Correspondingly, the upper transverse fixing seat 10 also comprises two oil cylinders and a contact plate, the upper ends of the two oil cylinders are fixedly connected with the cross beam 3, the working ends of the two oil cylinders are fixedly connected with the contact plate, and the lower surface of the contact plate corresponding to the upper transverse fixing seat 10 is in contact with the large sheet metal plate 12. The lateral side 121 of the large sheet metal plate 12 can be clamped between the contact plates of the lower transverse fixing seat 9 and the upper transverse fixing seat 10. The cylinders in the lower and upper transverse holders 9, 10 can adjust the angle of the contact plate 93.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the vertical fixing base 11 includes a bottom plate 111 and a supporting assembly at the bottom of the bottom plate 111; the upper surface of the bottom plate 111 is provided with two sets of clamping members, each clamping member comprises two fixed seats 112 and a clamping block 113 positioned between the fixed seats 112, a spring 114 is arranged between the fixed seats 112 and the clamping block 113, the spring 114 can generate clamping force between the clamping blocks 113 for clamping the vertical side 122 of the large sheet metal plate 12, and the clamping block 113 is provided with a positioning screw 1131 for positioning the clamping block 113.
Further, the lower surface of bottom plate 111 sets up lead screw 115, set up first support cylinder 117 and second support cylinder 118 between the movable nut 116 that lead screw 115 corresponds and the base 1, first support cylinder 117 and second support cylinder 118 are used for adjusting the angle of bottom plate 111, and lead screw 115 structure is used for cooperating the position change of big sheet metal component 12, accomplishes the horizontal side level of big sheet metal component 12 and places and fix a position.
The welding process of the welding device is as follows:
(1) referring to fig. 3, the welding device is firstly used for fixing the large sheet metal part 12 by the transverse fixing seat and the vertical fixing seat 11, and keeping the vertical side 122 of the large sheet metal part 12 on a vertical surface;
(2) then the suction nozzle 8 sucks the small sheet metal part 13, and the position of sucking the small sheet metal part 13 corresponds to the gap of the large sheet metal part 12 by adjusting the position of the transverse mounting bracket 4 and the rotating motor on the connecting seat 6;
(3) driving the transverse telescopic rod 71 and the transverse welding gun 72 to move a welding head of the transverse welding gun 72 to one intersection point position of a vertical surface connecting line of the large sheet metal part 12 and the small sheet metal part 13 and a sheet metal bending line, and driving the transverse welding gun 72 to move on the vertical mounting bracket 7 to enable the welding head of the transverse welding gun 72 to walk along the vertical surface connecting line to weld the vertical surface connecting line of the large sheet metal part 12 and the small sheet metal part 13;
(4) when the welding of the vertical surface is finished, the suction nozzle 8 stops working, referring to fig. 9, the transverse fixing seat and the vertical fixing seat 11 are driven to adjust the position of the large sheet metal part 12, and the transverse side 121 of the large sheet metal part 12 is kept on the horizontal plane;
(5) the vertical telescopic rod 41 and the vertical welding gun 42 are driven, a welding head of the vertical welding gun 42 is moved to one intersection point position of a horizontal plane connecting line of the large sheet metal part 12 and the small sheet metal part 13 on the side and a sheet metal bending line, and then the vertical welding gun 42 is driven to move on the transverse mounting bracket 4, so that the welding head of the vertical welding gun 42 walks along the horizontal plane connecting line to weld the horizontal plane connecting line of the large sheet metal part 12 and the small sheet metal part 13.
(6) After the horizontal plane is welded, the transverse mounting bracket 4 returns, the transverse fixing seat loosens the large sheet metal part 12, the positioning screw 1131 of the vertical fixing seat 11 is loosened, and the large sheet metal part 12 can be taken out.
This welding set sets up vertical welder 42 and horizontal welder 72, welds the junction of the little sheet metal component of two faces of department of bending of sheet metal component respectively, and the conversion in the fixed position of the big sheet metal component of cooperation can carry out high-efficient the restoration to the breach of big sheet metal component.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, a handle 1111 is disposed at an upper end of each of the clamping blocks 113, two ends of the handle 1111 are respectively hinged to an upper end of the connecting rod 1110, a lower end of each of the connecting rods 1110 is respectively hinged to a different clamping block 113, the spring 114 is compressed by pressing the handle 1110, the two clamping blocks 113 are far away, and the vertical side 122 of the large sheet metal 12 can be conveniently placed in and taken out from between the clamping blocks 113.

Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the welding seam polishing device in this embodiment includes an annular fixed disk 14, a fixed grinding machine 15 fixed to the fixed disk 14, and a movable grinding machine 16 rotatably connected to the center of the annular fixed disk 14, where the fixed grinding machine 15 and the movable grinding machine 16 may form any included angle, so that both sides of the horizontal side 121 and the vertical side 122 of the bending portion of the large sheet metal part 12 are conveniently polished, and the use is convenient.
Furthermore, an annular sliding groove 141 is formed in the fixed disc 14, a cross bar 143 is arranged on an inner ring of the fixed disc 14, a circle of the fixed disc 14 is arranged at one end of the cross bar 143, and the fixed grinding machine 15 is fixed on the cross bar 143. The rotating end of the movable grinding machine 16 is fixedly provided with a positioning seat 17, the positioning seat 17 is slidably connected with an annular sliding groove 141 of the fixed disc 14, a seat screw 18 for positioning the positioning seat 17 is arranged between the positioning seat 17 and the fixed disc 14, and an angle scale 142 for marking angles is arranged outside the annular sliding groove 141, so that an included angle between the fixed grinding machine 15 and the movable grinding machine 16 can be conveniently determined.
Referring to fig. 12, the fixed grinding machine 15 and the movable grinding machine 16 have the same structure and the grinding surfaces thereof are opposite to each other, and the movable grinding machine 16 is described in detail in this embodiment. Referring to fig. 13-14, the mobile grinder 16 includes a main support frame 161, a mobile carrier 163 movably coupled to the main support frame 161, a long grinding rod 164 and a short grinding rod 166 rotatably coupled to the mobile carrier 163. The main support frame 161 is provided with a sliding piece and a sliding piece driving, the sliding piece can move on the main support frame 161, the connection form of the sliding piece can refer to the connection form between the vertical mounting brackets 7 and 75 and the vertical sliding piece, a grinding air cylinder is arranged between the sliding piece and the movable bracket 163, the grinding air cylinder is matched with the sliding piece, and the movable bracket 163 can move in the radial plane of the fixed disc for adjusting the position of the grinding rod. The long grinding rod 164 is used for grinding the welding line of the unparallel bending line, and the short grinding rod 166 is used for grinding the welding line of the approximate parallel bending line, so that the grinding efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 14, a partition 169 is disposed between the long grinding rod 164 and the short grinding rod 166 by the movable bracket 163, the long grinding shaft 165 corresponding to the long grinding rod 164 is rotatably connected to the movable bracket 163, a grinding motor capable of driving the long grinding rod 164 to rotate is disposed at an end of the long grinding rod 164 away from the short grinding rod 166, a fixed long shaft friction plate 1651 is disposed at an end of the long grinding shaft 165 close to the short grinding rod 166, coaxially movable short shaft friction plates 1671 are disposed at both ends of the short grinding rod 166, the short shaft friction plates 1671 are axially slidably connected to the short grinding shaft 167 corresponding to the short grinding rod 166, a telescopic rod 1611 is disposed between the short grinding shaft 167 corresponding to the short shaft friction plates 1671 and the movable bracket 163, a bearing bush 1610 rotatably connected to the short grinding shaft 167 is disposed at a working end of the telescopic rod 1611, and the telescopic rod 1611 can drive the short grinding shaft 167 to move to adjust a position of the short grinding shaft 167. The movable bracket 163 is further provided with a rotatable auxiliary shaft at one end of the short grinding shaft 167, the auxiliary shaft is fixedly provided with another long-axis friction plate 1651 corresponding to the long grinding shaft 165 at one end, and the short grinding shaft 167 is positioned between the two long-axis friction plates 1651.
An adjusting structure 168 is arranged between the bearing sleeve 1610 and the short shaft friction plate 1671, the adjusting structure 168 is used for linkage between the short shaft friction plate 1671 and the telescopic rod 1611, so that the short shaft friction plate 1671 is tightly attached to the long shaft friction plate 1651, and the bearing sleeve 1610 moves to enable the long grinding shaft 165 and the short grinding shaft 167 to be coaxial, so that the long grinding shaft 165 can drive the short grinding shaft 167 to coaxially rotate.
Referring to fig. 15, the adjusting structure 168 includes a cylinder 1681, a rocker 1682 and a pin 1683, a sliding groove is formed between two ends of the rocker 1682, the pin 1683 is located in the sliding groove between two ends of the rocker 1682, the pin 1683 is fixedly connected with the movable support 163, one end of the rocker 1682 is hinged with the bearing bush 1610, the other end of the rocker 1682 is hinged with one end of a cylinder body of the cylinder 1681, a working end of the cylinder 1681 is hinged with the short-axis friction plate 1671, and the cylinder body movable support 163 of the cylinder 1681 is rotatably connected.
When the cylinder 1681 is extended, the cylinder 1681 pushes the rocker 1682 to rotate, so that the telescopic rod 1611 is extended, the short grinding shaft 167 is close to the long grinding shaft 165, when the short shaft friction plate 1671 is tightly attached to the long shaft friction plate 1651, the bearing bush 1610 moves to enable the long grinding shaft 165 and the short grinding shaft 167 to be coaxial, and the grinding motor can drive the long grinding shaft 165 and the short grinding shaft 167 to rotate simultaneously; when the cylinder 1681 is shortened, the short-axis friction plate 1671 leaves the long-axis friction plate 1651, the cylinder 1681 pulls the rocker 1682 to rotate, the telescopic rod 1611 is compressed, the bearing bush 1610 moves to enable the short grinding shaft 167 to leave the long grinding shaft 165, the long grinding shaft 165 and the short grinding shaft 167 are not coaxial, and the grinding motor only drives the long grinding shaft 165 to rotate.
When the short grinding rod 166 is used, the air cylinder 1681 is in an extension state, the long grinding shaft 165 and the short grinding shaft 167 are coaxial and are combined through a friction plate, the long grinding shaft 165 drives the short grinding shaft 167 to rotate, the outer diameter of the short grinding rod 166 is larger than that of the long grinding rod 164, the short grinding rod 166 performs grinding work, and the long grinding rod 164 is suspended; when the long grinding rod 164 is used alone, the air cylinder 1681 is in a shortened state, the short axis friction plate 1671 is not combined with the long axis friction plate 1651, the short grinding rod 166 is retracted into the movable holder 163, and the long axis friction plate 1651 operates alone.

Claims (10)

1. The welding method for repairing the bent part of the metal plate is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
b1: keeping one side of the large sheet metal part and one side of the small sheet metal part vertically placed, fixing the large sheet metal part, and moving the small sheet metal part to the gap of the large sheet metal part;
b2: performing spot welding on a connecting line of the vertical surfaces of the large sheet metal part and the small sheet metal part by using a vertical welding gun;
b3: adjusting the positions of the large sheet metal part and the small sheet metal part to enable the other side of the large sheet metal part and the small sheet metal part to be horizontally placed;
b4: performing spot welding on a horizontal connecting line of the large sheet metal part and the small sheet metal part by using a transverse welding gun to obtain a repaired and welded large sheet metal part;
b5: and polishing the welded large sheet metal part weld joint.
2. The welding device of the welding method for repairing the notch of the bent part of the sheet metal according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising a base (1), a vertical upright (2) and a cross beam (3), wherein a welding assembly is arranged in a space formed by the base (1), the vertical upright (2) and the cross beam (3), and comprises a vertical welding gun (42), a transverse welding gun (72), a suction nozzle (8) for adsorbing a small sheet metal part (13), a transverse fixing seat for fixing a large sheet metal part and a vertical fixing seat (11);
the vertical welding gun (42), the transverse welding gun (72) and the suction nozzle (8) are all arranged on a transverse mounting bracket (4) which is arranged below the cross beam (3), can move in a horizontal plane and can lift in a vertical direction.
3. The welding device for the small sheet metal parts according to claim 2, wherein the vertical welding gun (42) is mounted on a transverse mounting bracket (4), the transverse mounting bracket (4) is provided with a vertical telescopic rod (41) capable of moving in a horizontal plane, and the vertical welding gun (42) is fixedly connected to the working end of the vertical telescopic rod (41);
one side of the transverse mounting support (4) is fixedly provided with a vertical mounting support (7), the transverse welding gun (72) is mounted on the vertical mounting support (7), the vertical mounting support (7) is provided with a transverse telescopic rod (71) capable of moving on a vertical plane, and the transverse welding gun (72) is fixedly connected to the working end of the transverse telescopic rod (71).
The lower end of the transverse mounting bracket (4) is fixedly provided with a connecting seat (6), and a suction nozzle (8) which is adjustable in direction and can suck the small sheet metal part (13) through negative pressure is arranged on the connecting seat (6).

The welding device for small sheet metal parts according to claim 3, characterized in that the transverse fixing seats comprise a group of lower transverse fixing seats (9) and upper transverse fixing seats (10) which correspond in position and have the same structure, and the transverse side (121) of the large sheet metal plate (12) is positioned between the lower transverse fixing seats (9) and the upper transverse fixing seats (10);
the lower transverse fixing seat (9) comprises a first oil cylinder (91), a second oil cylinder (92) and a contact plate (93), the lower ends of the first oil cylinder (91) and the second oil cylinder (92) are fixedly connected with the base (1), the working ends of the first oil cylinder (91) and the second oil cylinder (92) are respectively fixedly connected with the lower surface of the contact plate (93), and the upper surface of the contact plate (93) is used for being in contact with a large sheet metal plate (12).
5. The welding device of small sheet metal parts according to claim 4, characterized in that the vertical fixing seat (11) comprises a bottom plate (111) and a supporting component at the bottom of the bottom plate (111);
at least one group of clamping pieces are arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate (111), each clamping piece comprises two fixed seats (112) and a clamping block (113) located between the fixed seats (112), a spring (114) is arranged between each fixed seat (112) and each clamping block (113), and each clamping block (113) is provided with a positioning screw (1131);
the lower surface of the bottom plate (111) is provided with a screw rod (115), and a first supporting oil cylinder (117) and a second supporting oil cylinder (118) are arranged between a movable nut (116) corresponding to the screw rod (115) and the base (1).

The welding device of small sheet metal parts according to claim 5, characterized in that a handle (1111) is arranged at the upper end of each group of clamping blocks (113), the two ends of the handle (1111) are respectively hinged with the upper end of a connecting rod (1110), and the lower end of each connecting rod (1110) is respectively hinged with different clamping blocks (113).

a long grinding shaft (165) corresponding to the long grinding rod (164) and a short grinding shaft (167) corresponding to the short grinding rod (166) are coaxially arranged, one end, close to the short grinding rod (166), of the long grinding shaft (165) is provided with a fixed long-shaft friction plate (1651), two ends of the short grinding rod (166) are respectively provided with a short-shaft friction plate (1671) which is coaxially movable, a telescopic rod (1611) is arranged between the short grinding shaft (167) corresponding to the short-shaft friction plate (1671) and the movable support (163), a working end of the telescopic rod (1611) is provided with a bearing sleeve (1610) which is rotatably connected with the short grinding shaft (167), and an adjusting structure (168) is arranged between the bearing sleeve (1610) and the short-shaft friction plate (1671);
