Description

Construction method of continuous wall collapse-preventing pouring template suitable for soft soil area
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of underground diaphragm wall construction, in particular to a construction method of a diaphragm wall collapse prevention pouring template suitable for a soft soil area.
Background
With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization level, the development of underground space is increasing day by day, open cut method construction is the most common construction method, and underground continuous walls are one of the most common foundation pit enclosure structures in the open cut method.
However, most of the existing underground continuous walls are constructed by on-site underwater pouring, and when concrete is poured, slurry needs to be continuously injected into the groove section, so that the following problems exist:
firstly, the quality is not easy to guarantee when pouring
When the diaphragm wall is poured underwater, the concrete is easy to clamp mud. When the reinforcement cage is arranged, the reinforcement is fully stained with slurry, so that the bond stress of concrete reinforcement is reduced, the wall quality is difficult to ensure, and the irregular water seepage of the wall surface is easy to cause. The problem that the cast-in-place underground diaphragm wall cannot be solved all the time is solved.
Secondly, the steel reinforcement cage floats upwards
Because the weight of the reinforcement cage is too light, the steel reinforcement cage is lifted and floated by the wall protection slurry due to excessive sediment at the bottom of the groove, excessive embedded depth of the guide pipe or too slow concrete pouring speed.
Thirdly, the conduit enters mud during concrete pouring
Due to the factors of insufficient initial concrete pouring quantity, overlarge distance between the bottom of the guide pipe and the bottom of the groove, insufficient depth of the guide pipe inserted into the concrete, excessive guide pipe lifting and the like, the wall protection slurry is extruded into the pipe.
Wall surface flatness in weak stratum is not easy to control
When the soil layer is weak or the sand layer, if the mud is not properly treated, the problem of collapse of the groove wall exists, the wall surface has a convex phenomenon, and the flatness of the wall surface is difficult to control.
Fifthly, the wall of the diaphragm wall in the soft soil area is easy to collapse
Because the soil quality of the soft soil area is soft, the wall of the diaphragm wall is easy to collapse due to disturbance, and the wall forming quality of the diaphragm wall is affected.
