Abstract

Description

焊接电极及用于电焊球体的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的特征的焊接电极以及一种按照权利要求1前序部分所述的用于电焊球体的方法。
背景技术
用于焊接球体与其它构件的方法是充分已知的,例如由DE 10 2014 218 968 B4或DE 10 2014 205 609 B4或DE 10 2014 200 551 B3。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,创造一种焊接电极,利用该焊接电极简化了要焊接的球体的操作。
所述目的通过权利要求1的特征实现。本发明的有利的实施方案和进一步改进方案可由从属权利要求得出。
本发明的出发点是一种设置用于焊接球体的焊接电极,其中,焊接电极具有凹形成形的端侧区域,该端侧区域适合于和/或确定用于接纳要焊接的球体的球缺形区段。
本发明的一个重要特征在于,焊接电极设置用于或者说适合于和/或确定用于焊接能被磁性吸引的球体。本发明的核心在于,焊接电极具有至少一个磁铁,该磁铁设置成使得位于磁铁作用范围内(亦即位于由磁铁产生的磁场区域内)的要焊接的能被磁性吸引的球体被吸引成靠到形成凹形成形的端侧区域的面上。通过磁铁,球体被吸引并且被自动置于预定的位置,亦即关于球缺形区段对中。
焊接电极可以是能用手操作的器具、亦即手持式焊接电极。对此替代地,它也可以是安置在机器人臂上的焊接电极。在两种情况下,对于接纳和输送要焊接的球体有利的是,该球体被磁性吸引。
所述至少一个磁铁可以是永磁铁。对此替代地,所述至少一个磁铁也可以是电磁铁。当设有多个磁铁时,有利的是,这些磁铁关于焊接电极的纵向中轴线对称设置。例如可以设有三个围绕焊接电极的纵向中轴线(并且与该纵向中轴线间隔开距离地)相对彼此隔开120°角间距设置的磁铁。有利的是,磁铁这样设置,使得能被磁性吸引的球体关于焊接电极的球缺形区段始终被吸引到精确限定的位置。
当设有多个磁铁时,所述多个磁铁之中的一个或多个磁铁可以是永磁铁并且所述多个磁铁之中的一个或多个磁铁可以是电磁铁。例如,一个永磁铁可以居中地或者说在中央设置,并且关于焊接电极的纵向中轴线在径向区域中可以设有多个(例如三个)电磁铁。
电磁铁可以按需要接通和切断。当焊接电极是能用手操纵的焊接电极时,例如可以设有能用手操纵的开关,利用该开关能接通和断开一个或多个所述磁铁。当然,磁铁也可以通过传感机构或开环控制装置或闭环控制装置接通和切断。
在按照本发明的用于电焊球体和其他构件的方法中使用如上所述的焊接电极。首先,借助这样的焊接电极抓住能被磁性吸引的球体,该球体例如可以是钢球。“抓住”意思是,使焊接电极至少如此近地接近于能被磁性吸引的球体,使得该球体处于焊接电极的所述至少一个磁铁的磁场区域内并且被所述至少一个磁铁吸引。因此,能被磁性吸引的球体处于焊接电极的球缺形区段上限定的位置处。
接着这样定位焊接电极,使得能被磁性吸引的球体处于其“目标位置”、亦即在其应与所述其他构件焊接的位置。在此,借助焊接电极将球体压靠到所述其他构件上。为了焊接球体和所述其他构件,产生在焊接电极和所述其他构件之间流过球体的焊接电流。该焊接电流必须至少如此之大,使得球体在与所述其他构件的接触区域内至少部分熔化。
优选地,将焊接电流经由焊接电极的凹形成形的端侧区域或者说经由焊接电极的形成凹形成形的端侧区域的面馈入球体中。
如已经提到的,例如可以使用钢球,因为该钢球不仅能导电、而且能被磁性吸引。
借助按照本发明的方法和按照本发明的焊接电极,例如可以将球体焊接到板材或其他球体上。借助按照本发明的方法,可以将球体直接或间接地与车辆构件、例如车身构件焊接。

下面结合附图更详细地阐述本发明。唯一的图1以示意图示出按照本发明的焊接电极的基本原理。
具体实施方式
图1示出一个焊接电极1,该焊接电极具有凹形成形的端侧区域2。焊接电极1具有纵向中轴线3。焊接电极1还具有磁铁4,该磁铁关于纵向中轴线3局中地或者说对称地设置。磁铁的一个端侧5形成凹形成形的端侧区域2的一部分。但不是必须是这种情况。磁铁4也可以略微缩进地、亦即进一步地集成到焊接电极1中。
在凹形成形的端侧区域2上贴靠一个能被磁性吸引的球体6。球体6被磁铁4吸引。当磁铁4的端侧5形成凹形成形的端侧区域的一部分时,球体6可直接贴靠在磁铁4的端侧5上。当磁铁4进一步缩进、亦即进一步集成到焊接电极1中时,球体6不直接贴靠在磁铁4上。
磁铁4例如可以是永磁铁。对此替代地,磁铁4也可以是可切换的电磁铁。
借助这样的焊接电极可简单地“接纳”球体。例如,焊接电极仅需被保持在球体储备容器中,这导致球体从球体储备容器“跳”到焊接电极上并且被磁铁4这样吸引,使得球体6自动关于凹形成形的端侧区域“对中”。
在借助焊接电极1接纳球体之后,使球体6向应与球体6焊接的其他构件接近或者说移动。在这里,“其它构件”是指已焊接在板材8上的球体7。
焊接电极1经由电导线9而与产生焊接电压的焊接机10连接。在这里示出的实施例中设有第二焊接电极11,该第二焊接电极从板材8的下侧压靠到板材8上。第二焊接电极11经由电导线12同样与焊接机10连接。当球体6压靠到球体7上并且接通焊接机、亦即施加焊接电压时,电流从焊接电极1经由要焊接的球体6、球体7、板材8和焊接电极11流回焊接机10。

Claims (11)

1.焊接电极(1),该焊接电极设置用于焊接球体(6),其中,焊接电极(1)具有凹形成形的端侧区域(2),该端侧区域适合于和/或确定用于接纳球体(6)的球缺形区段,焊接电极(1)
设置用于焊接能被磁性吸引的球体(6),并且
具有至少一个磁铁(4),该磁铁设置成使得位于磁铁(4)作用范围内的能被磁性吸引的球体(6)被吸引成靠到形成凹形成形的端侧区域(2)的面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊接电极,其特征在于,所述至少一个磁铁(4)是永磁铁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的焊接电极,其特征在于,所述至少一个磁铁(4)是电磁铁。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的焊接电极,其特征在于,所述至少一个磁铁(4)关于焊接电极(1)的纵向中轴线(3)对称设置。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的焊接电极,其特征在于,所述焊接电极具有多个关于焊接电极(1)的纵向中轴线(3)对称设置的磁铁。
6.根据权利要求5所述的焊接电极,其特征在于,所述焊接电极(1)具有一个居中设置的永磁铁和多个相对于这个永磁铁沿径向设置的电磁铁。
7.用于电焊球体(6)和其他构件(7)的方法,其特征在于,借助根据权利要求1至6之一所述的焊接电极(1)抓住能被磁性吸引的球体(6),
将球体(6)压靠到所述其他构件(7)上,和
在焊接电极(1)和所述其他构件(7)之间产生流过球体(6)的焊接电流,该焊接电流导致球体(6)在与所述其他构件(7)的接触区域内至少部分熔化。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在焊接过程期间,焊接电流从焊接电极(1)的形成凹形成形的端侧区域(2)的面流入球体(6)中。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,使用钢球作为球体(6)。
10.根据权利要求1至9之一所述的方法,其特征在于,将球体(6)焊接到其他构件(7)上。
11.根据权利要求7至10之一所述的方法,其特征在于,将球体直接或间接地与车辆构件或车身构件焊接。
