本发明属于煤矿井下突出冲击波传播领域,尤其涉及一种削弱矿井突出冲击波传播的弹性装置及安装方法。
背景技术:
煤与瓦斯突出(简称突出)是煤矿井下采掘作业过程中发生的一种极其复杂的动力现象,也是我国煤矿事故中发生频率较高、伤亡人数较多的自然灾害。突出除造成大量的人员伤亡和财产损失外,还容易引起风流紊乱、短时逆转和瓦斯爆炸等许多次生灾害。我国煤矿突出灾害严重,且大多数煤矿瓦斯事故都与突出有关。我国煤炭资源95%为井工开采,由于浅部煤层资源大部分采完,大部分矿井必须向深部延伸开采,煤矿突出煤层赋存条件复杂和煤层透气性差,突出矿井数量将增多,且突出事故大多突发性强和预见性差,煤矿突出事故仍占很大比重,目前尚不能完全消除煤矿突出事故。因此,把矿井突出传播能量作为一种不期望的意外能量,尽可能将矿井突出冲击波通过传播人为加速衰减至安全阈值之内,而现有技术并没有实现这一功能。

本发明要解决的技术问题: 提供一种削弱矿井突出冲击波传播的弹性装置及安装方法,以消耗和吸收矿井突出冲击波能量,以削弱其传播过程中造成的巨大破坏,减少其伤害煤矿作业人员和设备设施及避免矿井风流灾变,为控制矿井突出冲击波做出贡献。
本发明的技术方案:
一种削弱矿井突出冲击波传播的弹性装置,它包括工字钢支架,工字钢支架两侧朝内等距离布置有弹性装置;工字钢支架顶部朝下等距离布置有弹性装置;工字钢支架固定在巷道的顶和左右二帮上。
所述工字钢支架顶部为半圆形。
所述弹性装置包括支架弹簧和挡板,支架弹簧一端固定在工字钢支架侧边上;另一端固定在挡板侧边上;所述挡板正面均匀固定有气囊垫弹簧,气囊垫弹簧顶端固定有气囊垫。
工字钢支架每侧朝内布置有3到4个弹性装置。
工字钢支架顶部朝下布置有2到3个弹性装置。
所述的一种削弱矿井突出冲击波传播的弹性装置的安装方法,它包括:
步骤1、将工字钢支架通过膨胀螺栓固定在巷道的顶和左右二帮上;
步骤2、将弹性装置等距离的安装在工字钢支架的二侧和顶部。
工字钢支架等距离沿巷道安装5-10套。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明针对矿井突出冲击波波阵面速度传播极快,破坏防突风门和通风设施,危及作业人员安全。结合安全气囊柔性缓冲原理,通过安装于巷道两壁的具有消耗和吸收突出能量做功特点的弹性装置,突出冲击波冲击弹性装置时产生摩擦阻力、局部阻力和柔性缓冲,转移和消耗部分突出能量,可以人为削弱突出冲击波的传播规律,加速突出冲击波衰减至无灾害等级,减少其伤害煤矿作业人员和设备设施及避免矿井风流灾变;解决了现有技术将矿井突出冲击波通过传播人为加速衰减至安全阈值之内

具体实施方式:
一种削弱矿井突出冲击波传播的弹性装置,它包括工字钢支架1,工字钢支架1两侧朝内等距离布置有弹性装置;工字钢支架1顶部朝下等距离布置有弹性装置;工字钢支架1固定在巷道的顶和左右二帮上。
所述工字钢支架1顶部为半圆形;二侧为竖直工字钢,将工字钢支架1通过螺栓固定在巷道的顶和帮,可以在固定弹性装置的同时抑制和减少围岩移动及增强巷道抗变形能力;顶部设置为半圆形可以使工字钢支架与巷道半圆形顶部紧密的接触,增强巷道抗变形能力。
所述弹性装置包括支架弹簧2和挡板3,支架弹簧2一端通过焊接固定在工字钢支架1侧边上;另一端也通过焊接固定在挡板3侧边上;所述挡板3正面焊接固定有气囊垫弹簧5,以气囊垫为单位均匀布置,使得挡板遭受冲击波时挡板平面受力均衡,并处于挡板和每个气囊垫组成封闭空间的中心位置。
气囊垫弹簧5顶端固定有气囊垫4。
气囊垫利用粘结缝合技术嵌入固定在挡板正面,预防由于井下气压的变化和误操作引发气囊垫的失效。
支架弹簧采用直径为5.0-18.0mm,拉力和刚度系数较大的的机械弹簧,承受冲击波巨大的能量,同时保护弹性装置的正常运转。
气囊垫弹簧采用圆柱形压簧,直径大小为2.0~6.0mm,具有强度高,弹性好等优点,当受到强大冲击波冲击时弹簧收缩变形,储存变形能。
气囊垫的主要材料为高强度的聚酯尼龙和橡胶,具有强度高、承载能力强和使用寿命较长等优点,在最大受力面积上承接冲击波能量,并有效的将力转移到气囊垫弹簧上,加以削弱。
工字钢支架1每侧朝内布置有3到4个弹性装置;每个弹性装置之间的间距在10-15厘米。挡板的尺寸为:长:30-50厘米;宽:20-40厘米;不影响行人和正常生产的同时,在最大程度上削弱冲击波的传播。
工字钢支架1顶部朝下布置有2到3个弹性装置;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种削弱矿井突出冲击波传播的弹性装置,其特征在于:所述弹性装置包括支架弹簧(2)和挡板(3),支架弹簧(2)一端固定在工字钢支架(1)侧边上;另一端固定在挡板(3)侧边上;所述挡板(3)正面均匀固定有气囊垫弹簧(5),气囊垫弹簧(5)顶端固定有气囊垫(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种削弱矿井突出冲击波传播的弹性装置,其特征在于:工字钢支架(1)每侧朝内布置有3到4个弹性装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种削弱矿井突出冲击波传播的弹性装置,其特征在于:工字钢支架(1)顶部朝下布置有2到3个弹性装置。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种削弱矿井突出冲击波传播的弹性装置的安装方法,它包括:
步骤1、将工字钢支架(1)通过膨胀螺栓固定在巷道的顶和左右二帮上;
步骤2、将弹性装置等距离的安装在工字钢支架(1)的二侧和顶部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种削弱矿井突出冲击波传播的弹性装置的安装方法,其特征在于:工字钢支架(1)等距离沿巷道安装5-10套。
