传送带(12)转动连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种EPP泡沫板多向修切装置,其特征在于,所述圆台(311)的一侧设有横杆(35),所述横杆(35)内设有第三丝杠(36),所述第三丝杠(36)贯穿推条(38)并与推条(38)螺纹配合,所述横杆(35)的一端设有第六电机(37),所述第六电机(37)的输出端连通横杆(35)并与第三丝杠(36)固定连接。
