Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of garment fiber fabrics, in particular to a multifunctional composite outdoor fiber fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Technical Field
In recent years, with the increase of health consciousness of people, more and more people begin to pay attention to sports, and the range of sports is gradually expanded to the outdoors. Outdoor sports are experiential sports with exploration and challenge in the field of natural environment. Common outdoor sports are mountain climbing, rock climbing, bungee jumping, drifting and the like. Due to the difference of outdoor sport places and the difference of the environmental severity, higher requirements are put forward on the fabric of the outdoor sport clothes. At present, the outdoor sportswear hardly meets the requirements of ultraviolet resistance, water resistance, wear resistance and bacteriostasis at the same time, so that a multifunctional composite outdoor fiber fabric is urgently needed in the market.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects, the invention provides the multifunctional composite outdoor fiber fabric and the preparation method thereof, and the prepared fiber fabric has multiple functions of ultraviolet resistance, bacteria resistance, mosquito prevention, water resistance, wear resistance and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the multifunctional composite outdoor fiber fabric sequentially comprises a wear-resistant and antibacterial composite structure, an environment-friendly anti-ultraviolet polyester composite fabric and an oil-proof and water-proof composite structure from outside to inside.
Further, the preparation process of the environment-friendly anti-ultraviolet polyester composite fabric comprises the following steps: micron-sized vermiculite powder is added in the production process of common polyester yarns, modified polyester fibers are prepared at the temperature of more than 300 ℃, and are woven into polyester fabrics, and then the polyester fabrics are soaked in cactus liquid overnight and then dried. The vermiculite powder can expand rapidly at 300 ℃, so that a partial hollow structure can be formed in the polyester fiber, and grooves or micro-protrusions and other structures are formed on the surface of the polyester fiber, so that the fiber has hygroscopicity, pilling resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation, flame resistance, heat resistance and light reflectivity which are not possessed by the conventional polyester fiber, and the dyeing performance is obviously improved.
Further, according to the multifunctional composite outdoor fiber fabric, the environment-friendly anti-ultraviolet polyester composite fabric is prepared to have a hollow structure. The environment-friendly uvioresistant polyester composite fabric is of a layered hollow structure, has a good reflection effect on ultraviolet rays, and can protect skin from being damaged by the ultraviolet rays.
Further, above-mentioned multi-functional compound outdoor fiber fabric, wear-resisting antibacterial composite structure includes nylon wearing layer, chemical fiber layer, antibiotic yarn layer, and ventilative layer from outside to inside in proper order. The wear-resistant bacteriostatic composite structure has good wear-resistant, breathable and antibacterial effects.
Further, according to the multifunctional composite outdoor fiber fabric, the antibacterial yarn layer is provided with the antibacterial yarns, and the antibacterial yarns are made by coating the antibacterial agent on the yarns.
Further, the multifunctional composite outdoor fiber fabric is characterized in that the antibacterial agent is one or more selected from inorganic antibacterial agents, organic antibacterial agents and natural antibacterial agents.
Further, according to the multifunctional composite outdoor fiber fabric, the antibacterial agent in the antibacterial yarn is nano silver particles soaked by 100% DEET.
Further, above-mentioned multi-functional compound outdoor fiber fabric, oil-proof waterproof composite structure from outer to interior includes PUR hot melt adhesive waterproof surface layer, the grease-proof surface course of PU film, surface fabric basic unit and pure cotton close skin layer in proper order. The oil-proof and water-proof composite structure is simple, and has the functions of water resistance, oil resistance, easy decontamination and no washing.
Further, above-mentioned multi-functional compound outdoor fiber fabric, the waterproof surface course of PUR hot melt adhesive, the grease proofing surface course of PU film, surface fabric basic unit and the pure cotton close skin layer of grease proofing waterproof compound structure are bonded by environmental protection adhesive in proper order to thermoforming, its characterized in that, still scribble 100% concentration DEET between the waterproof surface course of PUR hot melt adhesive and the grease proofing surface course of PU film. DEET with the concentration of 100% is added and is sealed between the PUR hot melt adhesive waterproof surface layer and the PU thin film oil-proof surface layer, the volatility is low, the mosquito-repellent effect can be continuously kept for years, the mosquito-repellent effect can be generated when mosquitoes contact the surface of the fabric, and the fabric is colorless and tasteless at ordinary times.
Further, the preparation method of the multifunctional composite outdoor fiber fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively preparing a wear-resistant antibacterial composite structure, an environment-friendly anti-ultraviolet terylene composite fabric and an oil-proof and water-proof composite structure;
(2) the wear-resistant antibacterial composite structure is adhered to the environment-friendly anti-ultraviolet polyester composite fabric through an environment-friendly adhesive, and then the environment-friendly anti-ultraviolet polyester composite fabric is adhered to the oil-proof and water-proof composite structure; and entering a hot press for hot press molding.
According to the technical scheme, the multifunctional composite outdoor fiber fabric disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects that the multifunctional composite outdoor fiber fabric sequentially comprises a wear-resistant and bacteriostatic composite structure, an environment-friendly anti-ultraviolet terylene composite fabric and an oil-proof and water-proof composite structure from outside to inside, is formed by hot pressing through an environment-friendly adhesive, is simple, convenient and efficient in process, has multiple functions of ultraviolet resistance, bacteria resistance, mosquito prevention, water resistance, wear resistance and the like, and well meets the increasing outdoor sports requirements of the people.
Detailed Description
