Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of cigarettes, and particularly relates to a sealed heating type cigarette capable of reducing side-stream smoke. The cigarette comprises a tobacco section (1) with a sealed upstream end, a low-suction-resistance section (2) and a functional filter section (3) which are coaxially abutted in sequence from upstream to downstream, and an external wrapping piece (4) wraps the cigarette; wherein, the low resistance-absorbing section (2) is a pipe body provided with an axial central cavity (2-1) and a circumferential side wall through hole (2-2); the low-suction-resistance section (2) further comprises a barrier layer (2-3) which is arranged on the circumferential side wall of the central cavity (2-1) and has a certain air permeability. The cigarette is provided with the barrier layer which covers the circumferential side wall and the side wall through hole of the central cavity at the low-suction-resistance section, has certain air permeability, and does not influence the inflow of outside air during suction; when the smoke is not sucked, the smoke cannot escape from the through holes on the side wall, so that the smoke loss can be effectively reduced.

Background
Traditional tobacco has been in the past for centuries and has been incorporated into the lives of most smokers. In recent years, along with the improvement of living standard of people, the problems of smoking, health, harm of second-hand smoke and the like are more and more emphasized by people, and the harmfulness brought by the traditional tobacco products is more and more prominent. Meanwhile, with the implementation of WHO tobacco control framework convention, especially the gradual expansion of smoking ban in public places of all countries in the world, the development environment of tobacco products has been changed significantly and profoundly, and the structure of tobacco products is being adjusted rapidly towards the development direction of diversification and no smoke. The new tobacco products gradually become the realistic choice for various large transnational tobacco enterprises to deal with the sales of the traditional tobacco products.
At present, most of the non-combustible heating cigarettes adopt air as a carrier of smoke, in order to ensure that the tobacco is not combusted, the applied heating temperature is usually lower and generally does not exceed 300 ℃, compared with the traditional cigarette, the tobacco aroma components of the novel non-combustible heating cigarette are difficult to completely release, and the smoke quantity is insufficient, so that the cigarette is difficult to be accepted by traditional smokers. In addition, in order to ensure air circulation, most of the tobacco ends of the cigarettes which are not heated and combusted are in an open structure, namely, the cut tobacco or the reconstituted tobacco sheets are directly exposed outside or are connected with the outside atmosphere through a certain airflow channel, and tobacco residues can drop off and easily pollute the smoking set in the process of pulling out the smoke bomb after smoking is finished, so that the smoking set is cleaned by the tobacco in a certain time. The presence of sidestream smoke can affect the consumer experience of heating a non-burning cigarette.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a closed heating type cigarette for reducing side-stream smoke, which comprises a tobacco section 1, a low-suction-resistance section 2 and a functional filter section 3, wherein the tobacco section 1, the low-suction-resistance section 2 and the functional filter section 3 are coaxially abutted in sequence from upstream to downstream, and an external wrapping piece 4 wraps the cigarette;
the low-suction-resistance section 2 is a pipe body with an axial central cavity 2-1 and circumferential side wall through holes 2-2, and the number of the side wall through holes 2-2 is at least one; the low-suction-resistance section 2 also comprises a barrier layer 2-3 with certain air permeability, which is arranged on the circumferential side wall of the central cavity 2-1.
Preferably, the upstream end of the sealed tobacco section 1 is sealed in the following manner: the circumference and/or the upstream end face of the sealed tobacco section 1 are wrapped by a paper base material or a foil base material with air impermeability or controllable air permeability to form a closed system; or the upstream end of the sealed tobacco section 1 is coaxially abutted with a plug 5

Preferably, a hollow tubular supporting layer is arranged between the pipe wall of the controllable resistance suction section 2 and the barrier layers 2-3, and the side wall through hole 2-2 penetrates through the supporting layer.
Preferably, the functional filter segment 3 comprises a cooling segment 3-1 and a filter segment 3-2.
Preferably, the tobacco segment 1 comprises tobacco cut, tobacco flakes, tobacco particles, tobacco extruded shapes or tobacco containing gels therein.
Preferably, the barrier layer 2-3 completely covers the central cavity 2-1 circumferential sidewall and the sidewall via 2-2.
Preferably, the barrier layer 2-3 is a paper-based or cellulose acetate forming material with a certain air permeability/porosity.
The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention designs a closed cigarette for reducing side-stream smoke for the first time, which is matched with a heating type smoking set for use, and because the formed fresh smoke has a replacement effect on the internal atmosphere of the cigarette, the oxygen content in the cigarette can be reduced along with the heating process, and at the moment, even if the heating temperature is increased, the combustion phenomenon can not occur. Therefore, the heating temperature can be increased to fully release the tobacco aroma components and increase the smoke volume. In addition, the cigarette is provided with the barrier layer which covers the circumferential side wall and the through hole of the side wall of the central cavity at the low-suction-resistance section, has certain air permeability and does not influence the inflow of outside air during suction; when the smoke is not sucked, the smoke cannot escape from the through holes on the side wall, so that the smoke loss can be effectively reduced.

In the preferred technical scheme, the cigarette utilizes the plug to seal the tobacco section, and in the cigarette production process, the plug can be jointly rolled and connected with the tobacco section, so that the industrial production is facilitated. If the tobacco section is sealed by using elements such as a sealing film and the like, the cigarette production process needs to be changed, the existing equipment is greatly changed, and the industrial production is inconvenient.

Example 1
A sealed heating cigarette for reducing side-stream smoke comprises a tobacco section 1, a low-resistance-suction section 2 and a functional filter section 3 which are coaxially abutted in sequence from upstream to downstream, wherein the upstream end of the tobacco section is sealed, and the cigarette is wrapped by an external wrapping piece 4;
the low-suction-resistance section 2 is a pipe body with an axial central cavity 2-1 and circumferential side wall through holes 2-2, and the number of the side wall through holes 2-2 is 2; the low-suction-resistance section 2 also comprises a barrier layer 2-3 with certain air permeability, which is arranged on the circumferential side wall of the central cavity 2-1.
The barrier layer 2-3 is a paper base or acetate fiber forming material with certain air permeability. The barrier layer 2-3 completely covers the circumferential side wall of the central cavity 2-1 and the side wall through hole 2-2.
The sealing mode of the upstream end of the sealed tobacco section 1 is as follows: the upstream end of the sealed tobacco section 1 is coaxially abutted with a plug 5.
Coaxial through holes 4-1 are formed in the outer wrapping piece 4 at positions corresponding to the side wall through holes 2-2, and the aperture of each coaxial through hole 4-1 is not smaller than that of each side wall through hole 2-2.
A hollow tubular supporting layer is arranged between the pipe wall of the controllable resistance suction section 2 and the blocking layers 2-3, and the side wall through hole 2-2 penetrates through the supporting layer.
The functional filter section 3 comprises a cooling section 3-1 and a filter section 3-2.
The tobacco segment 1 includes a tobacco-containing gel therein.

A closed heating type cigarette for reducing side-stream smoke is characterized in that the cigarette comprises a tobacco section (1) with a sealed upstream end, a low-suction-resistance section (2) and a functional filter section (3) which are coaxially abutted in sequence from upstream to downstream, and an external wrapping piece (4) wraps the outside of the cigarette;
the low-suction-resistance section (2) is a pipe body with an axial central cavity (2-1) and circumferential side wall through holes (2-2), and the number of the side wall through holes (2-2) is at least one; the low-suction-resistance section (2) further comprises a barrier layer (2-3) which is arranged on the circumferential side wall of the central cavity (2-1) and has a certain air permeability.
2. A rod according to claim 1, characterised in that the upstream end of the sealed tobacco section (1) is sealed in such a way that: the circumference and/or the upstream end face of the sealed tobacco section (1) are wrapped by a paper base material or a foil base material with air impermeability or controllable air permeability to form a closed system; or the upstream end of the sealed tobacco section (1) is coaxially abutted with a plug (5).

A cigarette according to claim 1, characterized in that coaxial through holes (4-1) are arranged on the outer wrapping piece (4) at positions corresponding to the side wall through holes (2-2), and the diameter of the coaxial through holes (4-1) is not smaller than that of the side wall through holes (2-2).
4. The cigarette as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a hollow tubular supporting layer is arranged between the wall of the controllable suction resistance section (2) and the barrier layer (2-3), and the side wall through holes (2-2) penetrate through the supporting layer.
5. Cigarette according to claim 1, characterised in that the functional filter segments (3) comprise a cooling segment (3-1) and a filter segment (3-2).
6. A tobacco rod according to claim 1, characterized in that the tobacco segment (1) comprises cut tobacco, tobacco flakes, tobacco particles, tobacco shaped bodies or tobacco containing gels therein.
7. A tobacco rod according to claim 1, characterized in that the barrier layer (2-3) completely covers the circumferential side wall of the central cavity (2-1) and the side wall through holes (2-2).
