Abstract
The invention discloses a fiber wear resistance testing device which structurally comprises a rack, a driving roller, a driven driving roller, a balancing weight, an infrared sensor, a tension guide wheel, a control box and a driving device. After the technical scheme is adopted, the fiber wear resistance testing device provided by the invention can test the wear resistance of the same fiber under different tensions, can perform comparison test on the wear resistance of different fibers under the same stress state, has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation and strong practicability, can reduce the trial-manufacture cost, and has great significance in application research on the applicability of the fiber in the preparation of the composite material.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of testing of fiber materials, in particular to a fiber wear resistance testing device and a testing method thereof.
Background
Composite materials are the mainstream of new material development at present, and fibers used as a reinforcement of the composite materials are the central importance of the composite materials. The fiber used as a reinforcement in China has a good development prospect, the intrinsic performance of the fiber is equivalent to that of the international similar product regardless of carbon fiber or ceramic fiber, but compared with the foreign world, the application adaptability research of the fiber has a great gap and is highlighted on the fiber weaving performance characterization. The fiber preform forming technology comprises two-dimensional cloth weaving, 2.5-dimensional three-dimensional weaving, three-dimensional weaving and the like, the fiber wear resistance is a very important technical index in the weaving process, and the preform forming effect can be influenced essentially. Currently, there is no mature test method and test equipment for either carbon or ceramic fibers. Therefore, the weaving performance of the fiber can only be tested, namely after surface treatment is carried out, the fiber can be directly molded according to the design requirement of the prefabricated body, the fiber surface treatment process is modified or the design requirement of the prefabricated body is modified after problems are met in the molding process, the molding cost of the whole prefabricated body is greatly improved, namely the fiber waste is caused, and the processing period of the prefabricated body is greatly prolonged. The problem becomes a bottleneck problem of the development of the composite materials in China, and the problem is urgently needed to be solved.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a fiber wear resistance testing device and a testing method thereof, which can realize full-automatic quantitative testing on the wear resistance of the fiber, not only can represent the wear resistance of the same fiber under different stress states, but also can carry out comparison testing on the wear resistance of different fibers under the same stress state.
