As shown in fig. 1, the invention comprises an upper cover 1 and a lower cover 2, wherein the edge of one side of the upper cover 1 is connected with the lower cover 2 through a soft rubber 3, a groove 11 is arranged on one side of the upper cover 1 opposite to the soft rubber 3, a tear piece 4 is arranged in the groove 11 to fill the groove 11, the upper end of the tear piece 4 is connected with the upper cover 1, and the lower end is connected with the lower cover 2.

Further, in order to facilitate tearing off the tear tab 4 by hand, turned-over edge structures 43 are provided at both left and right ends of the tear tab 4. The tear piece 4 can be easily torn off by directly pulling the flanging structure 43 by a finger nail during opening.
Similar to the traditional seasoning bottle cap, a lower inner cap 5 is further arranged in the lower cap 2, a pull ring 51 is arranged in an opening of the lower inner cap 5, an upper inner cap 6 is arranged in the upper cap 1, and the upper inner cap 6 can be clamped at the opening of the lower inner cap 5 in a sealing way. The inner cover is arranged to facilitate pouring of the seasoning and to play a sealing role, and the pull ring 51 of the inner cover can play a secondary anti-counterfeiting role.
For the material used for manufacturing the bottle cap, the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 are preferably made of PP material, and the lower inner cover 5 and the tearing piece 4 are preferably made of PE material. The PP material, namely the polypropylene material, has the characteristics of light weight, good toughness and strong wear resistance, and the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 can be repeatedly touched and opened and closed in use, so that the abrasion is easily caused, and therefore, the material with good toughness and strong wear resistance is required to be selected. PE material, namely polyethylene material, PE material texture is softer, lower part inner cup 5 and bottleneck joint, and PE material can satisfy the sealing requirement, and soft tearing piece 4 also tears more easily, and is difficult to fish tail hand.
Besides different materials, the lower cover 2 and the lower inner cover 5 are also distinguished by adopting different colors, the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 are made of the same color materials, the lower inner cover 5 and the tearing piece 4 are made of the same color materials, and the lower inner cover 5 is provided with a circle of convex waist line 52 at the joint of the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 to separate the upper cover 1 from the lower cover 2. The color distinction and the waist line 52 have the advantage that besides the better appearance of the bottle cap, the bottle cap can be well judged whether the upper cap 1 is clamped and sealed when the bottle cap is closed, because if the upper cap 1 is not closed or a gap exists between the upper cap 1 and the lower cap 2, the color distinction can be easily seen, thereby achieving the purpose of reminding people of closing the bottle cap. In addition, the waist line 52 and the lower inner cover 5 are made of PE material, so that the tightness between the upper cover 1 and the waist line 52 is better when the bottle cap is closed.
Since the lower cap 2 and the lower inner cap 5 are made of different materials, the conventional production method generally adopts a structure in which the lower cap 2 and the lower inner cap 5 are produced separately and then assembled. This approach adds many steps, such as adding molds, providing snap-fit structures, sealing structures, and requiring equipment and labor for assembly. Therefore, the present application is preferably constructed such that the lower cap 2 and the lower inner cap 5 are integrally injection molded. The integral injection molding process is in the prior art, and the process is that the lower inner cover 5 is injected firstly, then the lower cover 2 and the upper cover 1 are directly injected outside the lower inner cover 5, so that the process is convenient and quick.
According to the anti-counterfeiting bottle cap, the grooves are formed in the upper cap, the anti-counterfeiting tear tabs are arranged in the grooves, the tear tabs are required to be torn off when the cap is opened, the left grooves are convenient for turning the upper cap upwards by hands, the anti-counterfeiting bottle cap is convenient to use, the anti-counterfeiting structure has anti-counterfeiting performance, only occupies a part of space of the upper cap, does not damage the integrity of the bottle cap, has small influence on the stability of the connection of the upper cap and the lower cap, and has good practicability and application prospect.
Claims (6)
1.
