the central control module 4 is connected with the pile foundation engineering image acquisition module 1, the image data processing module 2, the data analysis module 3, the pile foundation hole depth detection module 8, the pile foundation concrete pouring module 6, the concrete liquid level detection module 7, the early warning module 8, the data storage module 9, the terminal module 10 and the display module 11, and is used for controlling the normal operation of each module of a control system of a construction device of the pile foundation engineering through a central processing unit;
the pile foundation hole depth detection module 5 is connected with the central control module 4 and is used for detecting the pile foundation hole depth by utilizing the adjustable main rod through the hole depth detection device;

the data storage module 9 is connected with the central control module 4 and used for storing the acquired pile foundation engineering image data, the analysis report, the concrete liquid level detection result and the early warning information through a cloud database server;
the terminal module 10 is connected with the central control module 4 and used for sending construction data of the pile foundation engineering to the mobile terminal through the cloud database server and performing remote control on a construction device of the pile foundation engineering;
and the display module 11 is connected with the central control module 4 and is used for displaying the acquired pile foundation engineering image data, the analysis report, the concrete liquid level detection result and the real-time data of the early warning information through a display.
The invention is further described with reference to specific examples.
Example 1
A method for controlling a construction apparatus of a pile foundation project according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 1, and as a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a method for processing an acquired pile foundation project image by a data processing program according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s201, acquiring a pile foundation engineering image by using the image acquisition equipment through the pile foundation engineering image acquisition module, and sending the acquired image data to a central processing unit.
S202, the central processing unit receives the acquired pile foundation engineering image data and assigns a confidence level to at least one part of the image frame of the image data by utilizing a machine learning algorithm.
S203, adjusting the size of the image by using a data processing program through an image data processing module to generate a first image; and performing multi-scale feature extraction processing on the first image to obtain a feature image.
The confidence level provided by embodiments of the present invention indicates the likelihood that the image frame has a specified element imaged by the three-dimensional object on a specified plane; the machine learning algorithm generates a feature map for each specified element, the feature map having map components, and the method comprises:
when the confidence level exceeds the threshold amount for the image frame, generating a saliency map for the image frame that maps activated map components from the feature map onto pixels in the image frame;
the generating the saliency map comprises mapping the selected percentage most activated map components from the feature map onto pixels in the image frame.
Example 2
A method for controlling a construction apparatus of a pile foundation project according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 1, and as a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a method for analyzing an obtained pile foundation project characteristic image by a data analysis module using a data analysis program according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s301, a spatial difference distribution is generated from lines of the feature image edges by a data analysis program, the spatial difference distribution representing differences between values of pixels spaced apart in a direction parallel to the lines.
S302, summing the spatial difference distributions in the direction perpendicular to the line, and measuring the distance between the maxima in the spatial difference distribution to decimal accuracy in units of pixel pitch.
And S303, detecting the peak value to decimal precision by using a detector based on moment with the pixel pitch as a unit, and determining an effective characteristic image according to the measured distance between the maximum values.
Example 3
A method for controlling a construction apparatus for a pile foundation project according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 1, and as a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a method for detecting a liquid level of pile foundation concrete by using a liquid level detection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s401, detecting the pressure of the concrete liquid level by a pressure detector in the liquid level detection device through a concrete liquid level detection module to obtain a first pressure value.
And S402, detecting the liquid level through the liquid level detector, and receiving the liquid level detection result of the liquid level detector.
And S403, when the liquid level detection result shows that the sampler touches the concrete liquid level, the central processing unit controls the sampler to suck samples and receives a second pressure value obtained by detecting the pressure of the concrete liquid level by the pressure detector.
S404, when the processor determines that the difference value between the first pressure value and the second pressure value is lower than a preset threshold value, it is determined that the detection result of the liquid level of the pile foundation concrete is abnormal.
The control of the liquid level detector to detect the liquid level provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
after the sampler is confirmed to move downwards a second preset distance towards the liquid level of the concrete, controlling the liquid level detector to start liquid level detection;

and when the central processing unit is used for determining that the liquid level detection result is normal, determining the liquid level of the concrete according to the liquid level position.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of a construction device of a pile foundation engineering is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a pile foundation engineering image by using image acquisition equipment through a pile foundation engineering image acquisition module, and sending acquired image data to a central processing unit;
step two, the central processing unit receives the acquired pile foundation engineering image data, and distributes confidence level to at least one part of the image frame of the image data by utilizing a machine learning algorithm;
thirdly, adjusting the size of the image by using a data processing program through an image data processing module to generate a first image; performing multi-scale feature extraction processing on the first image to obtain a feature image;
analyzing the obtained pile foundation engineering characteristic image by using a data analysis program through a data analysis module, and generating an analysis report;
controlling the normal operation of each module of a control system of the construction device of the pile foundation engineering by using a central processing unit through a central control module;
before pile foundation concrete is poured, detecting the hole depth of the pile foundation by using the adjustable main rod through the pile foundation hole depth detection module and the hole depth detection device;
step seven, calculating the effective length of the super-pouring early warning device according to the control super-pouring height position elevation and the cylindrical pile casing top elevation, and adjusting the effective length of the main rod piece through the adjustable part of the adjustable main rod;
step eight, utilizing a concrete pouring device to pour pile foundation concrete through a pile foundation concrete pouring module, and after the liquid level of the concrete reaches the super-pouring height, lifting the supporting plate and driving the adjustable main rod to float;
step nine, detecting the pressure of the concrete liquid level by a pressure detector in a liquid level detection device through a concrete liquid level detection module to obtain a first pressure value, detecting the liquid level through a liquid level detector, and receiving a liquid level detection result of the liquid level detector;
step ten, when the liquid level detection result shows that the sampler touches the concrete liquid level, the central processing unit controls the sampler to suck samples and receives a second pressure value obtained by detecting the pressure of the concrete liquid level by the pressure detector; when the processor determines that the difference value between the first pressure value and the second pressure value is lower than a preset threshold value, determining that the detection result of the liquid level of the pile foundation concrete is abnormal;
early warning the abnormal pile foundation engineering image data and the abnormal concrete liquid level data by using an acousto-optic early warning device through an early warning module;
step twelve, the data storage module stores the acquired pile foundation engineering image data, the analysis report, the concrete liquid level detection result and the early warning information by using the cloud database server;
step thirteen, the construction data of the pile foundation engineering is sent to a mobile terminal through a terminal module by utilizing a cloud database server, and the remote control of a construction device of the pile foundation engineering is carried out;
and step fourteen, displaying the acquired pile foundation engineering image data, the analysis report, the concrete liquid level detection result and the real-time data of the early warning information by using a display through a display module.
2. The method for controlling a construction apparatus of a pile foundation project according to claim 1, wherein in step two, the confidence level indicates a possibility that the image frame has a designated element imaged on a designated plane by the three-dimensional object;
the machine learning algorithm generates a feature map for each specified element, the feature map having map components, and the method comprises:
when the confidence level exceeds the threshold amount for the image frame, generating a saliency map for the image frame that maps activated map components from the feature map onto pixels in the image frame;
the generating the saliency map comprises mapping the selected percentage most activated map components from the feature map onto pixels in the image frame.
3. The method for controlling a construction apparatus for a pile foundation project according to claim 1, wherein in step four, the method for analyzing the obtained pile foundation project characteristic image by the data analysis module using the data analysis program comprises:
generating, by a data analysis program, a spatial difference distribution from a line of the feature image edge, the spatial difference distribution representing a difference between values of pixels spaced apart in a direction parallel to the line;
summing the spatial difference distributions in a direction perpendicular to the line, measuring distances between maxima in the spatial difference distributions to fractional precision in units of pixel pitch;
peak to fractional accuracy is detected using a moment-based detector in units of pixel pitch, and a valid feature image is determined from the measured distance between the maxima.
4. The method for controlling a construction apparatus for a pile foundation work according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the liquid level detector to detect the liquid level in the ninth step includes:
after the sampler is confirmed to move downwards a second preset distance towards the liquid level of the concrete, controlling the liquid level detector to start liquid level detection;
determining that the liquid level detection result is normal when the central processing unit determines that the difference value between the first pressure value and the second pressure value is not lower than a preset threshold value;
the central processing unit determines the position of the concrete liquid level when the liquid level detection result shows that the sampler touches the liquid level;
and when the central processing unit is used for determining that the liquid level detection result is normal, determining the liquid level of the concrete according to the liquid level position.
5. A pile foundation construction device to which the method for controlling the pile foundation construction device according to any one of claims 1 to 4 is applied, the pile foundation construction device comprising: the device comprises a cylindrical protective cylinder, a hook, an adjustable main rod, a supporting plate and an early warning device;
the cylindrical protection cylinder is vertical to the ground and is used for isolating the cylindrical protection cylinder from the external environment;
the hook is arranged at the upper end of the inner cylinder wall of the cylindrical protection cylinder and clamped at the edge of the cylindrical protection cylinder;
the hook extends towards the cylindrical protection cylinder and is vertical to the inner cylinder wall of the cylindrical protection cylinder;
the adjustable main rod is used for judging the height of the liquid level in the cylindrical pile casing;
the supporting plate is arranged below the adjustable main rod and used for supporting the adjustable main rod;
the early warning device is fixed at the upper end of the adjustable main rod and used for early warning the height of the ultrahigh liquid level.
6. The pile foundation engineering construction device of claim 5, wherein the adjustable main rod includes a rod body and an adjustable portion;
the adjustable part is used for adjusting the length of the adjustable main rod;
the adjustable part is provided with a connecting rod, a nut and a limiting piece;
the rod bodies are respectively connected with two ends of the connecting rod, the rod bodies are sleeved on the connecting rod, and each section of rod body axially moves towards the inner side of the connecting rod and is limited by a limiting part;
the connecting rod adopts the lead screw, the locating part adopts the nut with lead screw complex.

before pile foundation concrete is poured, the hole depth is properly detected by using the adjustable main rod;
calculating the effective length of the super-pouring early warning device according to the height of the position for controlling the super-pouring height and the top height of the cylindrical pile casing;
the effective length of the main rod piece is adjusted through the adjustable part of the adjustable main rod;
pouring concrete;
and after the liquid level of the concrete reaches the super-pouring height, the supporting plate is lifted and the adjustable main rod is driven to float.

the pile foundation engineering image acquisition module is connected with the central control module and used for acquiring pile foundation engineering images through the image acquisition equipment and sending acquired image data to the central processing unit;
the image data processing module is connected with the central control module and used for processing the acquired pile foundation engineering image through a data processing program;
the data analysis module is connected with the central control module and used for analyzing the processed pile foundation engineering image through a data analysis program and generating an analysis report;
the central control module is connected with the pile foundation engineering image acquisition module, the image data processing module, the data analysis module, the pile foundation hole depth detection module, the pile foundation concrete pouring module, the concrete liquid level detection module, the early warning module, the data storage module, the terminal module and the display module and is used for controlling the normal operation of each module of a control system of the construction device of the pile foundation engineering through a central processing unit;
the pile foundation hole depth detection module is connected with the central control module and is used for detecting the pile foundation hole depth by utilizing the adjustable main rod through the hole depth detection device;
the pile foundation concrete pouring module is connected with the central control module and is used for pouring pile foundation concrete through the concrete pouring device;
the concrete liquid level detection module is connected with the central control module and is used for detecting the liquid level of the pile foundation concrete through the liquid level detection device;
the early warning module is connected with the central control module and is used for early warning abnormal pile foundation engineering image data and abnormal concrete liquid level data through the acousto-optic early warning device;
the data storage module is connected with the central control module and used for storing the acquired pile foundation engineering image data, the analysis report, the concrete liquid level detection result and the early warning information through the cloud database server;
the terminal module is connected with the central control module and used for sending construction data of the pile foundation project to the mobile terminal through the cloud database server and remotely controlling a construction device of the pile foundation project;
and the display module is connected with the central control module and used for displaying the acquired pile foundation engineering image data, the analysis report, the concrete liquid level detection result and the real-time data of the early warning information through the display.

A computer program product stored on a computer readable medium, comprising a computer readable program for providing a user input interface for implementing a method of controlling a construction apparatus of a pile foundation project according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when executed on an electronic device.
