Therefore, the special fixture for the casting mold has the characteristics of being convenient to install and place the lower molds for casting with different sizes and being convenient to fix the lower molds for casting with different sizes.

In this embodiment, the lower part (not shown) of the casting mold is placed on the tool frame 1 and the protruding block 7, so that the bottom end of the mold is stably arranged with the horizontal plane, and the mold is conveniently pushed horizontally into the tool frame 1.

In the embodiment, the connecting sleeve 608 is installed through the clamping groove 607 formed on the fixing block 606, then the fixing block 606 slides by means of the sliding groove 604 formed on the fixing seat 601, and the relative position of the fixing block 606 and the fixing seat 601 is changed, so that the fixing block 606 fixes the casting mold.
Specifically, the outside of the connecting sleeve 608 is provided with threads, the connecting sleeve 608 is in threaded connection with the thread groove 605, and a telescopic structure is formed between the connecting sleeve 608 and the tool frame 1.
In this embodiment, the position of the fixed block 606 is changed by rotating the connecting sleeve 608 to move the connecting sleeve 608 on the fixed seat 601 by the position of the screw groove 605.

The working principle and the use flow of the invention are that firstly, through rotating and adjusting the threaded rod 5, the threaded rod 5 and the nut 603 are separated, then, through pulling the fixing seat 601, the connecting rod 801 arranged on one side of the fixing seat 601 slides in the connecting groove 802, the distance between the tool frame 1 and the fixing seat 601 is changed, then, the lower part (not shown in the figure) of a casting mould is placed on the tool frame 1 and the lug 7, the bottom end of the mould is stably arranged with the horizontal plane, then, through pushing the fixing seat 601, the connecting rod 801 resets and slides in the connecting groove 802, meanwhile, the lug 7 moves in the groove 4, when pushing, according to the different sizes of the moulds, the connecting bolt 202 arranged on one side of the limiting block 201 slides in the limiting hole 204, according to the different sizes of the moulds, the distance between the two groups of limiting blocks 201 is adjusted, the two groups of limiting blocks 201 are compressed by a spring 203, then, the two groups of limiting blocks 201 are subjected to installation limiting and finally, one end of the threaded rod 5 and the nut 603 are connected again through rotating the threaded rod 5, then, the tool frame 1 and 601 are assembled, the assembly is completed, the connecting groove is reset and the connecting groove is moved in the connecting groove 601, the position of the die is not shown in the connecting groove 601 is fixed by the die 606, the position of the die is fixed by the die (the position of the die is not shown in the die 606), the die is fixed by the position of the die 606, the die is fixed by the position of the die groove 606, the position of the die is fixed by the die 606, the position of the die groove (the die is not shown in the position of the die groove 601), through the molten metal casting molding, the setting of the cooling groove 3 at the bottom end of the tool frame 1 makes the heat of the lower part of the casting mold conducted to the tool frame 1, improves the heat dissipation capacity of the tool frame 1, and accelerates the cooling molding speed of the molten metal.
