Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于环氧树脂改性砂浆抹平与收光的施工装置,包括倒置的V型支架,所述支架其中一端点设有导向机构、另一端点设有刮板,所述支架上还设有与刮板连接并能够输送砂浆的注浆桶,且所述注浆桶顶端设有进料口、底端设有注浆口,其中,注浆桶还连接有能够控制是否注入砂浆的控制器。本发明中与环氧砂浆直接接触的是聚四氟乙烯薄层,聚四氟乙烯疏水疏油,因而环氧砂浆不易黏附在工具上,避免操作难度大的问题,导向机构的设计避免了手持工具的累赘,加快施工的进度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于环氧树脂改性砂浆的施工技术,尤其涉及一种用于溶剂型环氧树脂改性砂浆抹平与收光施工的工具。
背景技术
环氧树脂是一种具有高度粘合力、固化后稳定性好的高分子化学物质,以它作为基本原料,掺人适量改性剂与有机助剂配制而成的水乳状产物,俗称环氧乳液,它对混凝土等各种建筑材料都有很强的粘结性。环氧乳液掺入水泥浆中可制成界面处理浆,它可用于混凝土的修补、饰面、防水以及界面处理等。环氧树脂作为粘结剂、砂或水泥等作为填料、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯作为增塑剂、690活性剂作为稀释剂、乙二胺作为固结剂,按一定比例混合就可以配制成环氧树脂砂浆(简称环氧砂浆)。试验表明:环氧砂浆的粘结强度超过混凝土的自身强度因而其破坏面不发生在粘结面上。环氧砂浆固化后的抗压强度大50MPa、抗拉强度大于10Mpa,环氧砂浆与钢筋的粘结力较高,可达10MPa、一般不低于6MPa。
由于施工工艺简单和性能良好,环氧树脂砂浆被广泛地应用于各类修补作业中。其中由于它黏性突出,所以使用过环氧砂浆的建筑材料就会具有良好的抗压性能,高压下不易变形,起到较好的修复效果。此外,除了良好的抗压性能以外,环氧砂浆还具有抗冻、耐腐蚀、耐酸碱、耐盐等多种性能,因而经常将其应用于大型工程中。环氧砂浆也具有超强的粘结强度,在进行混凝土结构的修复工作时,一旦进行粘结作业,将很难拆开,更重要的是,修补之后,混凝土结构若再次发生破坏,破坏面不会出现在粘结面上。环氧砂浆无毒、不易燃,是一种非常安全的产品,同时也符合绿色化学的原则在运输过程中不受到限制,可以采用多种方式进行运输。
环氧砂浆经常被用于建筑物表面和道路表面的修补。在阳光暴晒,雨水冲刷和风力作用下,道路和建筑物表面经常会逐渐风化,坚固性大大降低,结构的稳定性也受到了威胁,为了保证道路和建筑物的性能,就需要使用环氧砂浆进行修复和加固。
但是由于环氧树脂较为粘稠,容易黏附在施工工具上,针对待修补裂缝和待修补路面,普通的施工工具操作起来难度较大,因而需要对施工工具进行改良。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供了一种用于环氧树脂改性砂浆抹平与收光的施工装置,该装置解决了砂浆中环氧树脂易黏附施工工具、操作难度大的问题。
技术方案:本发明的用于环氧树脂改性砂浆抹平与收光的施工装置,包括倒置的V型支架,所述支架其中一端点设有导向机构、另一端点设有刮板,所述支架上还设有与刮板连接并能够输送砂浆的注浆桶,且所述注浆桶顶端设有进料口、底端设有注浆口,其中,注浆桶还连接有能够控制是否注入砂浆的控制器。
所述控制器包括一牵引绳,且所述注浆桶设有与牵引绳连接的隔片,所述隔片与注浆桶的横截面型匹配并包括两拼接的半隔片,其中一半隔片与注浆桶侧壁固定连接、另一半隔片与注浆桶侧壁抵触并与其中一半隔片转动连接,
停止注浆时,两个半隔片在同一平面上并将注浆口封闭,需要注浆时,拽动牵引绳,另一半隔片可旋转离开平面并打开注浆口。
所述刮板的主体材料为钢板,且表面包覆有聚四氟乙烯。与注浆桶主体相连,能够保证整体稳定性。从注浆口流出的未进入待修补裂缝的注浆料会被随后而来的刮板做抹平与收光处理。
所述注浆桶内表面铺设有聚四氟乙烯层。
依据溶剂型环氧树脂改性砂浆这种材料的特性设计而成,聚四氟乙烯材质疏水疏油,溶剂型环氧砂浆不易粘结在薄层上。
所述导向机构包括与支架的其中一端点垂直连接的横轴,所述横轴两端对称设有滚轮。左右对称的滚轮与后方刮板形成一个稳定结构,同时也能控制整个工具的行走路线,保证施工的顺利进行,避免了手持工具的累赘。
所述注浆口呈尖嘴型。尖嘴型的注浆口可以根据工况更换尺寸,尖嘴型的设计保证注浆料进入待修补裂缝中,或者靠近待修补部分避免注浆料的飞溅。
所述进料口呈圆台型。圆台式的进料口设计便于实时加料。
所述控制器为手握式。施工过程中方便控制是否注浆以及注浆的速度,便于在不同的施工工况下对施工工艺进行调整和优化。
有益效果:1、本发明中与环氧砂浆直接接触的是聚四氟乙烯薄层,聚四氟乙烯疏水疏油,因而环氧砂浆不易黏附在工具上,避免操作难度大的问题;2、手捏式控制器可以控制是否注浆以及注浆的速度,以适用于不同的施工工况;
3、适用于不同的施工工况:对于待修补的裂缝,尖嘴式注浆口便于注浆和注浆料的渗透;对于待修补的路面,尖嘴式注浆口靠近施工面,注浆时可以避免注浆料的飞溅,污染施工工具和原料的浪费,同时也可以选择不同尺寸的尖嘴式注浆口;4、滚轮的设计避免了手持工具的累赘,加快施工的进度。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明一实施例所述的用于环氧树脂改性砂浆抹平与收光的施工装置,包括倒置的V型支架1,支架1其中一端点设有导向机构2、另一端点设有刮板3,还设有与刮板3连接并能够输送砂浆的注浆桶4,且注浆桶4顶端设有进料口5、底端设有注浆口6,其中,注浆桶4还连接有能够控制是否注入砂浆的控制器7。
控制器7包括一牵引绳10,且所述注浆桶4设有与牵引绳10连接的隔片11,所述隔片11与注浆桶4的横截面型匹配并包括两拼接的半隔片,其中一半隔片与注浆桶4侧壁固定连接、另一半隔片与注浆桶4侧壁抵触并与其中一半隔片转动连接。停止注浆时,两个半隔片在同一平面上并将注浆口6封闭,需要注浆时,拽动牵引绳10,另一半隔片可旋转离开平面并打开注浆口6。
刮板3的主体材料为钢板,且表面包覆有聚四氟乙烯。
导向机构2包括与支架1的其中一端点垂直连接的横轴8,横轴8两端对称设有滚轮9。
注浆桶4内表面铺设有聚四氟乙烯层,其注浆口6呈尖嘴型,进料口5呈圆台型。
控制器7为手握式。
本发明的工作原理为:将砂浆通过进料口5注入注浆桶4,通过滚轮9移动本装置至需注砂浆的裂缝处,手握控制器7调整注浆速度,然后通过滚轮9移动,将后方的刮板3移动至注浆处做抹平与收光处理。

1.一种用于环氧树脂改性砂浆抹平与收光的施工装置,其特征在于:包括倒置的V型支架,所述支架其中一端点设有导向机构、另一端点设有刮板,所述支架上还设有与刮板连接并能够输送砂浆的注浆桶,且所述注浆桶顶端设有进料口、底端设有注浆口,其中,注浆桶还连接有能够控制是否注入砂浆的控制器;
所述控制器包括一牵引绳,且所述注浆桶设有与牵引绳连接的隔片,所述隔片与注浆桶的横截面型匹配并包括两拼接的半隔片,其中一半隔片与注浆桶侧壁固定连接、另一半隔片与注浆桶侧壁抵触并与其中一半隔片转动连接,
