The powder spraying is to spray the powder coating onto the surface of the workpiece by using a powder spraying device (an electrostatic spraying machine), the powder is uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece under the action of static electricity to form a powder coating, the powder coating is baked, leveled and solidified at high temperature to become a final coating with different effects (different types of effects of the powder coating), and the spraying effect of the powder spraying is superior to the spraying process in mechanical strength, adhesive force, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and the like, and the cost is lower than that of the same effect of spraying.
In the prior art, the spraying is mostly finished manually, which wastes manpower and is uneven, so we propose a workpiece powder spraying production line for solving the problems.
